A good hotel in a beautiful quiet place with friendly and helpful staff and 2 swimming pools. Very recommend for families with kids! The only one minus - poor breakfast..

Wonderful. Clean, well maintained, great pools. Think they recently had maintenance works etc done after the tough covid period. Did not recognize anything of the negative posts dated from last year. Also restaurant was very good now - still expensive but trying to give you friendly service and food was outstanding.

So peaceful. The staff were really lovely and made you feel so welcome. The pools were fantastic. Never very busy. Plenty of loungers. The spa too was a real treat for some relaxation out of the sun. Plenty of free parking. All in all, just perfect (except for slow Internet).

Location of the apartment is excellent. The place was quiet and perfect for relax. Nice breakfast with kind staff. However, apartment was little bit odd, strange noises of the running water at the middle of the night, noisy doors.

It is a wonderful place, especially because of an amazing host Pipo, who made us feel most welcome. He was always very friendly and helpful. The place itself is in really great location where you can easily reach historical towns (such as Voltera and others) as well as a beach, which takes about 20 minutes to get there. Beautifully presented and clean, lovely natural saltwater pool and cute details. Pipo is incredibly welcoming and hospitable.

We traveled with our dog and can only recommend this beautiful B&B. Pippo and Francesca are very friendly and helpful hosts who do everything to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the complex is very well maintained and lovingly laid out. We'd love to come back.

Beautiful welcome, friendly and caring managers, beautiful swimming pool. The only drawback, the b & b is close to the provincial road, with obvious background noise. Moderate price.

The pool was the highlight. Perfect for kids and as there are only three rooms we had so much time there to ourselves. Very peaceful location. The closest village Riparbella is also very cute.

This accommodation is special. It is for people who are not afraid of the steep and rocky path to the house. For those who are not in the mood for mass tourism, who just don't want to do anything and who are not afraid of dogs. The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a week or two. The location is absolutely stunning, perfectly tucked away but not isolated. The roads to the property are easy to drive also. The chalet we had is basic but perfectly serviceable! And set in lovely nature surroundings. The pool is excellent as well as the little bar area. Lovely and quiet and the showers also have great water pressure! Very relaxing stay at Il Doccino.

Fantastic park with a nice pool and plenty of beds. Many Dutch people with children, no noise in the pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying there for a week.

Dream place, typical Tuscan ancient farmhouse with large outdoor areas and swimming pool. Room with private bathroom, private outdoor table and drying rack for clothes. Laundry and grill available. Veronika and Fabrizio are helpful, welcoming and courteous people. We had a great time. Thanks!

Very nice place with super rooms, very clean and well kept. There is a swimming pool where depending on the room you have your two sun beds equally spaced from those of the others so it also respects the covid rules.

Beautiful and friendly family hosts. Great location. Close enough to the coast to enjoy the sea, but up in the beautiful hills for great walks and the serene, quiet Italian night sky and cool winds! A pleasant discovery. I met this place by chance and now I talk to everyone about it. Delicious pizza, spacious, clean and personal atmosphere Pluto polite. Very good prices. We have been in the tavern pizzeria attached to the recently opened agriturismo. It was a pleasant surprise, platter of cured meats and Tuscan cheeses plentifully accompanied by homemade bread and focaccia, good pizzas. It is possible to taste excellent wine from local viticotori. Friendliness and courtesy are at home.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast selection particularly the daily selection of home made cakes, meats, cheese and coffees all served with a smile. All the linen was fresh and rooms kept very clean.

Wonderful Podere! Very familiar and super quiet relaxed location. There are only 5 rooms and the family plus dog lives in the house. The rooms are big enough and have been furnished with great attention to detail. The hostess is a very, very nice woman - it was really very nice!

They were 4 days of pure relaxation as the farm is literally immersed in the hills ... to reach them you have to travel about 1 km of dirt road. Clean, tidy and basic room. The resort is big and we have spent 2 nights. The accommodation was as described and expected. The extra costs for bed lines and tovwels was 8EUR/person. To be honest I did not know it till the lady at reception told me. :)

Camping is located in a very beautiful place. Unfortunately the camping is packed with Dutch people so it felt like I was at home. If you want to come here for your rest it's not a good idea. We had a nice holiday. Friendly staff, beautiful pools and a very good restaurant. We had the studio, which is small, so I recommend a 2 room appartment. The beaches south of San Vincenzo are very nice. Many beautiful villages in the area. The standard Tuscan attractions, like Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra, require more time to drive to. A nice surprise was the geothermal park in Monterotondo...

We stayed in August, a quiet and family-friendly place. It is convenient for both going to the beach and to the services. The property has a well-kept swimming pool and large green areas and each apartment can use a barbecue. The managers of the structure are helpful and very kind, they make you feel at home. Superb, clean resort, fab swimming pools, lovely setting in the woods, really helpful staff, great entertainment team...I could go on. Was able to travel from Pisa by train to nearby town (but note taxis were expensive). Should have hired a car. Pistachio ice cream was delicious.

I loved how the place was organized, each spot had its own parking place, every house or tent was equipped with all the essentials. The house we lived in had AC, looked like brand new. Indoors cafeteria, restaurant and shop make your live even more comfortable. Perfect place for chillout. We were amazed how much we liked it. Prize is also a big plus, very affordable stay.

Glamping tents were excellent, virtually brand new, plenty of hot water and even air conditioning! Park is lovely, pools great and entertainment staff do a brilliant job.

Decent campsite. Lots of shady trees and space between accommodation. Pools are ok but can get crowded. They could do with more sun loungers though. Take away area closes earlier than expected

Bungalow of our choice was pretty modern, well equipped with a nice, shaded patio. The overall quality of sanitary service did show their age. Pools we're excellent suited to babies.

I stayed on New Year's Eve in this structure with my boyfriend. Very nice environment, surrounded by greenery and really quiet. Very nice staff and the room was spotless, warm and very pretty! Very abundant and delicious breakfast !. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay there again, I recommend it!

This is really awesome. The place is totally isolated, between Volterra and Livorno. When accessing by car, you can park inside and then directly enjoy the swimming pool. It is very well maintained and the housekeeper is awesome. She was really kind, proposed an awesome breakfast. This is really appreciated. Thank you Lucia and Lavinia!

Please know, that there is a 5 km long road leads to the hotel, that is little bit sticky and difficult, but it worths to drive trough, because finally you will feel yourself in the Paradise...

The hotel is nicely located and has a beautiful view. The rooms and the hotel are also very pretty. A downside of at least our room was that it was located close to the hotel's rather loud water pump. Therefore, we woke up as soon as guests started showering. The breakfast could be better for the price of the rooms. It was very basic and mostly finished 20 minutes before the official end of breakfast...

Very nice location and just a beautiful place to relax. You can enjoy the hot days in the nice pool and the rooms are really nice and keep a good climate even if it's really hot outside. We also could take our two dogs with us, which was important for us. The people there are really lovely and try to help you all the time if you have questions. The only downside are traveling times to supermarkets...

Wonderful place, immersed in one of the most beautiful landscapes in Tuscany. We had dinner, so we will be back during the day to enjoy this magnificent environment even in the sunlight !!! It feels like home! The rooms are very comfortable and the care by hostess Gabriella was optimal. Also recommended is the Tuscan brunch with its daily changing specialties. The view is wonderful too.

Everything was great, but one disadvantage- Shops with food are really far away and by walk it tooks long to get, and you are not always able to take car
