Wonderful. Clean, well maintained, great pools. Think they recently had maintenance works etc done after the tough covid period. Did not recognize anything of the negative posts dated from last year. Also restaurant was very good now - still expensive but trying to give you friendly service and food was outstanding.

So peaceful. The staff were really lovely and made you feel so welcome. The pools were fantastic. Never very busy. Plenty of loungers. The spa too was a real treat for some relaxation out of the sun. Plenty of free parking. All in all, just perfect (except for slow Internet).

Location of the apartment is excellent. The place was quiet and perfect for relax. Nice breakfast with kind staff. However, apartment was little bit odd, strange noises of the running water at the middle of the night, noisy doors.

I spent the holiday with my family, in the name of relaxation and silence coming from the city, a fantastic Tuscan landscape in the middle of nature! The atmosphere is familiar, pleasant with good company. The kitchen of Mrs. Ornella is excellent, very good at cooking fish, we ate the cacciucco nothing was missing a real goodness! Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in wunderbarer, ländlicher Lage. Inzwischen auch mit WiFi und BBQ, das wird in ein paar älteren Bewertungen noch vermisst, und damit sehr schöner Ausstattung. Alles sauber und funktionierend. Sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Beautifully situated complex, on a hill surrounded by olive trees. The house has 4 apartments, the very warm and helpful landlady also lives on site. The apartments are well equipped and offer everything you need (dishes, kitchen utensils, kitchen appliances). Even the fridge was already stocked with the essentials to greet you. Dream place, typical Tuscan ancient farmhouse with large outdoor areas and swimming pool. Room with private bathroom, private outdoor table and drying rack for clothes. Laundry and grill available. Veronika and Fabrizio are helpful, welcoming and courteous people. We had a great time. Thanks!

Very nice place with super rooms, very clean and well kept. There is a swimming pool where depending on the room you have your two sun beds equally spaced from those of the others so it also respects the covid rules.

The pool was the highlight. Perfect for kids and as there are only three rooms we had so much time there to ourselves. Very peaceful location. The closest village Riparbella is also very cute.

This accommodation is special. It is for people who are not afraid of the steep and rocky path to the house. I liked the pool and the sitting area outside. The bedrooms were cozy and cool which is important in hot weather.

We spent 3 very relaxing days in the structure, the structure is clean, panoramic, functional (apartments with kitchen and terrace outside), large swimming pool. The only drawback was the dirt road for a few kilometers that you have to travel to get there, otherwise all magnificent, absolutely recommended for a relaxing holiday

Quiet and clean place inside the San Martino village, swimming pool, restaurant, large parking lot. Too bad that to pay for bars and services you have to activate a rechargeable card at the reception.

I had a very nice and comfortable accommodation. The place was clean and tidy. There's everything in the room like a gas, plates, cups,.... so you can bring your own food to cook there. The girl that was on the reception is very friendly and kind. I would come back again 💗

Nice for a few days (especially if you combine it with the Caccia Camping), but apart from that, nothing special. We used it for a base for day trips to the beach.

A few years ago it was a very authentic place ... maybe even a little rustic. immersed in nature, a place to disconnect from the neurotic daily routine, in contact with animals. The expansion of recent times has distorted it a bit.

It is a wonderful place, especially because of an amazing host Pipo, who made us feel most welcome. He was always very friendly and helpful. The place itself is in really great location where you can easily reach historical towns (such as Voltera and others) as well as a beach, which takes about 20 minutes to get there. We traveled with our dog and can only recommend this beautiful B&B. Pippo and Francesca are very friendly and helpful hosts who do everything to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the complex is very well maintained and lovingly laid out. We'd love to come back.

Beautiful welcome, friendly and caring managers, beautiful swimming pool. The only drawback, the b & b is close to the provincial road, with obvious background noise. Moderate price.

The location is absolutely stunning, perfectly tucked away but not isolated. The roads to the property are easy to drive also. The chalet we had is basic but perfectly serviceable! And set in lovely nature surroundings. The pool is excellent as well as the little bar area. Lovely and quiet and the showers also have great water pressure! Other reviews say you have to wear a swim hat at the pool but...

Very relaxing stay at Il Doccino.

Fantastic park with a nice pool and plenty of beds. Many Dutch people with children, no noise in the pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying there for a week.

I spent four days in this place. Really nice. Simple and relaxing. The owners, Luisiana and Enrico with their son Diego are extremely hospitable and generous. Great lovers of the beauty of nature and the earth offer and make available to customers all the organic products of their magnificent land. Very high quality / price ratio. Absolutely recommended. Truly a wonderful place where you immediately feel at home, wonderful welcome from the owners Luisiana and Enrico who do this job with great passion.
