Paradiso Pure Living Vegetarian-Vegan Hotel

I stayed here for 3 nites. It was a surprise gift so I didn't know anything about it. Of course the surroundings are beyond description. The hotel is serene and offers anything you need except 1/2 and 1:2 for coffee. I switched to cappuccino with oat milk- who knew it could be so similar. The buffet breakfast had so many choices- all fresh. The dinner menu was probably too vegan sophisticated for my taste- but it looked good. The chocolate ice cream had made me a convert- no need for animal milk. Yoga and meditation; lovely space. Good teachers. Room; crisp white sheets.. very comfy. Staff: very helpful and kind. They were invested in your stay. Great energy.

As loyal guests of their sister hotel in Tuscany, we couldn't wait to visit Paradiso Pure Living. From the warmest of welcomes from Alex and Max to to the friendliness and professionalism of their Team, Paradiso really is exceptional. The rooms are beautifully appointed, stunning views across the Alpe di Siusi, such tranquillity and fresh air. The hotel amenities are fantastic, early morning yoga a great way to start the day, following a day trekking and hiking the saunas (more than one), steam room, pool and external whirlpool are just what you need to relax before dinner. I'm leaving the best to last here as dining at this hotel is quite simply AMAZING this is Plant Based, Vegan dining at it's very best, from the wonderful breakfast buffet to dinner each dish an explosion of flavours, perfectly balanced and harmonious. One evening of our 7 night stay we dined at OMNIA, within the hotel a truly fabulous dining experience, each of the nine courses lovingly created by super talented chef Aggeliki Charami inspired by her childhood memories in Greece, an experience not to be missed! As vegans we felt like this was vegan food paradise, but strongly recommend to non-vegans alike you will not be disappointed!! We travelled from Rome to Bolzano by train and got a taxi to the hotel approx euro100 same for the return. Look forward to returning next year!!

Paradiso-Pure Living Vegan Hotel was fantastic. I would most definitely stay there again. The location was stunning! The view outside our window was incredibly beautiful! And of course the vegan food was incredible! The breakfast too was delicious. The breakfast spread had everything you could ever want for breakfast with healthy juices and ability to get a matcha latte with almond milk! The rooms were spacious with large balconies to enjoy the view! We also loved the spa with saunas, steam room, warm pool and hot tub! It was so lovely! Also offered were yoga classes and meditation. The nature surrounding Paradiso-Pure was so beautiful! We went on an all day hike and had lunch at the top. I wish we had had more time there to hike more and rent bikes and eat more fantastic healthy vegan dinners there. I highly recommend making a dinner reservation for their OMNIA vegan nine course plant based meal. You will be blown away! We want to definitely return!

Amazing hotel, I would recommend this place for everyone who wants a luxurious but relaxed experience in beautiful surroundings. The food is amazing and some of the best we have ever tasted. Very nice and sweet staff that care for your experience. Hiking trails in the area are awesome. We will definitely visit again next year and we can’t wait to come back!

I never write reviews but our stay at Paradiso was so incredible that I had to write about our experience. We are from the States, and when we got invited to a friend’s wedding in Morcote, I knew I wanted to spend some time in the Dolomites while we were there. I was about to book a hotel when I serendipitously came across an Instagram reel for Paradiso. As a vegan, I was excited by the idea of an entirely plant-based hotel and decided to book a room there instead. I am so thankful to my social media algorithm for bringing us to Paradiso. In between the breakfast buffet and 5-course dinners, I have never eaten so well in my life. Even my non vegan partner was impressed by how good the food was. The hotel also has many amenities with my personal favorite being a heated whirlpool with a stunning view of the Dolomites. We didn’t have much time to take advantage of these though due to the abundance of incredible hiking, climbing, and outdoor recreation accessible right from the hotel. If you’re ideal vacation includes a day of beautiful hiking followed by a quick dip in the pool before some vegan fine dining, this is the place for you! On top of the food and activities, the staff were super friendly and made us feel like home instantly. Alexander especially went above and beyond for us. When we arrived, he helped us create a personalized itinerary based on our interests. When we asked about trying a ferrata, he spent the next morning calling guides and finding us gear. We were greatly appreciative of all of his help. If you are vegan, love the outdoors, or are looking for a memorable experience in the Dolomites, you HAVE to check out Paradiso. We felt the cost of our stay was more than reasonable given the food, location, and amenities. I’m telling all of my vegan friends in the US to come here for their next getaway.
