We stayed at the Eden Selva Hotel for nine days in September and highly recommend it. Convenient location (unfortunately with construction going on outside the door in September), great facilities, cozy rooms, excellent restaurant and very friendly hosts. We settled on Eden Selva just two days before the start of the trip and did not regret it for a second. In this very unusual situation we felt we were in good hands, everything was clean and great attention was paid to hygiene throughout. We would love to return.

Excellent in everything. We stayed at this hotel half board for three nights and really enjoyed it. Cleanliness, service, accessibility, cuisine - everything is truly impeccable!

Das Hotel ist modern und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und mit Geschamck eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Hochwertige Küche. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful hotel. Good breakfast, especially the omelette was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars us that our room faced the road, which got very noisy very early in the morning. Also our room was a bit too hot, I think this was because it was on the top floor.

Restaurant serves high quality food and breakfast was plentiful. However, front desk staff disorganized and lacks many amenities one would expect from a 4 star hotel (ie hot water)

Very nice and modern hotel. Excellent room and a perfect location just outside the city center in Selva with beautiful views of the mountains. Unfortunately it is allowed to smoke on the balconies so when the window or balcony door is open the whole room smells like cigarettes when someone close by is smoking.

We spent 4 nights in this awesome hotel in August, excellent service and an awesome restaurant are true point of strengt and of course the design of the entire structure is so relaxing and inspiring!

When to do not only with soul but with the mind – the result is above all praise!
The owner Roland is a ski instructor (very good, by the way, my husband and I took lessons from him and was pleased with my progress in a gurney), and therefore the comfort of the hotel was originally carefully designed as for himself: tall garage for a car with a ski box (2.40 m), the ski tracks of Sella Ronda, which takes place right at the exit of the ski room and there is back, ski boot dryers, and more.
Beautiful, comfortable, clean rooms made of wood. Very conveniently placed surfaces and shelves.
Spa: a compact, clean, quiet, with a samovar and tea and classical music ? Here are a few saunas – Finnish and Roman (with steam), all very good quality. Click in one of the showers button mint breeze, it klaaass!
Great staff – the guys in the restaurant and behind the bar, administrators and cleaning staff – you are great, thank you!
Excellent dinners à La carte (each day is new, plus a short seasonal menu that is always available) and wine (in Sud-Tyrol, an interesting Cabernet, Pinot Noir, La grain (a local grape) – ask the guys at the bar can suggest good options. Grappa, sparkling Yes.
And the fact that I live in a very small hotel gives a feeling that you're home!

The hotel owner and manager went out of their way to accommodate us with no booking. The food was as good as any top restaurant we have had the privilege of dining at.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Overall the place was very nice and we liked our room very much. Still we had also negative experience, which I will list here:
-staff was treating us like kids. I had the feeling that the staff didn't like the idea, that thry were serving so young couple. ( we are 26 and 24).
- after we asked the price for the tasting menu, they started to treat us like we wanted only cheap things.
-on the dinner, waiter lauged at us when we made our order.
-we ate in their restaurant once. Both of us ordered the tasting menu. They didn't bring me all the things in menu and when we checked out, the reception lady laughed at me, that I saved 1 euro by skipping one item on the menu (which they forgot to bring me).
- we ordered white wine on the tasting menu and didn't see other options. Waiter brought it to us and told us that "this is very cheap wine don't worry". Also we were the only customer who got the pricecard for the menu. All this made us feel like we are now treated like some poor couple. I think that they tried to service us well and they thought that we just want to have cheap things even we didn't.
Also I ordered vegetarian portion and when I had eaten half of it they came and said that it has pork on it.
