Very clean hotel and the location was excellent. Staff were also very helpful to attend to your needs.

This hotel is severely disappointing and does not meet the advertised 4-star standard. The room was completely different from the pictures—closer to a cheap motel than a quality hotel. It smelled unpleasant, had a poor setup, and lacked basic amenities like a coffee machine, tea, or other expected conveniences. When I requested the room I originally booked, I was given something entirely different. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to the manager, they were not on duty, and there was no one available to address my concerns. This experience was not worth the price and fell far below expectations. Avoid if you’re looking for a true 4-star experience.

This hotel is a bit far from the station, but you can walk there. The staff are very nice, the room is clean and tidy, and the price is high.

Fantastic staff, location, hotel. We had a lengthy stay here following my husband having a heart attack and subsequent treatment in La Spezia hospital. The staff were incredibly helpful to me and my son, then my husband once discharged from hospital. The location was ideal for us having to get daily meals. While the included breakfast had a large variety of food. Highly recommend.

Great location, central to shops and the harbour.
There are two entrances and ways to get to and from the hotel. When you come out of the train station, turn left and walk to the bottom of the road there is a roundabout and it's the second street, walk half way down this street past the mercato on the right and you will see a sign to the hotel, take the lift up, which will bring you to the reception.
Staff are helpful and tidy rooms regularly. They will give you advice and guidance on what you can do, places to eat etc.
Good base for exploring.
