Nice experience overall at this property. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The location might be a bit far from the la spezia central station but the bus connectivity is pretty good and the walk in the downtown is pretty close by.

We spent our wedding anniversary at this hotel and it's really a clean hotel and the service is very good, thank you to all the staff there.

We had a beautiful view from our room and even better view from the rooftop bar. It couldn’t have been a more convenient location for walking to shops and restaurants. It is in front of the harbor where we met two tours we planned, one to Cinque Terre and another sunset boat ride around the harbor and nearby islands. The staff was friendly and helpful in getting transfers to the train. Highly recommended this hotel.

The location is not bad, close to the city hall and the old police station, diagonally opposite the cathedral, CBD, 5 minutes walk to the pier, a little far from the train station, 20 minutes walk, from the decoration to the courtesy is close to the domestic four-star hotel, we may have booked it late, the room is on the 2nd floor, the area is relatively small, the suitcases cannot be unfolded, the comfort is OK, if you are lucky, you can park downstairs, from 8:30 in the morning to 5 pm or something, 1.5 euros per hour, the underground parking lot next door is 18 euros for 24 hours, ask the front desk for the parking card and insert it into the entrance machine to activate it, the safety factor is beyond words, overall there is no pit, it is a good choice

This hotel is all about location. It is extremely centrally located, but does not have a parking. The town has a large parking a few minutes away, but this mean you have to carry your luggage from the parking to the hotel and vice versa, that is not very convenient.
Otherwise it is okay and fair value for money. We would probably come again if in La Spezia.

Great value for money. The room was clean and sophisticated. I really liked the design. There may not have been many amenities, but I didn't really care because I didn't plan on using them. The staff were all polite and kind. There was a wide variety of breakfast options and it was delicious. I like walking, so I didn't mind that it was far from the station. This service is worth staying at this price.

Stayed for 3 nights and must say the hotel provides the best value for money. The location, room and the view are superb. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast restaurant were warm and friendly throughout. Especially Paula, who provides all the info for us to be able to get around confidently during our trip. Thank you for your exceptional service. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to book again next time in this area.
