We got moved around rooms although we specifically asked for two twin rooms. They blamed their main booking centre. We had to sleep in different bedrooms and could t unpack properly. It was a nuisance. The restaurant staff wasn’t helpful and a bit rude too. Not happy. The lifts take forever but the restaurant food was fab.
A bit of communication issues. Liked the room but would have liked some water in the room. The rooftop bar was lovely and the service great. The restaurant service was not so great. Overall, I would choose again.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was small but very functional, and everything looked brand new. We even had a partial sea view, which was nice. The bathroom was cool looking and much more spacious than expected. The location could not be better, right on the edge of the city center, so everything was within walking distance. Parking was also easy, with a big underground public garage...
The hotel service is excellent. The Staff is knowledgeable, professional and always available to assist with directions, booking excursions, and printing boarding passes. The rooms are large and have all of the essentials. The house keeping staff is very thorough and sanitized our room daily. Breakfast is a feast that will keep you going throughout the days travels . Very conveniently located just...
Staff were friendly once you had their attention, but I did feel as though you had to fight to get their attention. We had two power cuts during our two night stay there (due to works outside the hotel). Rooms were nice and so was breakfast. Good location, too.
We spent our wedding anniversary at this hotel and it's really a clean hotel and the service is very good, thank you to all the staff there.

Good location in La Speia. Easy access to port and train station for visits to Conque Terra. I saw bikers everywhere. We drove a car. Ample parking. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast.
You MUST stay here!!! This hotel is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. We travel frequently and this hotel is one of the best ever. Owner and staff are amazing. Continental breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and had private balcony. Enjoyed the rooftop deck for wine in the evening.
I stayed at Hotel Nella with my husband and family over Easter break and we had a wonderful time. The entire staff was warm, kind, helpful and made us feel right at home. The rooms were super clean, and spacious. The breakfast was also delicious with great pastries, yogurt, fruit and plenty more food to choose from. There were also some lovely restaurants right outside where you could enjoy...
The welcome was very nice and warm especially the receptionist Sarah. The room is small but really beautiful with a view of the mountain in a quiet area with a small balcony, the breakfast is really generous! Very practical for a visit to the Cinque Terre. It would be nice to have a car to get around.
Staff was excellent very helpful and gave a lot of recommendations. Area close to La Spezia and convenient if you have a car. There are also bus routes if needed. Breakfast was good
Nice hotel. Quiet area, good breakfast. Clean rooms and friendly staff. We even got a lunch package because we left early on our last day. Good value for money!!

Very nice normal hotel, service was excellent, breakfast good before your day trip. Price quality and place very good. Normally with car rental, but now all by train, Cinque Terre, Genoa all easy to reach. We find one the best restaurant in La Spezia, so we are happy
Great place to stay for visiting Cinque Terre. Quick walk to a train station, and close to a bunch of great trendy places to eat! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was great.
This hotel is conveniently located approximately 400 meters from La Spezia Central Station, and there are numerous dining options nearby, just a couple of blocks away. The room, while compact at around 14-16 square meters, is cozy and comfortable. The reception staff were pleasant and provided helpful information about the town. Parking can be a minor inconvenience, as it is located 500 meters from...
There is no elevator available for the reserved room.
its an good option as a hotel in La spezia, there is Michelin recommended restaurant next street. Good for an option in between Genova and Clique

The only bad thing about this place is the beds. They felt like they were made of stacked cardboard, but we were tired enough from our travels in Cinque Terre that is didn’t matter. The people running the place are very friendly and accommodating of requests. The walk from the hotel to the central train station is nice in the mornings. Definitely recommend!

Facilities: Very complete. Service: Very good. The hotel has a kitchen, a shared living room, free mineral water, and a free breakfast. Excellent location.
The hotel is quite old, it should have been opened for many years. The most historic feature is the elevator, but the hotel facilities and services are OK. The hotel breakfast is very good, with a lot of food, ham and smoked salmon are delicious. Another big advantage is that it is close to the train station. If you go to Cinque Terre, you can check the train time and come back in time to change clothes...
Stayed two nights in a row, very close to the train station, convenient for going to Cinque Terre. The room is a compact space that is common in Europe. Surprisingly, there is a small yard when you open the door, just right for drying clothes. I didn't experience the room in the newly renovated area, but it looked very good. The breakfast is commendable and rich in variety, including fruits, suitable...
When booking, I indicated the need for parking - when I checked in, they said - there are no spaces - go to the city. The room is excellent, but on the first floor and the window overlooks the courtyard - although another room was planned - with a view of the sea.. They said - the FullBook hotel I categorically do not recommend it. The pasta in the restaurant was so oversalted that my wife sent her...
The location is very good, only 3 minutes away from the train station and a few minutes walk to the nearby pedestrian street, where there are many restaurants to choose from.
The location is very central. The station to Cinque Terre is right next to it, but parking is a bit difficult if you drive. The room facilities and services are satisfactory. The elevator is very old and small but well maintained. It's a good experience

Nice hotel near roma railway station
The room was very basic but fairly comfortable. The bathroom was a joke if I’m being honest because the toilet wouldn’t flush and was broken, the shower was so small that you barely had enough room in it and I’m quite slim, the toilet had to be sat on sideways as it was so close to the wall there wasn’t enough room for your legs unless you are a midget. the kettle was also broken as well. It was a...
Near 5 towns (cinque Terra) There is a grocery store and restaurant near by. She does luggage storage and check in before 10pm. She takes cc. The owner is so nice and kind. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very different from any other hotel I have stayed in. I enjoyed it. Easy walk everywhere and very safe day or night. Walk to train or boat for Cinque Terra trips without paying the high price for hotels in the towns. I love La Spezia

Nice hotel but high price point for the amenities Very small bathroom. Larger folks can't fit in the shower and toilet seat. High price for comfort. Excellent location. Safe place. Paid parking available. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
the breakfast included was great many options, meat, eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee and much more
Very close to cruise terminal . ( walking distance) 20 minutes walk to train station Very good breakfast
The front desk workers were very helpful to assist us in any way, calling cabs and recommending restaurants they would even ask about our day. Highly recommend.
The hotel in close proximity to both La Spezia Centrale and the port, and the staff are extremely kind, helpful , and generous. The rooms are simple , nothing too impressive but it’s excellent value. The breakfast service is very old fashioned and pleasant. Would 100% stay again

Very clean hotel and the location was excellent. Staff were also very helpful to attend to your needs.
This hotel is a bit far from the station, but you can walk there. The staff are very nice, the room is clean and tidy, and the price is high.
The breakfast is very rich, the room is clean and quiet, and parking is available at the door, which is great
OK hotel floor tiles worse Breakfast OK An OK hotel introduction
Fantastic staff, location, hotel. We had a lengthy stay here following my husband having a heart attack and subsequent treatment in La Spezia hospital. The staff were incredibly helpful to me and my son, then my husband once discharged from hospital. The location was ideal for us having to get daily meals. While the included breakfast had a large variety of food. Highly recommend.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel, and I found it was so very comfortable and the staff are so very pleasant, the breakfast was so amazing, we did not have any meals while we were there, as I was visiting a very good friend of mine, but the staff will do anything to make you feel like you belong there and you can not fault the room. We love it. Our room was very clean and comfortable, it had all what we need. Also It has a balcony very beautiful. The staff always smile and helpful. Great location. We had dinner in their restaurant was the best food of our trip. The waiter made us very happy :) The wine of the house is very good. I higher recommend it.
I don't give two stars because it would be unseemly towards the staff of this facility who deserve 5 stars. During my stay at the Ghironi, from the reception to the restaurant and breakfast staff, they deserve praise for their kindness. Unfortunately the structure is quite dated and as in my room at the limit of safety I found stray wires as an extension to activate a fake minibar placed in a corner...

Very close to the trainstation: perfect if you wanna go to Cinque Terre. Parking is a real problem in this area. The hotel has own parking places, so that is great too. Recommend it because of the location and free parking. We didn’t take the breakfast because we thought we could have better breakfast, cheaper, close. Because you’re very close to the center of La Spezia with lots of bakery’s and restaurants
Got it in the last minute, all what you need for a minimal stay with a friendly badge
The best breakfast I have. Homemade cake's, donuts, yogurt
We stayed 4 nights and it was great. Good place to visit the Cinque Terre because it's just next to the train station. The staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast is also great, lots of choices.

Great location. Car park facility wonderful. Excellent breakfast. Very polite and competent staff. Really a wonderful experience, will choose it again in the future
La Spezia well located hotel This hotel is just down the street from the Central Station and at the head of the main shopping and restaurant street in La Spezia. A 20 minute walk to the ferry terminal for Cinque Terre tours. A small supermarket and a laundry are nearby, which is useful for travelers without a car. The front desk person on arrival was excellent - very helpful.
Great location to explore the Cinque Terre without being only one in the one place. Took the boat along the coast then returned to La Spezia. Spent a good deal of time in La Spezia which has little tourists and some excellent restaurants.
Location is excellent! Hotel is in a very good condition, with comfortable beds, and satisfying breakfast. Front desk team are very friendly and eager to help.
Love Hotel Venezia Loved this quaint hotel, very close to the train station and to the pedestrian walkway in La Spezia. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again, if ever in the area.
The best hotel in La Spezia, clean , friendly staff especially Erica and Antonella. 200 meters from train station. Safe neighborhood. Walking distance to the port area. Very accomodating, we arrived late at night at the hotel and Erica kept in touch with us via Whatsapp to make sure we had access to the property afterhours. Spectacular views from this hill top hotel with a lovely pool. The staff were very welcoming and attentive
The villa is very nice , its a bit up in the mountains which is good and very relaxing (if you are looking for peaceful and out of the loud and bustled of the city) this place is for you very romantic especially if you’re couple. The staff are very friendly , food is nice and the restaurant have a very stunning view.
Very pleasant and comfortable hotel on the heights of La Spezia. Pretty (small) rooms all with a terrace and a superb view of the bay. Great pool, impeccable service and excellent restaurant. The hotel has a shuttle. But it is better to have your own means of transport (eg to go to Cinque Terre or Porto Venere) because the hotel is rather isolated.
First time we ever repeat location and hotel. This place is just stunning in every possible way.
Breathtaking views and comfortable hotel. Be sure to reserve dinnerwith a view- superb food and reasonably priced.
Incredible place with a gorgeous view. Restaurant is top notch too! Pool overlooking the bay, beautiful garden and orchard as well. Owners super friendly and attentive. You need to stay at this unique place.

The descent to the beautiful deserted beach is located directly under the hotel, in time you can go down to the beach in 40 minutes, climb in an hour. But the road to it is really not very easy, therefore it is recommended only for trained people. Highly recommend and plan to come here again!
Possibility to go trekking among the vineyards and the Mediterranean scrub, to access the sea through a spectacular mule track or to relax in the middle of nature away from the confusion in a part of the still authentic part of the 5 Terre Park. Hotel with attention to detail with stylish furnishings and stunning views of the sea as far as the eye can see.
Very well cared for structure in a historic building with rooms overlooking the sea providing an incredible view. Ideal for those who love trekking, nature and tranquility. With a little effort along an ancient mule track you reach the beach of Persico, a unique and wild place,

Came here after more than a year with a couple of friends. Super friendly staff and amazing location, in a couple of minutes we were at the train station.
Good hotel on a budget and friendly staff. Due to its location it can get very noisy at night. They can improve their facilities but overall they treated me and my family very well and gave us good recommendations. Thank you!!
Amazing, kind staff. I had injured my leg while traveling and was transported back to the La Spezia for treatment. When I was released, I could not walk far. We had no place to stay. The staff went out of their way to help us with a place to stay for the night, helped us get what we needed to accommodate my disability, and even helped us to the train and on our way. Gracie mille!
Loved the hotel wth minimum requirements with the clininess. It's very nearer to the La spezia central and many supermarkets u can find nearby. The bestet hotel with the minimum price. By chance if u got an upper floor as ur room, ul b getting a very nice view of the surroundings.
So near to the station that there is no need to book a place in Cinque Terre
The shared bathroom was not always clean (although 24/24 was not expected) and the mattresses were just awful - noisy and uncomfortable. We were supposed to have a double bed but got 2 single beds put together instead, although not at the same level in height. I booked the room Manarola. Cosy, tidy and lovely room with fridge and a clean and fresh bathroom. Every three days a cleaning lady shows up. Unfortunately the room lies to the main street, what means, that you barely can use the balcony due to noise and fuel. But the windows are noise cancelling, so it is quiet if you close the windows. And there is an AC in the room. The bed is very comfortable....
Great place Great location - literally 2 mins from the station and 2 mins from many great restaurants. Room spotless, bed so comfortable, no noise from outside. Alessio meets you and makes check in easy - wonderful find and will definitely stay here if ever in La Spezia again. Superb place to stay if visiting Cinque Terre
Alessio and his mother Annamarie were amazing host, made us feel like home also very helpful. Would give it 7 stars if I could.
My stay at Affittacamere Rosy was perfect. Alessio was very prompt with his responses. The room was clean, well outfitted and situated. I would highly recommend it.
One block from central train station so it's very convenient when touring Cinque Terre. The room is clean, bed is firm but comfortable. Amenities include fridge, blowdryer, coffee maker. Cons: street outside is sketchy, towels were very musty and tight shower space.
Interior seemed dated and lacked flair in decor, but clean. Location is convenient
