We got moved around rooms although we specifically asked for two twin rooms. They blamed their main booking centre. We had to sleep in different bedrooms and could t unpack properly. It was a nuisance. The restaurant staff wasn’t helpful and a bit rude too. Not happy. The lifts take forever but the restaurant food was fab.
A bit of communication issues. Liked the room but would have liked some water in the room. The rooftop bar was lovely and the service great. The restaurant service was not so great. Overall, I would choose again.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was small but very functional, and everything looked brand new. We even had a partial sea view, which was nice. The bathroom was cool looking and much more spacious than expected. The location could not be better, right on the edge of the city center, so everything was within walking distance. Parking was also easy, with a big underground public garage...
The hotel service is excellent. The Staff is knowledgeable, professional and always available to assist with directions, booking excursions, and printing boarding passes. The rooms are large and have all of the essentials. The house keeping staff is very thorough and sanitized our room daily. Breakfast is a feast that will keep you going throughout the days travels . Very conveniently located just...
Staff were friendly once you had their attention, but I did feel as though you had to fight to get their attention. We had two power cuts during our two night stay there (due to works outside the hotel). Rooms were nice and so was breakfast. Good location, too.
We spent our wedding anniversary at this hotel and it's really a clean hotel and the service is very good, thank you to all the staff there.

Very clean hotel and the location was excellent. Staff were also very helpful to attend to your needs.
This hotel is a bit far from the station, but you can walk there. The staff are very nice, the room is clean and tidy, and the price is high.
The breakfast is very rich, the room is clean and quiet, and parking is available at the door, which is great
OK hotel floor tiles worse Breakfast OK An OK hotel introduction
Fantastic staff, location, hotel. We had a lengthy stay here following my husband having a heart attack and subsequent treatment in La Spezia hospital. The staff were incredibly helpful to me and my son, then my husband once discharged from hospital. The location was ideal for us having to get daily meals. While the included breakfast had a large variety of food. Highly recommend.
Very convenient, easy to travel, good service, but close to the city, it will be noisy at night

Came here after more than a year with a couple of friends. Super friendly staff and amazing location, in a couple of minutes we were at the train station.
Good hotel on a budget and friendly staff. Due to its location it can get very noisy at night. They can improve their facilities but overall they treated me and my family very well and gave us good recommendations. Thank you!!
Amazing, kind staff. I had injured my leg while traveling and was transported back to the La Spezia for treatment. When I was released, I could not walk far. We had no place to stay. The staff went out of their way to help us with a place to stay for the night, helped us get what we needed to accommodate my disability, and even helped us to the train and on our way. Gracie mille!
Loved the hotel wth minimum requirements with the clininess. It's very nearer to the La spezia central and many supermarkets u can find nearby. The bestet hotel with the minimum price. By chance if u got an upper floor as ur room, ul b getting a very nice view of the surroundings.
So near to the station that there is no need to book a place in Cinque Terre
The shared bathroom was not always clean (although 24/24 was not expected) and the mattresses were just awful - noisy and uncomfortable. We were supposed to have a double bed but got 2 single beds put together instead, although not at the same level in height. Good for value, I would say, and close to the train station, which is a plus to visit 5terre. There must be better options (and cheaper) out...

Great location, very clean and refurbished hotel. Rooms with AC, great soundproof windows and good mattresses to ensure a great sleep time.
Nice location in center, breakfast in patio, clean comfortable room
Awesome atmosphere here, staff were very friendly, rooms nice and clean & great location. Will come back here agaon really enjoyed my stay.
Location, cleanliness, quiet, decent wifi. 15 minutes walk from train/bus station. Nice garden bar. Beside high end retail and restaurants. More or less this hotel fits short term stay.
Bit dated but very conveniently located and has everything you need. Keys are huge and a pain, then you are expected to leave them at reception which I wasn't keen on
Great value. Good location near marina, castle, and train station. Nice shower, albeit small. Great sound-proofed windows. Pillows are too flat.

Good location in La Speia. Easy access to port and train station for visits to Conque Terra. I saw bikers everywhere. We drove a car. Ample parking. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast.
You MUST stay here!!! This hotel is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. We travel frequently and this hotel is one of the best ever. Owner and staff are amazing. Continental breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and had private balcony. Enjoyed the rooftop deck for wine in the evening.
I stayed at Hotel Nella with my husband and family over Easter break and we had a wonderful time. The entire staff was warm, kind, helpful and made us feel right at home. The rooms were super clean, and spacious. The breakfast was also delicious with great pastries, yogurt, fruit and plenty more food to choose from. There were also some lovely restaurants right outside where you could enjoy...
The welcome was very nice and warm especially the receptionist Sarah. The room is small but really beautiful with a view of the mountain in a quiet area with a small balcony, the breakfast is really generous! Very practical for a visit to the Cinque Terre. It would be nice to have a car to get around.
Staff was excellent very helpful and gave a lot of recommendations. Area close to La Spezia and convenient if you have a car. There are also bus routes if needed. Breakfast was good

The only bad thing about this place is the beds. They felt like they were made of stacked cardboard, but we were tired enough from our travels in Cinque Terre that is didn’t matter. The people running the place are very friendly and accommodating of requests. The walk from the hotel to the central train station is nice in the mornings. Definitely recommend!

There is no elevator available for the reserved room.
its an good option as a hotel in La spezia, there is Michelin recommended restaurant next street. Good for an option in between Genova and Clique
good on the whole though expensive
The hotel is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from the train station, making it a manageable distance for traveler. However, I did feel a bit uneasy in the area at night, as it didn't seem very safe. While the hotel itself was comfortable, if I were to visit Cinque Terre again, I would likely opt for a hotel in Monterosso for a more secure and scenic experience. Yet, can't complain with...
Not bad at this price point. But there are rooms without elevators and the hotel should’ve informed travellers about that. Amenities are lacking, no dental kits, no one-time slippers.
Amazing location and hotel, very artsy. They have Toiletpaper showergel and shampoo, for the fans :) All the staff is really friendly and helpful, Isabel especially, thanks for everything. We travelled with our 2 kids and got a junior suite, very spacious, the bathroom had a bidet. Walking distance to everything. Amazing breakfast. The accommodation was fantastic. The view of our apartment was simply exceptional and we truly enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the bay. Take advantage of the nice pizzeria around the corner, it's worth it.
Things we loved about our stay: 1-The view: very large windows made it so easy to enjoy the view. We also loved our private patio. 2-The pool: pool was nice too, not crowded and fantastic view. 3-the front desk lady was helpful. Things we didn’t like: 1-location! If you are planning to use public transportation this is not the best location. It has limited bus option and while we were there taxis...
The price is on the high side compared to the quality. The hygiene is ok but I was sorry to find hair in the shower. We had a lot of mosquitoes even though we kept windows and doors closed. The windows were open on arrival. The kitchen was a disappointment. We would have liked clean dishcloths. It is a beautiful building with a sublime view. We enjoyed the pool.
Room was very nice. Beautiful view from the patio. The pool was gorgeous and warm. Also the restaurant next door was delicious. Make sure you make a reservation. Also the lady at the desk was very helpful with planning trips to Cinque terre

Wonderful staff, great balcony view and so helpful all the time. Really enjoyed their restaurant. The food, wine and service was excellent. Rooms were spotless cleaned every single day. Enjoyed our visit to Le Grazie very much. Super cute harbor and great view from the hotel.
Disappointed with our 5 day stay at this hotel. Unfortunately the promenade outside is under construction which will be fabulous when finished but atm there are views of diggers and workers. The restaurant serves mainly fish with very few alternatives for non fish eaters. Room 309 is very small with twin beds and the view out of the window is non existent. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable...
Great location by the marina in La Grazie (not Portovenere proper which is a 10 minute drive away at the other side of the peninsular) and it is a pleasant walk around the bay. There is street parking outside - not a problem in winter, but I suspect that finding a park in summer might be harder. The rooms are large and spacious, the shower in the bathroom, less so. I had the best food I've ever eaten in this hotel. I stayed with a tour group, and the lovely owner made us lasagna for dinner. 6 months later and I STILL think of how delicious it was. The hotel was cute, not the worst I've ever stayed in. I'd give the lasagna 100 stars if I could.

We spent our honeymoon here and were blown away at the care of the staff and experience. The location is incredible.
This place is great. The views are spectacular and I think the location (near the end of the strip) is perfect. The hotel itself could use an upgrade but when you spend most of the time at the beach or hiking, the room isn't my first concern. I'd stay here again.
Perfect location, but you pay for it. Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool, the view. Basic rooms, but clean and spacious. Garage for my motorbike at an acceptable price. We Will be back.

Excellent the trio of testaroli and also the panigaggi with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses (perhaps too abundant but better this way. We took the leftover one home). Wonderful staff, very helpful with recommendations for activities as well as booking what you might need. Rooms were very clean, views were amazing and the breakfast may be the best I've ever had at any resort including some 5 star hotels in New York. My wife and I weren't sure we'd realize the value we paid initially, but after leaving I would say it's a great deal given what the hotel provides...
For the price, would never book it again. Nice rooms and beautiful views but for the price and what the hotel has to offer it is in complete misalignment. The front desk people were very welcoming and nice but overall the restaurant food was not good and the breakfast buffet was definitely not to par with the “category of hotel” they are striving for.
I can not recommend The Grand Hotel Portovenere enough. From the moment we checked in the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. When I walked into the room my jaw dropped. I could lay on the bed and stare at the beautiful see right out of the hotel room window. Whenever we needed any advice on anything we went to the lobby and the staff at the desk were always so very helpful. They were...
Extremely attentive staff. The room had a view on the sea and it was very beautiful during the day but also during the night with the lights reflecting on the water. Location, I would say perfect as it's in the city's center, and can easily reach the other towns of the cinque terre with the boat. Also the view from the sea is great, having the hotel easily standout makes you feel you are in a special...

Recently refurbished hotel. Perfect location, just across the main beaches of beautiful Lerici. Very comfortable rooms, great breakfast. Just 2 things worth mentioning. Rooms overlooking beaches are great but windows are too thin and even when all windows are closed you can hear cara passing and people shouting.. and Lerici is a busy place so this happens all night. second thing is car park. Hotel...
Excellent location in a fabulous town. The girl tel staff were attentive and helpful. Our room was on the smaller side but that’s what we paid for so we have no complaints. The balcony was stunning and the room was clean and well appointed. Would definitely recommend and return.
We stayed here for ten days to visit Cinque Terre. The hotel is on a busy road that has traffic travelling past it all day and night. During our stay, there were two beach parties that went on till three in the morning, so if you're sensitive to noise, it may not be suitable, on a positive note the hotel is clean and comfortable, breakfast is of a continental standard and has a variety of choices,...
The view is terrific, the room was very good, with a large terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I spent one night in this recently renovated hotel in Lerici during a business trip. The hotel is just minutes from the city center and the beach. The room was clean, spacious and had a large private terrace with a full view of the Lerici gulf and castle. Parking was available at no extra cost, so was the use of the spa and the business center. The staff is courteous and everybody speaks multiple languages...
Hotel location by the sea and close to Lerici is perfect! The rooms are a bit small but otherwise pretty nice. Hotel's staff is nice. However choice at breakfast is slightly lacking and the locker in the room is a bit too small to fit a laptop. Overall pretty good value though!

On our first trip to Lerici in 2022, we opted to stay at the Europa Grand Hotel, but since they changed the layout of their rooms, it no longer accommodated our family of 4. Therefore, we opted to stay at the Doria Park Hotel, the sister property, in a Deluxe Family Suite. The Suite had plenty of space, with a sofabed on one side of the half-wall and a large King bed on the opposite side. Very comfortable...
Fabulous. We were here 12 years ago also and same excellent service, fabulous rooms with breathtaking view and delicious breakfast. A must if you come near Lerici.
We stayed here on our honeymoon. The staff was very helpful and kind. Room was very nice and clean, view from our balcony was amazing!
Wonderful hotel with amazing views! The rooms were clean, well appointed, and the balcony view was spectacular. The staff were very pleasant and the food was top notch. I highly recommend this hotel!
One of the best hotels we have stayed at views are magnificent breakfasts are fabulous staff are very friendly and helpful and you have strong porters to take your luggage from your car to your room
Great hotel! 3 stars but in our opinion worth 4 and much better than other 3 star hotels in de Lerici region. We had a "special room" with balcony and sea view wich is great! Diverse and nice breakfast buffet with outside seating and view across the bay. We will come again very soon!!

Great. New apartments. Spacious, balcony, good airco. Friendly/helpful staff, explain some things about the area. You get one free train pass for 5-terre. Location good, close to some nice restaurants and beaches (with car).
It was very clean and the staff was friendly. They could have spoken English better but they were nice and helpful.
Away from everything. Bad access to go by car and even worse if you walk. Large but poorly equipped rooms. The young receptionist, not very nice and with little sympathy for the Castilian. Never to return
The welcome is warm, special mention to Barbara who was very friendly. Breakfast and bottled water each morning made us very happy. The rooms are spacious, clean and functional, it just lacks a microwave. Small flat, the wifi is not accessible from the rooms.
Excellent cleaning, excellent services including breakfast which was a nice and very welcome surprise. Large, spacious and airy rooms. Very kind staff and managers. Ample and covered parking inside the structure. Really all great.

Everithing there was amazing: place, people, location, food, wine, weather 👌
We had an amazing time here at Cinqueterre Residence, using Riomaggiore as a base to explore the other towns. Our room had a spectacular view of the entire town, from which we could enjoy the sunset in peace each evening. The room itself was very clean, brightly lit and housekeeping was thorough everyday. Breakfast was delicious and the hot chocolate was the highlight (my wife’s favorite on our whole...
Amazing spot. The property is extremely clean, modern and comfortable inside, the staff are awesome and super helpful. Breakfast is delicious and very handy to get you going in the morning- they even hand make you cappuccinos. It’s in a nice village close to many restaurants; although there’s a fair amount of stairs to get back to the apartment. This is common all across CinqueTerre though, and there...
Loved this place, and it’s run by a group of very nice and hardworking people. The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms are clean, spacious, cute and fit in with the surrounding of rural Italy. Breakfast is good with fresh fruit, eggs, coffee m, honeycomb honey and some items from their home grown garden. It’s a beautiful earthy property with lots of trees including lemon and floral varieties...
A lovely and unique hotel with stunning views of the town and sea. The staff are brilliant and prices are great!
This hotel was the perfect stay for our 3 days in Cinque Terre. It has a beautiful view overlooking Riomaggiore. We had the superior deluxe room which was amazing. The staff went above and beyond during our stay. Davide helped us book a private boat tour, and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and had many options- made any coffee drink you wanted and served the best...
