Great value for money. The room was clean and sophisticated. I really liked the design. There may not have been many amenities, but I didn't really care because I didn't plan on using them. The staff were all polite and kind. There was a wide variety of breakfast options and it was delicious. I like walking, so I didn't mind that it was far from the station. Fantastic staff, location, hotel. We had a lengthy stay here following my husband having a heart attack and subsequent treatment in La Spezia hospital. The staff were incredibly helpful to me and my son, then my husband once discharged from hospital. The location was ideal for us having to get daily meals. While the included breakfast had a large variety of food. Highly recommend.

Very convenient, easy to travel, good service, but close to the city, it will be noisy at night

The descent to the beautiful deserted beach is located directly under the hotel, in time you can go down to the beach in 40 minutes, climb in an hour. But the road to it is really not very easy, therefore it is recommended only for trained people. Highly recommend and plan to come here again!

Possibility to go trekking among the vineyards and the Mediterranean scrub, to access the sea through a spectacular mule track or to relax in the middle of nature away from the confusion in a part of the still authentic part of the 5 Terre Park. Amazing, kind staff. I had injured my leg while traveling and was transported back to the La Spezia for treatment. When I was released, I could not walk far. We had no place to stay. The staff went out of their way to help us with a place to stay for the night, helped us get what we needed to accommodate my disability, and even helped us to the train and on our way. Loved the hotel wth minimum requirements with the clininess. It's very nearer to the La spezia central and many supermarkets u can find nearby. The bestet hotel with the minimum price. By chance if u got an upper floor as ur room, ul b getting a very nice view of the surroundings.

So near to the station that there is no need to book a place in Cinque Terre

The shared bathroom was not always clean (although 24/24 was not expected) and the mattresses were just awful - noisy and uncomfortable. We were supposed to have a double bed but got 2 single beds put together instead, although not at the same level in height. Good for value, I would say, and close to the train station, which is a plus to visit 5terre. There must be better options (and cheaper) out...

Great location, very clean and refurbished hotel. Rooms with AC, great soundproof windows and good mattresses to ensure a great sleep time.

Bit dated but very conveniently located and has everything you need. Keys are huge and a pain, then you are expected to leave them at reception which I wasn't keen on

It's a well situated place, we had a nice stay. It was a basic room with a double bed. Little plus, there was a sink in the room. It was a calm night but we didn't see the other travellers. Overall it was good!

Hotel Nella is a bit out of the way in a good way. Away from all the people staying in the town of La Spezia but easily accessible by a cab for 15 Euro or by the bus which takes about 10 mins and picks you up right opposite the hotel . It's clean and quiet . The man at the desk is very kind and helpful. He had a room ready for me much earlier than the check in time. The breakfast was perfect...

The service was amazing, and the breakfast was good. However the hotel was a bit old, and unfortunately it showed. The room became damp without the A/C, and the bathroom fan was broken and noisy. Free parking was definetly a plus, and the city 10 minutes away by car

The hotel is located in the highest area of La Spezia in a situation 10 minutes from the city center and surrounded by nature. The clean rooms equipped with every comfort ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful and I highly recommend it for both a short and a weekly vacation.

The only bad thing about this place is the beds. They felt like they were made of stacked cardboard, but we were tired enough from our travels in Cinque Terre that is didn’t matter. The people running the place are very friendly and accommodating of requests. The walk from the hotel to the central train station is nice in the mornings. Definitely recommend!

This hotel is only 2 mins away from La Spezia Centrale train station. The hotel has an old and new wings. The breakfast has a generous spread.

Perfect location by the train station with a stunning lobby and classy hotel bar. The rooms themselves were a bit dated and given the age of the building you can hear a lot of foot traffic above you and in the adjacent rooms. The elevator is quite small, especially if you are fitting Americans inside it. Pleasant visit though. Cocktails are a must!

The hotel is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from the train station, making it a manageable distance for traveler. However, I did feel a bit uneasy in the area at night, as it didn't seem very safe. While the hotel itself was comfortable, if I were to visit Cinque Terre again, I would likely opt for a hotel in Monterosso for a more secure and scenic experience. Yet, can't complain with...

Not bad at this price point. But there are rooms without elevators and the hotel should’ve informed travellers about that. Amenities are lacking, no dental kits, no one-time slippers.

Me and my family spent 2 days at this hotel. Although the furniture wasn’t great ( 80’s style I think ) the hotel rooms / lobby were sparkling clean even the curtains smelled good 😊. My husband room smelled a bit of cigarette 🚬 but I guess if people are doing things against the rules by smoking inside or perhaps with the balcony door open this is nothing to do with the hotel organisation. Very close to the trainstation: perfect if you wanna go to Cinque Terre. Parking is a real problem in this area. The hotel has own parking places, so that is great too. Recommend it because of the location and free parking. We didn’t take the breakfast because we thought we could have better breakfast, cheaper, close. Because you’re very close to the center of La Spezia with lots of bakery’s and restaurants

Super nice location which takes only 2-3 minutes from the railway station. We stay here for 2 separate night for walking around Cinque Terre. We got room facing the railway station on higher floor at first night. Luckily that it is not noicy. The only problem is the shower curtain is not long enough that water is so easy to be spreading out. In another night, we got a room with balcony the facing...
