Great hotel with high standards for visiting Lecce and Brindisi. The staff are accomodating and corteous. The rooms are of high standard and clean.

The hotel was clean and comfortable bed.
But the staff! My god I was never treated so badly they don't even speak English, or pretend not to specifically if u need something in the evening.
A bit complicated system of electricity in the rooms u literally can't see anything if u are coming very late evening until u find the weird spot for the card...
Bathroom- ventilation didn't work was lovely...
This hotel unfortunately very disappointing.
I am sorry for being honest.

Service is a stressfull and unnecessery experience for breakfast-time also wasted.While in the rest of Italy self servive is allowed.

This Best Western was one of the best properties ever stayed at, then of course we have never been disappointed by any of their properties in Italy, better than the USA or Canada...

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Lecce, helpful staff and a great disabled room.
I don’t normally book disabled rooms in Italy because Italian toilet manufacturers seem to think that all disabled people are giants and produce these super high, completely frightening toilets. My daughter who is a short a** is as terrified of them as I am.
The room we got had two bathrooms so we didn’t have to use the Franken toilet except to shower her. The room itself was mega spacious which made it easy for us to move her about in her wheelchair.
You need a car if you’re planning to stay at this hotel. We were here in peak season and it was full of young people going to the many beaches that Puglia has to offer. There’s plenty of reasonably priced, excellent restaurants in the area too.
The only letdown is breakfast. The quality of the savoury options isn’t great. Bacon needs to be crispy people! and the eggs look as though they’re from a box. The cheese and charcuterie were meh as was the coffee from a machine. The only saving graces were the fresh orange juice machine and the pasticciotti.
A word of advice to any staff who might be reading this...you need a install a rubber strip at the bottom of the door of the disabled bathroom as it leaks into the main room.
