This is a lovely apartment with elegant furnishings. There are lots of steps but the lovely host host helped me with my bag both ways. The breakfast was great.

A delightful place to stay with loads of character. Hostess Federica couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly and very helpful and brought in the most amazing breakfast each morning. Great location close to the station and an easy stroll to shops, restaurants and sights. Would love to come back one day.

Fantastic staff made our stay a great pleasure

It was great to stay at this wonderful palace with histrory of caring children in the past. The facilities, location and quality of food were best but first of all, the warmest hospitality of all the staffs especially Francesco is the best reason why we should stay at this palace!

This was the finest stay at a hotel that my wife and I had here in Puglia. Raffaella and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts. The entire staff was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome . They arranged tours for us and helped with dinner reservations. We definitely recommend this boutique hotel. You will not be disappointed!!

I had reserved a room but I was upgraded to a complete appartment, 1 room, kitchen and big bathroom. Francesco was kind and friendly. He came in the morning with a delicious pasticciotto.

A wonderful B&B located just a short walk to the center of Lecce! Francesco has been so kind to me, always asking if I need anything and delivering delicious pastries every morning. Location is definitely great and is probably the main plus of that accommodation. Breakfasts were also good and the room was quite big. However we recommend our host to pay more attention on small details like the cleaning of the bathroom or make sure the bed is not broken.

We had the split level apartment for 4 nights and it provided a good base to explore Lecce, but we did have a few issues so it’s hard to give a rating of more than 3/5. We messaged the property ahead of our stay to ask about the strength of the WiFi as we needed to do some remote work for 2 days. Wonderful hidden gem in Lecce. Feels like a b&b but immaculately finished, and I had an incredible original art deco frieze in my room. Super central, which means the area is busy at night, but i liked that. Considerate touches like snacks and drinks being provided. Had no trouble finding parking. All in all, made for a very straightforward stay in a gorgeous building, smack in the centre of town.

Perfect location to take in historical Lecce. Spacious bright rooms, access to a rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and prompt service from staff, it's a bargain and a half for a couple nights stay.

The breakfast was a highlight! Mariana makes most things herself and everyone sits around a shared table on her verandah. We had yogurt, fresh fruit, cakes, juice and a delicious omelette as well as coffee or tea. Mariana has a lovely, colourful garden and a beautiful pool - altogether a relaxing place to stay and an easy base to explore Lecce, Otranto and Gallipoli.

Step "domestic" no more. We liked: Ideal location for visits to Salento. The lush garden and swimming pool. The reception and the discretion of the hostess. We regretted: Old-fashioned equipment. No television. "Chaotic" and weak WiFi Breakfast sufficient but very basic. Flies on charcuterie and cheese. Car parked outside in front of the B&B. We like dogs except when they bark until their mistress...

Our family stayed with Signora Marianna for two nights. The villa is welcoming and the accommodations are neat and clean. The swimming pool is a green oasis to enjoy in total relaxation. The breakfast is superb. From here you can reach the main tourist resorts. Thanks to Mrs. Rosanna always available and excellent cook.

Easy to reach from the highway, at a little distance from Lecce. Very comfortable rooms and a nice bathroom. The very large pool, the beautiful garden and the lovely breakfast make it an oasis of luxury. The lady of the house was a perfect host. Really enjoyed this.
