We stayed on New Year's Eve 2025 in the attic with a beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the historic center of Lecce. It's wonderful to be able to admire the bell tower of the Duomo from your room, also equipped with a comfortable kitchen. Super central location and maximum availability of the owners who welcomed us warmly also offering help with carrying our luggage up the stairs. Magical atmosphere in a historical and central context. Breakfast with typical dishes and the host's availability to satisfy the guest's tastes. The partner restaurant (under the structure) Anima Terrae is also recommended, impeccable. I thank Francesca and Josè for their care and hospitality.

Brilliant! The perfect accommodation to stay in Lecce. Central, with a lot of charm, an authentic Palazzo, with a beautiful terrace, a private room. Very highly recommended. Francesca gives very good advice for visiting the area.

Beautiful terrace to sit and enjoy the weather and relax. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. Hostess was very helpful, delicious breakfast, better than my expectations.

Our stay at B&B Palazzo Sambiasi was so relaxing and comfortable. It is very spacious with a large terrace. We were here for over a week so having all of this space was very nice. We were well cared for during our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your Palazzo with us in the heart of your beautiful city.
