The rooms are spacious ,extremely helpful for a family ! They had been cleaning the rooms every day! Extremely nice feeling! The staff was amazingly friendly 🙌🏽 Breakfast was tip top on the top floor -with amazing view! It was a pity that the pools weren’t ready and the kids club as well! We would have wanted to have an easier way to reach the path by the sea ,the elevator never came up!we were so happy overall 🥳🥳🥳

Really horrible stay - not kids friendly at all as there are many stairs but if that was the only thing we’d be happy!
Breakfast ist OK but the basics like eggs etc were not 4 star restaurant nor ‘the Italian’ flair of great food!
Rooms are spacey but not properly cleaned - I found 2!! Pills with powder (presumably drugs as you could easily open and close the pill) in the room where my 9 month old son is crawling around. The staff is nice though they apologized and organized to get the room cleaned again - while that happens I wanted to check the kids area out and first thing I see is a cigarette pack on the floor… in the gym the weights are missing overall it’s just really bad considering we’re paying 200€ per night!!

A wonderfully invividualistic hotel. It was a bit of a trek to get our heavy suitcases to the room from the car park. The room was basic but comfortable. It was nice to overlook the sea. A lovely breakfast restaurant in the morning sun. The large pool at the top has a super view, a bar, and a funicular (lift) down to the rocky beach. A happy experience.

Beautiful location, friendly people, and i would definitely come back.
The only thing i didnt like is ìts restaurant closes at 21:30 and its bar closes at 22:00. So you cant come back late to the hotel and still get a meal, drink or a snack before you go to bed. I prefer hotels where the bar is open till midnight, for that reason.
But the location is great, It has lift access to the beach, and plenty of parking.

Amazing view from the room and free parking are the huge advantages!

Highly recommend to avoid weekends that could be very crowded in Arenzano during summer ☺️
If you are planning to travel with little baby and stroller, this hotel might not be the best option due to many stairs.

This hotel is not up to the advertised standard. And it is definitely not a 4 star hotel. We had a pre paid booking, when we arrived we saw that the room was not as advertised, we asked for another room which was also not as advertised. We left immediately and found other accommodation. The view from our bedroom was a dirty pool. The hotel’s response was: but this is not the pool for swimming. Regardless, I do not want to look at a dirty run down pool during holiday. In fact, I noticed that in another review someone commented on the dirty pool. The hotel came back with some excuse of opening the pool earlier because of the heat and they did not have time to clean it. It is just an excuse. This is not a well maintained hotel and it it definitely not 4 star.

We reserved a Poolday: the hotels actual pool was closed, so they sent us to a public pool!
Of course we didn't stay, when you expect a nice pool and lunch on the restaurant and you get a whole lot of nothing.....

The reception staff is very nice. The restorant is very expensive and the staff didnt seem very nice. The room is big and nice we had one with a balconny. They have two swimming pools one very big and one smaller which would be perfect for kids. Its a lot nicer and cheaper to walk down the hill to get food.
