Great hotel! 3 stars but in our opinion worth 4 and much better than other 3 star hotels in de Lerici region. We had a "special room" with balcony and sea view wich is great! Diverse and nice breakfast buffet with outside seating and view across the bay. We will come again very soon!!

Having completed three weeks walking on the Via Francigena we stayed at the Doris Park for four nights. The breakfast was excellent, beautiful views from our room. Guys what is it with the taxi situation, the answer i got for requesting a taxi was very dependent on who was on the front desk, it was “I’ll try” or “that could be difficult”, to “of course I will organise a taxi for you”. Just stayed here for one night in a junior suite. Very comfortable, clean and spacious room with fantastic views from The balcony. Very good breakfast. My only quibble, which was obviously a mistake! was the attempt at checkout to charge my credit card €80.00 instead of €8.00 for the city tax - watch your recept!

My wife and I have stayed here several times and we are always impressed by the staff, quality, and location. An amazing hotel, and the view is second to none.

I had the pleasure to deliver at hotel Shelley’s customer a carbon road bike provided for rent by my company (velocerental.com) the crew was very welcoming and the hotel is bike friendly giving the customer the possibility to store the bike in a safe room. Very suggested if you are looking for an accommodation in Lerici during your cycling experiences in Cinque Terre.

Excellent location! We had a good sized family room which was very clean. Smelt a bit though! Our little boys aged 4 and 2 loved the bunk bed. Views from the breakfast room were amazing! We booked last minute through the hotel directly as some websites quoted double the price.

When one has holiday stress, the superfriendly staff of Hotel Shelley e delle Palme brings relief: they were very helpful in many ways! The stunning seaview from our room plus the central location in Lerici were a nice bonus.

Fantastic structure, a few steps from the crystal clear sea of ​​Lerici, and from the embarkations for Portovenere, the 5 lands and the island of palmaria. Nice hotel located very close to the city centre, beaches and all the main facilities of Lerici. However, the room was too small for three persons and it is too expensive for the services provided (no frigo-bar in the room, weak wi-fi sometimes, very few space for hanging towels and swimsuits to dry, the garage was already full). Not bad the breakfast, but it's possible to serve better.

Excellent location in a fabulous town. The girl tel staff were attentive and helpful. Our room was on the smaller side but that’s what we paid for so we have no complaints. The balcony was stunning and the room was clean and well appointed. Would definitely recommend and return.

We stayed here for ten days to visit Cinque Terre. The hotel is on a busy road that has traffic travelling past it all day and night. During our stay, there were two beach parties that went on till three in the morning, so if you're sensitive to noise, it may not be suitable, on a positive note the hotel is clean and comfortable, breakfast is of a continental standard and has a variety of choices,...

I spent one night in this recently renovated hotel in Lerici during a business trip. The hotel is just minutes from the city center and the beach. The room was clean, spacious and had a large private terrace with a full view of the Lerici gulf and castle. Parking was available at no extra cost, so was the use of the spa and the business center. The staff is courteous and everybody speaks multiple languages...

Hotel location by the sea and close to Lerici is perfect! The rooms are a bit small but otherwise pretty nice. Hotel's staff is nice. However choice at breakfast is slightly lacking and the locker in the room is a bit too small to fit a laptop. Overall pretty good value though!

Very nice hotel on a beatiful location with stunning views of the harbor. Nice clean rooms. Our room 253 has also spacious walk in closet. We only miss sea view. But we book our stay on last moment. Friendly staff ready to help you every time. Free hotel taxi to the city. 7 min walk to the Lerici center. Hotel parking. Good breakfast. We like it. Thank you. 👍👏😘

Serene Location. The views from the room balcony are beautiful!! Very helpful and nice management. Great room keeping service. Hotel should introduce a small restaurant inside to cater snacking needs for guest. Would rate them 8 out of 10!!

This hotel was a real gem. Lerici is gorgeous and the hotel is located conveniently closely to the center. The service was very good. We used the shuttle many times. The view from the rooms' veranda was breathtaking, and breakfast on the balcony was dreamy!

Great service, good breakfast and good location. Unfortunately we got a room only with a very small window so it was rather dark and smelt a bit stuffy.

The room was nice and clean but the bathroom smelled of old cigarettes. I don't know if the fan was bringing in smells from outside but it was really strong. The best Hotel in Lerici. They have very good food and drinks, the rooms and service is amazing. The staff is extremely kind and caring. You will be at the heart of Lerici and it's just a few meters from the nice streets and restaurants you must see and visit. On a trip to Italy with my parents I had a chance to enjoy this little hideaway. We met Daniel, that worked at the front desk. He was very professional, spoke fluent English and even stopped by to check on us how we are doing. The beach is wide and clean and the water was nice and calm perfect for swimming. They have beach chairs, toilets by the beach and a place to shower and change after swim....

We didn’t have a booking in this hotel, but we ask the receptionist for help to find a taxi, and very politely they help us. Indeed if (when) i come back to Lerici i’ll book in this hotel.

Absolutely brilliant hotel in a gorgeous location. The staff are all really friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room had everything you could possibly need and all in perfect working order. You can lie in bed and watch the sea, or sit on your balcony and do the same. Great location right between San Terrasen and Lerici with an amazing view and access to the bay. The room was nice, clean, and large with a great balcony that allowed me to go out and read a book while looking at sea. Great breakfast, too!

The location was perfect. We could imagine that in the height of summer, it would be busy and a little too noisy for our liking. Going in October has been lovely and gentle with tranquil walking along the seafront to the restaurants in the evening. This is a two-star hotel in a five-star location. If the weather is nice, it is still worth paying 60% of the price for the excellent beach location and 40% for lodgings and breakfast.

Good clean and air conditioned rooms....right by the sea but that does mean the hotels parking is some distance away. Nice place to stay.

Pleasant hotel and nice staff. You can enjoy the sea view from your room as much as from the breakfast room.

This hotel is the only one located on the beach side in both San Terenzo and Lerici. The restaurant downstairs is excellent, but be sure to make reservations as they have limited seating for dinner service. It's location is fantastic since you can take a boardwalk to San Terenzo (5—10 minute walk) and Lerici (about 15). The staff are great and we've had an incredible time staying here.

Very nice hotel, extremely clean! This is a family run hotel in this beautiful place, 10 minutes walking to the beach with private parking which is a bonus as here the parking can be a nightmare! Great location, clean hotel that is run by family. The place is great to be your stay to visit the Cinque Terre villages. It is in San Terenzo village 2 km from Lerici town where all boats are sailing to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. You can walk from San Terenzo to Lerici it is very nice beach siee walk with spectacular view to the Tellaro village. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is very simple...

The hotel runs a restraunt up in the hills. We did not have a stay at the hotel but had dinner at the restraunt. The dishes were pretty nice and tasty. English menu is available.

Really liked this place. Very friendly staff and easy check-in. Parking is close in a lot. Breakfast was typical Italian sweets and meats. Good in-room frig to cool down the stash of alcohol I brought in. Good television with USB port that current codecs to play media. Nice outside balcony off the room to smoke if I was inclined. Great air conditioning.

It has a nice Restaurant which gives a big Plus. The hotel itself is nice, almost clean and has friendly employees. The Bathroom was not as clean as i like it, but it was okay, just the wall and parts of the toilet did look old and used. The hotel is not that quiet, you can hear people using the other restrooms from other apartments. The Rooftop needs a renovation. There was waste from a long time...

Nice hotel with view to the beach. The room ARE freshl, renovated and the size is ok. Only the wardrobe is really small. The breakfast was good for Italian hotels even if the corona measures ARE a little bit strange.

For location, comfort and price, this hotel is spot-on. Car parking is convenient (a concern everywhere in much of Italy), in a nearby public lot, which you are directed to upon check-in. The 10 minute walk to town is perfectly seaside. On the roof-deck we enjoyed watching the sun set over the bay of La Spezia.

We were only in the Restaurant, not the hotel. The resto is nice. Except they charged 12€ for Spaghetti and tomatoe sauce for our 2year-old (Not on the menue, which contains only small selection of seafood dishes).

Very nice place, we had a lovely time. The room was good but no real view as it was the first room up the road, make sure you get a sea view if that is what you want. It was a good hotel, nice dinner food and good pool, nice little beach. Rent kayak and paddle out to the little cave in the bay, it is very exciting!

Nice hotel but rooms are very small and outdated. Bed is 190 cm long with a shelf above your head. Apparently this is Italy standard ... Not suitable for us. After 1 night, quickly search further ....

Il Fico Restaurant is a pleasant surprise in the Lericino food and wine scene. Excellent quality of the dishes, passion of the owners, creative but simple cuisine. 3 menus with attractive prices. Try the lime muscles and the red prawns of Capraia. Well done.
