We had booked a room with a lateral sea view and were given a small room with a not so nice view . After talking to the reception regarding change of room they told us that the hotel was fully booked but they would try to find a better solution asap. In fact after 2 nights they changed our room to a bigger one with a nice lateral sea view and kept their promise. Finally this is great customer service , thanks to Domenico Miuccio the Front Office Manager .

Fabulous hotel! Location, access to beach. Shuttle bus. Quality of food. Really friendly, professional staff. Everyone speaks excellent English. Cleanliness.

It may be the best hotel in this town?
If you like MODERN; LOCATION and STYLE, its the place to go.
The view (dep. on the room) is super, the pool and the private beach are just perfect, and the STAFF is absolutely friendly and professional all the time.
Breakfast is on a very good and matching level, nothing to worrie about.
We liked the modern, clean and fresh look, the high price is worth it I would say.
Next to the hotel there is plenty of restaurants.

A modern hotel on the beach front. Rooms are a good size with ample storage space and excellent beds. The staff are friendly and the included breakfast buffet is one of the best I have come across in quite a while. There is a wide range of hot and cold, sweet and savoury dishes on offer. It even has a frsh orange juice machine where you watch your oranges being cut and crushed and your glass filled. The only small criticism is the toaster. It is very slow and only does one side so you have to repeat the process again for the other side.

Great hotel rooms with beach/ sea view are the best. Clean and well kept. Reception and bar staff great only down side was dining staff, they appeared too busy or just not interested.

Very nice hotel in Letojanni, it really stands out from the other hotels with its luxurious yet casual look. The rooms are very clean with air cooling which can be controlled with a remote. The breakfast was included and has a variety of options. It has a nice but small pool to cool off in and inside there’s a bar where you can order the best cocktails. Overall a very clean and luxurious hotel which is easy to reach with public transport.

Great location close to taormina without the crowds. Rooms are lovely and excellent breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice modern hotel, close to the beach, public transport and restaurants, cafes, etc.

They promote the hotel as being inside or super near Taormina, whereas it's nothing close to that. It is at least 20 minutes (40 with traffic) away from Taormina by car, if you are lucky to find one! If we didn't make friends with our driver, there was no way the hotel could find us a taxi. The terrible shuttle service they have was fully booked for the whole week - I've never seen a worse organized shuttle service offered by a hotel before which we could never benefit from. You would think you get there, order it and hop on it as it's a shuttle service of the hotel! Cherry on top is they could only call 3 different taxi drivers, whereas they should have at least 30 on their list to help their clients go around. Even I had 3 contacts in a week.
Secondly, the bigger scam was the car park which was 10 minutes away from the hotel by car! If you don't have a car park right in front of your door or in the garage, you don't put car park as a facility. They just use random car parks in the town and make the client waste time and money on it. By the way, they only helped us out with the parking spot by driving us there (😂), because we argued, otherwise they wouldn't even bother bringing us to a car park.
ALSO we were charged for the hotel towels & never informed us about it! If we knew, we'd use our own towels because we had them!!! Since when do hotels have towel fees?!
Also their sea is quite dirty in the afternoon.
Honestly, such a disappointing experience with unqualified receptionists!

Great experience - nice, clean hotel with fantastic front desk staff. Breakfast spread was amazing. Convenient to Taormina and plenty of excisions they can help you book. Only complaint was a one rude and unfriendly life guard. We would stay there again. P.S. Even though the hotel has a private beach - they do charge guests who use the beach. Not used to this but the beach chairs were nice.
