l've been here for a week and I've been having a great time. The room is spacious and clean. The pools and the beaches are wonderful and the evening are always fun because of the music. There is good food but the dining area is a bit chaotic. The pasta is really good, the second dishes are good too but a bit repetitive. I never got desserts but they looked ok. Breakfast was really limited, in fact...

Large hotel spread over many levels on steep hillside. Beach is about 200 metres away but across busy roads. Two good pools, but food was average. All inclusive is sold hard, but without it there is no easy way to get a drink in the evening. Seemed to be a distinctive shortage of staff. Reception staff were friendly by others quite brusque.

Friendly personnel and good attentive service. Food and alcohol are fine. Spectacular view! But the music sucks. Most people are in their 60s-80s but they play baby shark song or reggaeton.

Beautiful place to stay for a long weekend of doing nothing. Spacious rooms, delicious buffet restaurant and quick access to either pool or the nice beach of Letojanni. Not far from Taormina, the Etna volcano and the beautiful locations of Eastern Sicily although you will need a car to reach them (or rely on the hotel's planned excursions)

We had booked a room with a lateral sea view and were given a small room with a not so nice view . After talking to the reception regarding change of room they told us that the hotel was fully booked but they would try to find a better solution asap. In fact after 2 nights they changed our room to a bigger one with a nice lateral sea view and kept their promise. Finally this is great customer service...

Great hotel rooms with beach/ sea view are the best. Clean and well kept. Reception and bar staff great only down side was dining staff, they appeared too busy or just not interested.

It was the second time in 6 years, we were here and both time we were very satisfied. The Hotel is not far away from Taormina and the beach is across the street. The room was nice, the view lovely. The owner and the stuff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious.

After the first impact with the access road to the Borgo, nothing short of hallucinating in some places, we discovered a very quiet, welcoming and historically very important place. Very well located, but difficult to reach, particularly on night arrivals, due to lack of signs and bad road conditions. Pleasant place, cool and with minimal stuff to cook. No toaster, no tea pot, but as they offer breakfast, not necessarily a complaint!

We had a great stay at the hotel. In fact the negative comments people posted recently is very insensitive, considering this is a difficult time for everyone, especially people in the hospitality/tourism industry. We only stayed here for 1 night but the staff were friendly and the views from the very large balcony were lovely. Aircon very noisy. Breakfast was an okay buffet but just look at the sunrise. We didn't have time to look around but apparently it is difficult to walk to the beach from this hotel.

Two nice pools: shallow one warms quickly and is just deep enough to swim in; but you need confidence for the deep pool (it has no shallow end!). There's nowhere to walk on site except up and down the short drive - the main road is far too dangerous for pedestrians. A courtesy bus can be booked for visits to town or the allocated beach. Beautiful hotel very well located between Taormina and Forza Agro. Pools are awesome with huge wiew on the bay. Rooms also offer a beautiful panorama.

We stayed at the time when Covid mainly kills livelihood. Nevertheless, the hotel managed beautifully. The reception staff are great, also the restaurant. The menu is slightly limited (in a normal time I would take off a star). The room is clean and the view of the beach is to die for. Great location.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in October. Our room had one plug which was in an awkward place to get to behind the TV so we had to move the table to get to the plug. There was another plug but when we tried to use it the plug came apart! What you note first is how kind people working there is. After you see how clean and rooms . The breakfast is almost perfect with a big choice. Not the maximum of stars as no parking in the hotel.

Well located between 5-10 mins walk from the famous isola Bella. Great restaurants nearby. They offer a private beach deal with shuttle service very nice. WiFi is okay not the greatest and same with room, maybe a bit overpriced. I only had breakfast included it was mostly bread and cereals, not too many options.

Best place with amazing, frendly staff and superb views!! The location is also perfect since there are all the needed services near: restaurants, atm, mini markets. It's very easy to take the cable car to Taormina that's 5min walk away. We would spend days on the beautiful beach Isola Bella and go to dinner to Taormina. It was the most perfect holiday. I can't praise the customer service enough here...

We can read lots of positive and negative critics for this hotel. I just left this hotel after a stay of 10 days and would like to bring some objectivity. The ratio price / quality / luxury is in the local market range. Of course, this is in reality not (anymore?) a four star hotel if you compare with northern European countries. It is a unit in a 3-star hotel complex. There is no pool at Villa Bianca, which is actually called Pequeno Príncipe. I was in the best room (911) and the heated towel rail was turned off. The light board was exposed behind the curtain and there was an “X”, indicating that it was not to be turned on. Fortunately, all I had to do was move the switch and it was heating up in no time. The hotel is a bit old but rooms are specious and clean. We had a room with view and it was magical. Breakfast was ok nothing special. No private parking, was offered a parking voucher for €14/day but managed to find a parking spot in front of the cable car station which is next door for €10. Recommended.

Great hotel, great price, friendly staff. Stones throw from the beach at Marazzo'. Really close to Funivar (cable car) to the top of the hill. There are steps up there but if it's open seriously take the cable car! Highly recommend the rooms with a sea view balcony. I'll let the photos speak for themselves :)

Friendly. Room is clean and everything you need. It perfect just over the street to the beach. Via cable car you can drive up to the town. Very good location. They coul only add fruits to the breakfast. For vegans it's nearly nothing.

I couldn’t falter my stay at Terra Rossa. A small residence set among beautiful gardens with great views. We had a studio overlooking the Isola Bella Island. The patio is perfect sized for an evening unwind. The studio provides everything you need and is cool. The pool area is never too busy. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We loved Terra Rossa! The grounds were beautiful, the pool was lovely, and the apartments were stylish. Only things I can offer to mention is that there is a steep 10 min. hike down to the beach or up to the town center— but it’s good exercise! Also, we tried to keep the kitchen clean but still got ants (in a damp dish towel). We would definitely stay there again.

A true luxury hotel. We had the opportunity to stay in the bungalow room and the deluxe room; both with sea view. They were each amazing and had their own special charm. The staff were so friendly and professional. We loved their breakfast as well. You cannot beat these views and you get the perfect beach with the view of isola Bella right at your footstep.

I came here for my birthday and absolutely loved the beach resort. Cocktails were great. And the service was especially amazing. Irene was a very attentive host and very kind. Second stay. It is the first choice for Taormina accommodation. Convenient transportation. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful, clean and quiet environment. The staff are very enthusiastic. If my family and I go to Taormina for the third time, we will definitely choose here again.

We had a last minute change with my husband and my father (52, and 83) to Taormina and so it was a challenge with very little prep time where to stay in a vertical place with my elderly father who is in good shape but challenged by long walks, inclines and extreme heat. We did it all-- close to the bus station (4 minutes), Corso Umberto (8 minutes), the Antico Teatrico and the view cannot be beat...

Very nice hotel located just outside Taormina, nevertheless 10 min Walk to the city centre. The pool with its fantastic view on the sea is the strong point of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! The rooms are spacious with beautiful views everywhere you look. Breakfast is included, and they put on a delicious spread. The location is convenient to the main parts of town, while still far enough away to be quiet at night. The staff are very friendly and speak many languages, always happy to have a chat no matter the time of day.
