Hotel delle Palme

I can handle an outdated room if it is clean. My room looked ok, but the floor was full of dust which I took with me into the bed, the shower is very small and the drainage is blocked and you have to pump the knob a couple of times for the toilet to flush.
MOST IMPORTANTLY!
If you know what service is, especially when it comes to your food, DO NOT COME HERE!!!! They throw everything on the table, pull away the plates as if they are angry, give you coffee with lots of milk with a sprinkle of cocoa when you asked for cappuccino. Instead of saying they do not have cappuccino. I had to stir my coffee with the back of my fork, the coffee was spilled into the saucer. Before you know it they turned their back on you so you have no chance to even ask for a tissue.
Service has nothing to do with if you spend 1 or 100 euros. You're not only paying for that what you eat or drink, you're also paying for the service.

Position of the hotel is nice, and that is all.
Condition works only a few hours a day.
But the most unpleasant thing is food and one waiter who is always angry.
Today I got for breakfast 3 small pieces of butter( it looks like somebody has already tried it) and 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of salami. Bread is like from yesterday.
I have to ask about jogourt every morning, cornflakes I bring with me.
It is normally for that hotel to wait for dinner at the empty table for 30-40 minutes ( menu is marked in advance, 1 day before).
Some people are nice but they can not change my opinion.
