Strategic location to reach the beautiful villa Barbianello, and also the center of the country. Very well furnished functional room. Breakfast good, fair price.

It is a very nice, unpretentious, but very nice bed & breakfast. A room with bathroom and a small private garden which is a little corner of paradise !!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Balbianino. The lake can be reached in a few minutes by foot. From there you can start your daily trips, go to restaurants or visit Villa del Balbianello. Daniela and her Staff were super nice and gave us great tips for planning our stay. They took care of special requests we had for breakfast. A high standard of hygiene was maintained at every time - we felt really safe...

It was a wonderful experience staying with Balbianino! Daniela is a lovely host and gave us great advice regarding the trip planning. Easy access to restaurants, supermarket and bars. We would really like to stay here in Lenno again if we come to Como Lake next time!

Had a great breakfast with a wonderful seat right on the lake. Bar service breakfast includes everything on the menu shown in my pictures, served 8am to 10am. Service was great and food was delicious

Rooms adequate, nice little balcony overlooking the street and lake, shower cubicle a little small but the building is clearly old so not too much could probably be done about that. Fabulous lunch! Perfect for a light option during a summer's day. Just on the lake shore, on the way from Lenno to Villa del Bambianello. Had the spaghettoni with courgette pesto 🤌 (picture). Fish dishes looked awesome too and smelled amazing. Location: on point 👌.

Location was good, away from busy town but good for a mellow travel vibe. Quite and close to everything. Room is spacious.

I like how close to the ferry and the bus stop it is. Good value for the money.

Nice, convenient apartment almost directly located at Lake Como and Lenno’s boulevard. Also, there is a possibility to park the car in front of the apartment complex. Furthermore, the boat stop/pier is also in close proximity, allowing for easy visiting of Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna (and others).

Good location, variable WiFi, semi obscured lake views. Air-conditioned rooms with access to a pool area (that has changed from the advertised pictures. Check in at the hotel around the corner (2 min walk away). Cheap place to stay, would recommend.

Public and free, the kids loved the place despite the smell of the natural chemicals contained in water. I would definitely be back

Part of the Albergo Lenno hotel and just up the road. These are self contained apartments which have a small swimming pool on the roof, ideal for a quick dip. Apartments themselves were spacious enough for our family of 4 with a main room, bathroom and balcony. Effective air conditioning which was a must. Lake Como fab location Fab hotel with parking and near the ferry and walk over to a few restaurants but the restaurant in the hotel is very good and not overpriced. The decor is not the best especially in the ball area they need to change those awful grey chairs but the artwork is fabulous and funky. Overall a good option Leno is a beautiful small town

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff We absolutely loved Albergo Lenno, gorgeous family run hotel with beautiful views, the staff were lovely, the room was spacious, pool excellent and location is both picturesque and convenient. We had a lovely view in a partial lake view room. Would definitely return again

The place is really clean and with good installations. The staff is really kind, always ready to help. Plus the views of the lake are amazing.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to the greenway ferry terminal and two public beaches. The restaurant was excellent and great service. Breakfast was also very good. The rooms were large, excellent airconditioning

This is one of my best hotel stays. From the friendly check-in, great breakfast, and responsive service, the experience was great. The pool was a great way to relax and refresh after a day of touring the sights of Lake Como. Location was conveniently located in front of the Lenno ferry terminal. This is the best food/experience I have had, a serious 10/10. Such a quaint complex with many animals, and a view you cannot beat. The food wine and owners were seriously phenomenal. I’ll be coming here every time I visit for sure!

What an experience. Visiting from New York, this place stood out the most on our whole trip. From the inviting and welcoming family that owns the restaurant to the hearty and fresh food prepared for us. Morena's is a must go if you're ever visiting Como.

We were so so happy to stay at this amazing stay! Such a happy friendly family! The food was wow! The house amazing and unique! The vieuw mindblowing! Location super! Charming villa in a fabulous setting. It has a lovely garden with a view and direct access to the Lake Como. Fantastic host.

A fairy-tale place - pure magic! A beautiful villa on the shores of Lake Como. You can see the lake panorama from the garden - I'm inserting a photo. For motorists - you can leave your car in the parking lot (200 meters from the house). There is even a small trolley in the villa for suitcases and other things. There are several rooms in the villa - each with a separate bathroom and air conditioning...

The owner is the kindest and most patient host you could ask for! Perfect service but be prepared for the middle of nowhere!

We stopped here for lunch after a hike. We were a big group with small children too, but the staff were great with us. The pizzoccheri and polenta were particularly tasty, and the wine was nice too, all at very reasonable prices. I would definitely come back!

Excellent choice for authentic mountain food at extremely reasonable prices only 20 minutes from Bellagio. We have been going here for more than 35 years. I strongly reccomend it.

An old Italian Villa in a remote area .If you love nature, this is the place you should go on a retreat. The owner is very nice , food is good and inexpensive We will come back

A delicious taste of rustic Alpine cuisine, in a setting that to this American suggested Swiss more than Italy, high above elegant Lake Como. We enjoyed the hearty meats and copious servings of polenta and a particularly tasty Italian red. Dessert included delicious wild blueberries.
