Hotel was falling apart no bar no fridge in room barley any thing that you need all hiden extras no breakfast in bed it was a shambles

It’s not even close to the spa hotel!
Because Lido di Jesolo is dead over the winter we decided to go to the spa hotel. To relax a little bit.
Nice photos, good reviews, okay let’s go! Great! Can’t wait for the short break!
Everything was fine until we got to the room. Mini TV on a kitchen cabinet, no desk in the room, not even a chair. Shower is the same like garden hose, from head shower was dripping all the time. Hair washing was not possible because hair dryer is worse like the ventilation in my car. Outside was 15 degrees so they should start to heat the hotel or at least the room. But they didn’t. It was freezing. Not even heating with the air conditioning was not possible. They only turn on heating with the air conditioning once a day from 19-20 o’clock. That’s it!

At least we have spa in the hotel. Let’s go!
On the 12th floor is located spa area: mini pool, 25degrees heated, not working sauna and a shower the same you have in the room. Just what I expected from the Italian. Perfect! The pool is too small for swimming. All you can do is sitting and waiting for chlorine poisoning or freezing. Then we decided to go to the sauna - doesn’t work at all! Just perfect! After a 15 minutes we had enough. We couldn’t even stay longer because of the chlorine. Too much guys it’s too much!

Only the location of the hotel deserves 5 stars and their photographer.
