The rooms are cozy and the cuisine is first-class. But I would like to say a few words about the staff: friendly, helpful, attentive, ready to exchange a few words, not one iota more than what makes you feel good. Excellent stay! Amazing hotel with 5-star service for the price of a 4. I've rarely been so surprised by a hotel, this one was a success. Comfort, service, restaurant, beach, everything is beautifully managed. Well done 👍

We were guests at the Victoria Frontemare Hotel for the second time and highly recommend it. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the dinner was always delicious and varied, prepared with fresh ingredients. The hotel, which is located right on the seafront, also has a swimming pool and bike rental. We will definitely come again!

Price is too high in comparison what you get. Room is relatively small, beds are very hard. A friend who came over for dinner had to pay 70 euro. There is not always supervision in the kids club. Wifi in the rooms is very poor, in the lounge area it is ok. Nice beach area and swimming pool is also ok. Mini bar is included, but contains only 2 bottles of water. Standard of kitchen is very good, fresh croissants in the morning, meat is cooked very well etc. No anti mosquito net in front of the door.

first of all Diletta is the most precious front desk girl. if she isnt the front desk manager she would be perfect for it
rooms and bathrooms are very small but okay for the price and location - you just sleep in there anyway
parking is 👍🏼
breakfast is veeeey good and lots of variety
drinks are good - iced coffe was aaaamazing!!

For me it's more a 3star hotel. The rooms didn't felt like anything special, the toilet seat felt old and yellow. Had a shower. We were not very impressed by the service, felt false. Worst was in the restaurant by dinner when we had "only breakfast included", then it felt like they didn't cared much. Some tables were reserved and they didn't cared to show us where we could sit and was very slow coming with the meny so almost felt like we had to go get it by ourselves. And they felt most annoyed and not very nice and serviceminded. The breakfast tho, was very good (but not the best coffe), and the service by the breakfast was very polite and nice.
