Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo

Our one-night stay was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. The stunning views from our room provided a serene and captivating backdrop, making our time there truly special. The staff’s friendliness and attentiveness were remarkable—they were always available, anticipating our needs, and handled every request with care and efficiency. Their professionalism was evident in every interaction, making us feel valued as guests. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful and rejuvenating night’s sleep. Every aspect of the stay reflected attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and are eagerly looking forward to our next visit.

I was with my child (3 years old) at the hotel in August 2024. I liked almost everything! The room (suite) is really like on the photos. My child had a separate room and bathroom. The staff proposed me an additional fence for the child's bed. And it helped a lot. The terrace is very nice and big.
The swimming pools are great for children different ages. The water temperature is amazing and different in the pools.
The beach and the staff there are very nice.
The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is super. You can always find healthy and delicious food.
But I would improve some details at the hotel:
1. My child opened the room door very easily and went out twice. It would be nice to have an additional locker that is located higher on the door. For safety reasons for children.
2. Telephone in the room has a very bright light that is on the whole night. I put a pillow on it, but it didn't help very well. The same with an air-conditioner if you want to change the temperature in the night.
3. It would be nice to have a seat disinfection in the WCs, because of children.
4. The cleaning staff uses a lot of chemical liquids in the children club especially on the table where children play. And the liquid smells a lot in the morning.
5. I was afraid to leave the child alone on the terrace of the room. The fence of the terrace is not enough safe for small children. They could climb on fences.
6. There are no WCs and changing rooms at the swimming pools and the beach. The nearest WC is on the second floor of the hotel. For children it's impossible to use.

Great hotel with a close sea. The food was very delicious, and I really loved the option, that you can choose your food in the Swedish table and then, if you are still not full, you can order food from the menu. The room was very good, noise isolated and great condition.

Falkensteiner hotel is good choice if you wanna have a great and peaceful vacation. Staff are extremely perfect, friendly and asking you how are you, talking with you, fluently speak English 😊. Spa in hotel is also one of the best choice if you wanna relax after beach. We glad that we can chose any destination hotel Falkensteiner around the world , we know that this is big quality, massive breakfast , lunch or dinners. 😊 Everything clean, everything lined up, manager in place, making sure people have a good time. Restaurant in hotel is also good, prices kinda overpriced….What I would read is that if the staff take you to the loungers with towels, you can't choose the first and second row because they are only for people from the suite. Which we understand, but people often bypass that , or don't even ask, they automatically go to the first row, which is cool, we did that too because no one checks it. very good, but not superb for the stars / given the price. very good food, but service (at the bar) doesn't always live up to (very slow or not attentive at times - based on two experiences at the hoku bar)

I think this place deserves five star. Great building style great service good vibes! the bar restourant and terrace are serving great food ,loved the fusion menu. Service is carefull. Great place for jesolo

Really very nice! The atmosphere is magic! You are in Jesolo but really if you look around you, you are in Miami. I love Richard Meier style ?
