Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo

The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. Even though the hotel is a little far away from the center, it was perfect for us and our needs. Bikes were available for free, very easy to rent. Many thanks to Victoria from Kids Club for her dedication, care and attention given to young kids! Our daughter loved the dance routines and the time spent at the Kids Club! This was the highlight of her stay! Thank you and see you soon!

Service, facilities, breakfasts and SPA were great. Panoramic sauna with sauna experts was great experience with music and special herbs steams ( Kraüter Aufgusses) ! Good quality and fair price. Location is very unique direct on the beach. Architect is Richard Meyer , who designed famous Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles in USA. Recommend.

Should have a more protein rich menu especially after hours for room service

We spent four nights at the hotel with our two children aged 11 and 14. The Manager and all the staff really looked after us from start to finish and went out of their way to be thoughtful including offering a solution to keeping our family together and allowing us a late check out to make the most of our last day before an evening flight home. As well as 1st rate accommodation, breakfast was high quality with lots of choice. The children loved the pool, private beach and range of Mocktails in the bar! Highly recommend as a base for exploring Venice including for those with families looking for a haven away from the hustle and bustle of central Venice.

I'm writing up older references. Hotel Falkesteiner Jesolo is a really well run hotel. When we arrived, it was the end of the holiday season and the hotel was full of children. It was very annoying because especially the German-speaking parents came to relax and let the children do whatever they wanted and bother the other guests. Fortunately, the hotel manager, Mr. Alessandro Fichera, was always present both on the beach and in the restaurant and we were able to contact him at any time. Thanks to it, we had complete privacy and were not bothered by the dozens of children in the area. The beach at the hotel is absolutely excellent, great spacing between umbrellas. The reception works perfectly, Mr. Fichera is practically always present and therefore everything works 100%. On arrival we handed over the car and the suitcases were immediately in our room and the car was parked in the garage. Whenever we needed a car, it was brought to us. It should be mentioned that the cuisine in the hotel is absolutely great. This choice of food is quite unusual. Number of appetizers to choose from - about 30. The number of types of pizza - at least 6 every day. Famous. The hotel also organised a great boat trip to Venice and the islands of Murano and Burano. Definitely recommended. We really enjoyed it.

Simply perfect. I'am recurring guest with my family, and completely satisfied with the location, staff, rooms. We usually ask for full board, as the food is also outstanding quality. The hotel manager Alessandro and his team do an excellent job, I absolutely recommend the hotel!

Our one-night stay was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. The stunning views from our room provided a serene and captivating backdrop, making our time there truly special. The staff’s friendliness and attentiveness were remarkable—they were always available, anticipating our needs, and handled every request with care and efficiency. Their professionalism was evident in every interaction, making us feel valued as guests. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful and rejuvenating night’s sleep. Every aspect of the stay reflected attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and are eagerly looking forward to our next visit.

I was with my child (3 years old) at the hotel in August 2024. I liked almost everything! The room (suite) is really like on the photos. My child had a separate room and bathroom. The staff proposed me an additional fence for the child's bed. And it helped a lot. The terrace is very nice and big.
The swimming pools are great for children different ages. The water temperature is amazing and different in the pools.
The beach and the staff there are very nice.
The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is super. You can always find healthy and delicious food.
But I would improve some details at the hotel:
1. My child opened the room door very easily and went out twice. It would be nice to have an additional locker that is located higher on the door. For safety reasons for children.
2. Telephone in the room has a very bright light that is on the whole night. I put a pillow on it, but it didn't help very well. The same with an air-conditioner if you want to change the temperature in the night.
3. It would be nice to have a seat disinfection in the WCs, because of children.
4. The cleaning staff uses a lot of chemical liquids in the children club especially on the table where children play. And the liquid smells a lot in the morning.
5. I was afraid to leave the child alone on the terrace of the room. The fence of the terrace is not enough safe for small children. They could climb on fences.
6. There are no WCs and changing rooms at the swimming pools and the beach. The nearest WC is on the second floor of the hotel. For children it's impossible to use.

Our stay at the hotel this year was wonderful again, and the Kids Club program has noticeably improved. A big shoutout to Marina, who brings such warmth and dedication to the Kids Club. She was a true asset, especially also with the adult fitness activities like Pilates and Aqua Gym. It was a pleasure getting to know her! One small suggestion: Due to a lack of staff, the children often stay indoors at the mini club instead of being active outside. For next year, we would love to see more outdoor activities for the kids and think splitting into two age groups would be ideal. Another highlight was, as always, the lovely Dori, the heart and soul of the hotel, who takes such great care of the guests on the beach. Special greetings also to the lovely hotel director Alessandro. We’re already looking forward to next year and will definitely be back!

One of the best experiences in a hotel. Staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast and dinner buffet have an exceptional variety of delicious Italian food. The hotel beach is right outside the hotel and you can reserve an umbrella.
