We stayed four nights at Hotel Luna. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room (junior suite) was very comfortable, well equipped and maintained daily. We enjoyed the benefits of a luxury hotel but with a more personal touch here, thanks to the hospitality of the staff. Beyond the welcoming spirit and exceptional accommodations, we enjoyed the superior location as well. Right on the edge of the Piazza San Marcos, we had quick access to many of the locations we wanted to visit. We could not have asked for a better location to access so many points of interest while also enjoying very comfortable accommodations each night. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Venice. We look forward to returning in the future.

We are enjoying a deluxe room overlooking the Grand Canal. It’s lovely. Great staff looking after us. Beautiful bathroom with amazing lighting and a gorgeous bath. The bedroom is not large but the decorations and lighting are superb. Really quite different. Breakfast is yummy and the Bar, excellent.

We recently enjoyed a family vacation in Italy and stayed at the Baglioni Hotel Luna, which quickly became our favorite hotel. The food was exquisite, the cleanliness impeccable, and the location unbeatable. But what truly set it apart was the exceptional service. As a travel agent who is constantly on the move, I can say this hotel exceeded all my expectations.

I booked as a last minute change of plans and had no expectations. It truly is the best decision I made during my stay.
First the hotel can be reached easily by water taxi directly from the train station. It’s located near the luxury brands and touristy area.
The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful stay.
The hotel's location is simply unbeatable - just steps away from iconic St. Mark's Square and the Grand Canal, allowing you to easily access all the major sights and attractions.

Absolutely breathtaking views hotel, beautiful classic rooms, very clean and comfortable.
Antonio , the concierge is super friendly , patient and helpful. I had an incredible custom massage with Daniela and she is the best to go to after jet lag . Daniela is knowledge, attentive and knows how to heal body. I highly recommend to book massage with her .

Very helpful and polite employees, excellent service, nobody can help the rooms that are tiny, (in such an old building) of course is located in a prime spot right next to San Marco square

Excellent location, friendly staff, kudos to front desk manager Marco, include breakfast in the most beautiful elegant hall every morning, service impeccable. The concierges, including Antonio & the two ladies (sorry, I forgot their names) told us the best places to eat at reasonable prices, where to go & how to get there. They arranged a complimentary one way tour to Murano & the glass blowing artisan creators, and then to Burano. We decided to make our way back by public water taxi. I always look for friendly smiles by the staff, good showers, non-clogged sinks & tubs, and clean rooms. This hotel surpassed each handily. Will return there soon! Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel brings "wonderful" to a new height. The rooms felt very elegant but not overdone. Best of all, roomy for such a space constrained area. You cannot beat the access to St Mark's plaza from here, nor the access to water taxis, vaporetto, or gondolas. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Best hotel of our trip to Italy.
I think we were very lucky, booking through the AMEX FH&R program, so we got the upgrade to a junior suite. They also noticed we had a birthday when they took our passports (we never mentioned that we were celebrating anything). We came back to the room one evening to find a mini cake waiting! This was our first time experiencing such wonderful attention to detail, even at luxury hotels.
