Wonderful hotel, perfect beach location while also near to local shops & cafe/ bars. Spotlessly clean, we were half board and everything you could want for buffet style breakfast, evening meal was served to us and was top class, very varied menu with healthy tasty cuisine. From the cleaners to reception staff & special mention to Claudio for his wine expertise and friendliness, Bruno for his constant smile and cheery approach and all the waiting staff who work so hard but always had a smile and were ready to help. Hope we will visit again someday 👌😊

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful range of rooms. I had various questions before visiting and Beatrice responded quickly to every question; she even sent me bespoke photographs of the features that I wanted to know more about. We have visited this hotel twice before and their expansion to take over the next door building has clearly been worthwhile. The location is perfect, walking straight onto the pedestrian are full of lovely shops and restaurants. Easy to get to Venice…. Just hop in the bus to Punta Sabbione and then catch a frequent ferry. Many reviews complain of having to pay for pool beds however by charging extra this gets rid of the ghastly early morning towel wars. Do consider this place….. you won’t be disappointed.

Booked this hotel for a family holiday in May 2025. Positives- The hotel is spotlessly clean. Good location with a terrific pool and bar setting. Bar and pool area recently renovated and very smart. Most of the staff are very friendly, we found Bruno (restaurant manager) , Diana and Chiara (restaurant team) to be lovely and friendly, very efficient. Also the pool staff and the main bar staff are very nice. The restaurant food is generally very good, you chose from the menu at breakfast, what you wish to have for evening meal. Bruno manages this and works very hard , but always with a smile on his face and a laugh and a friendly joke. Cleaners / house keepers always do a fantastic job in the hotel rooms. Not so good- stuff that could be better. Every thing is an extra charge to your room and it is particularly expensive. A large beer (less than a pint) €6.50. Sunbeds around the pool €20 for a couple (2 persons) . €12 for sunbeds on the beach infant of the hotel (2 beds and a parasol). Reception staff are not particularly friendly or helpful (this seems to be a culture thing set by the reception manager). Rooms are aged, small and basic. No kettle , no glasses for a drink, paper thin walls so every little noise from the adjoining room can be heard. If you book with Jet2 you will get a basic, standard room with a road side view. If you ask to upgrade to a side seat view €15 per person per day. Access into the hot on arrival is a problem as lots of steps with heavy suitcases, there is a garage entrance lift but until you have a room key card you can’t access it ( needs to be addressed by management). In May the resort is super quiet , most bars and restaurants closed and not many folk around so not much to do in the evening. We did lots of trips, Venice , Sirmione , Verona etc which were fantastic tasters of the beautiful Italy. In summary , the hotel is good. Could be better and quite expensive. Some small management interventions would make all the difference.

Just arrived at the hotel this afternoon. Very excited to come to Lido de Jesolo. We checked in and were allocated probably the worst two rooms in the hotel. First floor (101 & 102), really small and over looking the busy road with no sunshine. We respectfully asked if the rooms we had been selected we what we had booked (as we we thought we had booked two rooms with three beds a balcony or terrace with a limited sea view. Apparently because we have booked our holiday with the UK’s Jet2, they only allocate the lowest grade rooms to their guests, please be aware of this. After a very being make to feel very awkward by the reluctant to help reception staff. We asked if we could pay to be put in nicer, better located rooms. We were shown two other rooms by a very nice young concierge gentleman. And advised the reception team that these rooms were much better than the rooms we had been given. We were asked to pay a further €15 per person per night (4 of us staying 11 nights) which we have paid as the rooms were so disappointing. We were advised that these new rooms weren’t quite prepared by the services team, and asked to come back later and that our luggage and possessions would be taken to the new rooms. We came back later after collecting our keys to find no luggage and had to go again back to reception to enquire about the whereabouts of our baggage. Again felt as if we were unwelcome. The bags were still in the old rooms so we shifted them ourselves, my wife and I as my parent are both 80 years old and need a little help. New rooms are at best average, small and basic, and shaded. Please consider other possible hotels where you know what to expect and that the hotel actually provides a welcome and a level of customer service. The most sad thing of all is that our holiday is to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday in august as he and my mum came here for their honeymoon some 55 years ago. So we all feel quite deflated. Let’s hope Lido has more to offer by way of hospitality than the Soleil hotel. Very disappointing to say the least. And for the extra €600 we have paid between us maybe a little better room would have been given to us.

My first stay at Le Soleil was in 2015 and I was very impressed. After 9 years I came back to this hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel is in best shape, very well maintained, best services, the room was extremely clean (they clean the rooms twice a day).
My room was a Deluxe Sea View and it had the perfect size and of course, view.
The breakfast is very rich and the dinner is fine-dining, which you cannot find in many hotels.
I am impressed of the service, the staff is very professional. I can mention Alessandra, from the front desk, Martina, from the restaurant and also Alicia, who is very nice.
The nicest person and most professional is Maitre Bruno, which is "una instituzione per se" :-). He creates such a good atmosphere and makes all the efforts that guests have the best time.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

Just arrived home from this hotel! We had the smallest room and no view at all, we seemed to be in the middle of the hotel on the 1st floor! No direct sunlight. Our view was a wall opposite! Balcony had 2 chairs no table which I’ve had in all other hotels I’ve stayed in! The bathroom was very small! My husband is 6ft 3 and there was not much room to turn in the shower let alone dry yourself! We booked this hotel through Tui but there was no other choice of rooms on their website. We were on a HB basis, breakfast was ok lots of choice but if you had a cooked breakfast the eggs were always cold even if they were brought out freshly cooked! Evening meal is served at the table, a bit of a buffet to start and various choices to choose from at breakfast for the evening. These were always served hot! Beautiful pool area but do not agree with paying €10 each for a towel and 2 sun beds to sit there when you could have 2 sun beds and umbrella on the beach which you didn’t have to pay for except €3 each for a towel! I would have thought being a 4 star hotel these would be free!

The service in the restaurant is the worst we've experienced. The food itself is good although very salty and for these reasons we would not recommend this hotel. I have been to Italy before and had to pick what I wanted for dinner at breakfast so that was not an issue for me, although other guests seemed not to be too happy about it. What one of the many problems with the service was - was trying to get a menu and place your order. Then there was being ignored in the dining room at dinner and trying to get served or when going on a trip and being advised you could have an early breakfast discovering that not much was ready and the staff seemed put out. This is a shame as the cleanliness (our maid was very good and friendly) and the location is good. Therefore we would suggest you choose another hotel as there is enough to chose from.

Husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks. Nice clean rooms, a bit small but this is normal in Italy. Sunbeds and parasol free on beach, to use sunbeds around the pool you have to pay a daily rate!!! Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but evening meals rather poor. Buffet ran out of food and was not replaced quickly enough to cope with guests queing. Waiters rushing around trying really hard but lacked leadership. we waited so long one night and still did not get our dessert.

Great hotel with easy access to the beach, shops and bars , restaurants all in easy walking distance. The hotel is spotless, as are the rooms ,the staff are very helpful and the food in the Restaurants were first class . Great place for couples or family's

Let me start initially with the negatives. We had a really early easyJet flight out of Gatwick so got to the hotel before midday. We were met with the usual “your rooms not ready” which we expected anyway. The receptionist took my mobile number and email address and suggested we wait in the bar. Unfortunately nobody told us where the bar was! It was through a broom cupboard door which was closed at the time and this lead out onto the sun terrace. I’m not sure how we were supposed to know this and we had to ask them. We went to sit at a table which was being laid for lunch. We were told we were not to sit there but nobody explained why we couldn’t sit there or why we couldn’t have lunch. We could sit on some cushioned seating area for free but we were happy to pay! It was all a bit bizarre. Eventually we managed to grab somebody to get us a drink but we had to repeatedly find someone to serve us. We weren’t contacted when the room was ready and we only discovered it was ready when we went back to the reception at about 1330. The receptionist told us we did not have a sea view which I thought holidaying with TUI we would get. When we got to the room, we did have a sea view? The room was clean but small for the three of us. There was barely room for the three us and our suitcases. Now for the plus points. This is a nice hotel, we did enjoy our stay, honestly. Yes the service could be patchy. I started to think perhaps our orders were getting lost in translation perhaps. My husband felt they we’re putting their own countryman first. I’m not sure if they were or not tbh. I did really like the hotel and I liked most of the food they served as well. I just think in the Mediterranean they like to survive with a certain amount of chaos that we’re not used to. Up until we left, we still could not work out why the poolside bar suddenly had all the tables booked up and we couldn’t get anything to eat and drink. We spent 10 days there and nobody explained a single thing to us. Nobody told us the times for breakfast or dinner or where it was served and we just had to wing it. This was on direct contrast to the other British couples staying there. I just think the female who checked us in was just very unhelpful and unfriendly and the hotel might want to address this. It’s a lovely looking hotel and we did really enjoy our stay here. For me, Italy is just a cut above and this hotel was no different. When the service got patchy, and it did, we walked across the street straight into Jimbo’s Bar. Michel and Matteo are brothers and are extremely accommodating to their customers. . Michel has lived in the UK for a time so is fluent In English. Matteo prepares some lovely food in the kitchen so we were happy to spend our money in their bar instead. In fact my husband refused to go anywhere else. We watched the Euro’s there and if not in the hotel we were in Jimbo’s. The tabacchi across from Jimbos’s sells bus tickets and ferry tickets to go to Venice wh
