So after two years we returned to the Napoleon Hotel. And again we were completely satisfied with the service, the friendly staff, the location of the hotel, its cleanliness, and absolutely everything. Thank you for making our vacation more enjoyable. We already know that we will definitely come back again.

A shocking and humiliating experience at Hotel Napoleon.
Two young men wearing Hotel Napoleon shirts behaved in a way that was completely unacceptable. My wife and children were aggressively shouted at to “MOVE NOW!” from a sunbed, even though they had offered to pay. No courtesy — just pure aggression.
Fortunately, I arrived just in time, because their behavior was especially hostile and intimidating toward women. I can’t imagine what might have happened if they had continued unchecked.
This kind of aggressive and disrespectful conduct has absolutely no place in hospitality. It reflects a serious failure in staff selection and training. Allowing people with no education, no self-control, and no understanding of basic manners to represent your hotel is beyond unprofessional — it’s dangerous.
I took photos of these individuals and will escalate if necessary. If Hotel Napoleon has any interest in maintaining its reputation, it needs to address this immediately.

A really great hotel with very nice staff. Especially for german speaking guests I can recommend it.

I stayed here two months ago in August and had a fantastic time. Friendly greeting from the staff, nice gestures such as candy on arrival, free daily lunch were much appreciated, but the highlight was the owner, a classy lady, insisting that her son drives me to the bus station, which was within 10 minutes easy walk.
The single room was clean and large enough (as was the bed), had a decent sea view and comfortable setup. Oh and the old-school room key, with heavy tag, great to leave at the reception and go to the beach carefree, I loved it. They had their private beach where you can always find a free sunbed. The price relative to the super convenient location, amenities and overall value was very competitive.
Before visiting, I thought Lido di Jesolo was dull and I would not want to go again (I chose the place because I was attending a wedding in Venice, so decided to prolong my stay in the area), but after this short vacation at hotel Napoleon I think I could return with pleasure. Thank you and warm wishes from Armenia!

I'm still staying at this hotel for the last few hours, but it was a wonderful experience, wonderful staff. The owners are good-natured people and with their kindness and helpfulness they made our family weekend unforgettable. Everything is wonderful

Very good, wonderful hotel. The staff is always polite and friendly. The rooms are very elegant and very well furnished. Wellness showers, heated pool and lunch are a nice standard. The beach is right in front of the hotel, it is very well maintained and clean. The owner is a lovely Austrian lady, you really feel at home at Napoleon.

We have stayed there for 2 nights.
*Staff in the reception was polite.
*Poor breakfast, cold coffee.
*Sunbeds in the beach were amazing.(thank god it was free)
*Beach towel renting was paid 3€ per person.
*Room service was knocking the door persistently for cleaning at 09:15 in the morning.... (come on, we came for holiday and sleep)
*It was written in the room '' Using the minibar for personal purposes(like putting your water) is paid and 3€/day. '' (I never see this kind of nonsense thing in a hotel in my life. I mean you can include this price to room cost and in this way we don't have to see this inconvenience. Thank God again using the toilet in the room was free!!!!)

Absolute satisfaction. A family hotel that is really managed with all its heart. All staff smiling and always ready to fulfill your wishes. The entire hotel is very tastefully furnished. Cleanliness is a matter of course here. Excellent location of the hotel, sunbeds and umbrellas by the sea for free, plenty of bicycles available for free. Hotel pool nice and clean. there are lots of trees and flowers everywhere. Thank you for a very pleasant week by the sea. We will definitely come back again.

It was my second stay at Hotel Napoleon. I knew the last time that I would definitely come back here in one day. Napoleon is a very cozy hotel. In the evening, when it is already dark and you don't want to take a risk swimming in the sea anymore, then there is an opportunity to go to a warm pool which is a good way to relax. Sitting on the balcony is also very pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast table setting is extremely beautiful and everything is also so tasty. I don't usually eat cake, but the Tiramisu which they served one morning was exceptionally delicious. The breakfast Staff are very attentive – huge compliment to them! Thanks a lot also to Mario for his hospitality, when we started moving the room in the middle of the night. He is very good at noticing everything that is happening around him :). He has eyes in the back of his head and is always alert to the slightest sign of trouble. I am grateful to Edda for her recommendations about Klagenfurt. Carezza a Ronnie :)
