Hotel Rosa

We have recommended the hotel to all our friends. Renovated. Everything clean and fragrant. A homely atmosphere, like when you visit a friend and he tries to make everything perfect. In a nice street, close to the beach and everything is 5 minutes away. You can go to the beach without stress because you have your own sunbeds and umbrella waiting for you.

Very nice experience at this hotel who has also sunbeds on the beach, free of extra charge for hotel clients (every day was another place )! The food had good quality and the personal very friendly! We will return!

We had the best experience here. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day. There is a safe parking behind the building. The beach is close, with umbrellas for guests. We also enjoyed the breakfast, it was delicious and you feel that it’s served with love

Absolutely lovely hotel!

It has perfect location, very close to beach, restaurants, gelateria is just around a corner.
Staff is super friendly, they treat guests like their own family.
You get secured parking behind hotel, beach access is free to paid part of the beach so you have good amenities, clean beach.

Rooms have outer electric blinds which provide almost blackout. AC is working well. Bed is comfortable. Balcony with seating. Bathroom was visible only part of the room not modernized but they also have rooms with refurbished one. Owners are continuously investing in this hotel.

Breakfast is just fantastic, local products. Just perfect.
There is a caffe all day long so you can just sit in comfy chair in front of the hotel with a nice cup of espresso and gelato from nearby gelateria.

Result: Perfect hotel, almost hidden gem. We are definitely coming back next year.
Tip for the owners: Keep the charm, keep the reasonable price, keep modernizing the rooms. You are doing great job. No regrets to spend money here.

All was wonderful
The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful; although we received much earlier than the checkin start, we received immediately a parking place, WiFi password and beach umbrella tickets and the room was prepared very quick.
The room was very well designed (both functional and looking).
The room had a small fridge, although we were not expecting it (so, bonus :)
The cleaning was impecable; the towels were being changed very often.
The terrace was really nice and spacious.
The breakfast was very good and varied, in European style (both salty and sweet + fresh fruits); also, they brought coffee varieties from their bar.
The staff was very attentive to details and they came with solutions without even asking them (e.g. bed protection for kids). Whenever we had any question or request, they were prompt and helped us.
We have been there two years in a row and looking forward to the next ones.

It was a nice hotel for a Family vacation in Jesolo. We have been there with a 2yo. It is pretty close to the beach (5 minute walk) and was clean. It is close to a couple of restaurants and shops.

Beautiful hotel! Everyone was really friendly! Baby and dogfriendly place. Very very clean, and modern styled. The breakfast was perfect, sweet and salty products too. The coffee was delicious. We loved to stayed here!

Five star breakfasts: fruit, pastries, excellent coffee and hot food - all delicious and well prepared.
Friendly 5-star service, including daily housekeeping and support in everything from the owners.
