We had a great stay. Rooms were nice and big. Location was withing walking distance from the center. Included beakfast was also great.

Industrial Hotel with cold ospitality and standardised food on buffet;
food was not for us.

I wish I would have read Juhani's review before I ruined our vacation. His short review from two years ago stands today as well. Two stars at best. Some things about this hotel even make me put it in the one star corner. Basically if you want to ruin your vacation, book here.
Yes, the location is great and the parking is free, but that's about as good as it gets, from here it's just downhill. Dirty & smelly rooms, unfriendly staff, a manager who couldn't care less, a breakfast with the cheapest products money can buy, no WLAN connection and wall sockets without any sockets, where the wires just hang out. The general feeling is categorically not of renovated rooms as advertised.

We spent 1 day at the hotel instead of the planned 2. The Hotel is not a 4 star facility, except maybe for few rooms in the main building, which I did not see.
We had to switch our room, it smelled bad and was basically underground. On the second day we complained about the cold - it was a really cold night. The answer from the manager was that he cannot do anything and he does not want to do anything about it - did not offer a better price or to turn on the heating. It is not exactly what I call hospitality. So we decided to go before we ruin our vacation completely.
For sure I will not include this hotel ever again on my list for the next holiday.

Can't comprehend most of the other comments... Spent ten days in May there. Food, rooms, service - everything was fine.

Nice stuff, good breakfast, clean rooms, good pool, nice view.

Hotel: Clean with good food. Fish meals are just great.
Location: Fantastic view. 10min walk to the Lake Garda.
Facilities: A nice pool.
Rooms: Quite big. With air condition (you need it).
Staff: Very friendly.
We would come back any time.
