If you want to be only a number and eat for convenience, this is your hotel.
Yes, the location is great and the parking is free, but that's about as good as it gets, from here it's just downhill. Dirty & smelly rooms, unfriendly staff, a manager who couldn't care less, a breakfast with the cheapest products money can buy, no WLAN connection and wall sockets without any sockets, where the wires just hang out. The general feeling is categorically not of renovated rooms as advertised.
We had to switch our room, it smelled bad and was basically underground. On the second day we complained about the cold - it was a really cold night. The answer from the manager was that he cannot do anything and he does not want to do anything about it - did not offer a better price or to turn on the heating. It is not exactly what I call hospitality. So we decided to go before we ruin our vacation completely.
For sure I will not include this hotel ever again on my list for the next holiday.
Location: Fantastic view. 10min walk to the Lake Garda.
Facilities: A nice pool.
Rooms: Quite big. With air condition (you need it).
Staff: Very friendly.
We would come back any time.
