Aqualux Hotel Spa & Suite

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel back in July/Aug 2023. We were a family of 16 and the hotel really went out of their way to make sure our rooms were closed together and that for dinner (we were half board) we had the same table on the mezzanine floor outside in the beautiful garden terrace area. The food was outstanding, every evening there was a variety of different dishes to choose from. We had lunch most days and again the salads, pizzas and sandwiches were good portions and the quality was good.
The swimming pool area was kept clean at all times, I thoroughly enjoyed doing water aerobics most mornings and visited the spa area a few times where I could unwind. I had a massage which was good and relaxing.
The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main tourist area of Bardolino where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and bars and 10 minute walk to the lake. It’s an absolutely beautiful town. We hired a car and parked it in the car park of the hotel. I would definitely go back and stay at this hotel.

It was a great stay. Tidy and with wide variety options for breakfast, very kind and professional staff.
The only thing I was disappointed is that they don’t have an ironing machine ! I think as a 4 stars hotel you should have one.

We stayed for 5 nights with our two small children (infant and toddler) in a Garden Suite, and felt that it was the perfect amount of space for us all to sleep and play comfortably. The on-site breakfast is extensive and well done, and the restaurant changes its menu daily..
We loved how gracious and accommodating the staff was to us and our children. It was their vacation too, and it certainly felt like it! The hotel is a short walk to downtown Bardolino for shopping, restaurants, and ferry access to other areas of the lake. The hotel is also accessible to the main bus routes that bring you to other lake towns (and only 20 minutes to Gardaland). We did not rent a car during our stay and felt that we had enough to do within the vicinity using public transit, however taxis were difficult to find unless booked in advanced (we also stayed during "off season" during September).
As a family that travels often, I highly recommend a stay here. We would stay again!

Great hotel in great location. Only a 5 minute walk to Bordilino, which is a beautiful town. The hotel is modern and minimalist with lots to do if the weather is fine or inclement.

Excellent 4* Resort with young, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and big enough.
Highlight are the inside/outside pools and spa/sauna area.
Ideal location very close to Bardolino city center. Parking garage with plenty of space.

We stayed here in September and had a great time. The hotel had many mitigating procedures to keep guests safe, given the current pandemic. We felt that safety was of the utmost importance. The room was large and comfortable with a balcony. The selection of swimming pools was great and there is plenty of space to relax around them, either inside or out. The breakfast is not really buffet style, the staff serve you from behind a bar. It seems to be a temporary measure to cover the pandemic period. The selection of food is great and it is all very fresh.
