Our stay was a mixed bag, our room was nice, very clean and a maid service every day. We have just come back from an amazing week. Our room was comfortable, tidy and large. We had a large balcony unfortunately the furniture wasn't very comfortable to sit on for very long periods. Great service so far (2 days in to a 7 day stay). Whilst the guests here are mainly German or Austrian, all staff speak and understand English and are always happy to help and assist. So far so good... 😁 The hotel is set on the hillside above Lake Garda and therefore could pose issues to the less mobile. To compensate, the Hotel does provide a shuttle bus service to and from Limone centre.

It was an excellent experience, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great , the food the cleanliness of the room , they do have a children’s animation and my kids were so happy. Everything was top 👍🏻

Thomson all inclusive holiday. Not 5 star, but good for a base, with food and drink. Limone is a fantastic place to visit, so much better than a beach holiday! Room is large and is kept clean. Location couldn't be better. Food is okay, the usual AI buffet style.

The view from the balcony of the hotel was worth the little bit of extra money and the balcony we had was larger than expected. It didn't catch much of the sun though. Not correspond to 4*. Expectations are not met, is very simple. When we pulled up - did not recognize him, does not match the photos. Artificial plastic grass everywhere. Spa is free but Slippers and bathrobes - for a fee. Very cheap mini-cosmetics. Caught ragged towels. But a big plus for the clean - up though old, but clean enough. Breakfast is the same, but enough. First night here after driving from Finland, yes, so far lol. First impressions, room is great, Amazing views, you can get much cheaper hotels but I would suggest here at half board rate, views are insane, amazing unbelievable place and I highly recommend. Will add to this once I've tasted the food.

We have stayed here each year, but sadly were unable to get a room this time due to availability of flights etc. We stayed quite close by and called in to the bar for one of their delicious ice cream sundaes as we really missed the good food and friendly staff. We can highly recommend this hotel and will be back next year!

Before getting there we really didnt know what to expect but this hotel exceeded expectations!! The view is breathtaking, location is perfect, everything is super clean! Awesome Hotel. Clean looks like it was recently built or remodeled. The bathroom is very nice Italian style. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are very welcoming. I had my booking with Breakfast including (which i recommend) and the breakfast was great. The only issue is that in Fall/winter season they have only one option on the AC system and it was heater. For me i love sleeping with cold AC on. A wonderful hotel with excellent staff, especially the staff serving dinner. Whilst the choice of evening meal was limited there was always an excellent selection, the fish selection was excellent and always served hot on a hot plate, something that not many excellent restaurants can achieve. We stayed for 8 nights with our 2-year old son. The pool and jacuzzi were great and the staff and guests were very kind and welcoming. Great hotel! The plant is so pretty with all the plants. Our room was very large and clean, perfect view over the pool to the mountains. The food was very tasty. Staff super friendly. It was only a few steps down to the lake. The city was a 15-minute walk away. If back to Lake Garda then definitely the Hotel Riviera 💪 again
