I use the Bounce Luggage storage here. I was recommended by my friend to use Bounce Luggage. It's so easy to use, with lots of available storage locations you can choose. Easily booked and paid in the website. Next day when I went to this hotel I simply showed my booking confirmation and dropped the luggage, then picked my luggage at the later time of the day, very convenient and simple, price is reasonable. The hotel itself is very beautiful, staff were friendly and had easy communication, also the hotel reception closed at a later time than other locations which gave much more flexibility on the time to come back to pick the luggage.

This hotel offered great customer service. The workers go out of their way to help you and ensure that you have a wonderful stay. The rooms are very clean and it's right in the center of all the shops.

We stayed here for 3 nights. 3 mins from the city walls. Close to railway station and easy walk to main sights. Quiet room. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Thank you.

I highly recommend this lovely hotel that serves a delicious breakfast! The staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed in an annex room that was spacious and appeared brand new. While it’s inside the city walls it is quiet. Fabbrizzio allowed us to store our bicycles and bike bags in a convenient locked room.

We loved this beautiful hotel in Lucca. It is within easy walking distance of everything: the train station, shops, restaurants, churches, yet still in a quiet street. The staff were always friendly and cared for us very well. Every encounter with them surpassed our expectations. Our room was very large and comfortable, and breakfast was very good. We would definitely return and stay here again.

Arrived in this charming hotel accidentally having noticed by a glance the simple pleasant facade and the location in the city… Wanted to stay 2 days, but i eventually stayed 3 times longer.

If you have the chance to be in the "dependance"; please try get room n° 38 at the top floor with a view on everyday Lucca life, private gardens and houses around !

Located close to the city center and easy to reach by car (just outside the ZTL) this nice hotel has an unique charm. We had a spacious room, fantastic bath (all very clean) and decorated in tuscan style. There is parking available close by and the staff will guide you through 2 narrow streets into the piazza behind the cathedral to access your spot. They also helped us later to get in a second time as it helps a lot to follow their guidance. We would definitely recommend Albergo San Martino for your visit to Lucca! Only small downside: It gets a bit noisy as the building was built a while ago and there is no AC. However, it didn’t get too hot in early September anyway. :)

Loved the hotel, loved Lucca. Would definitely stay here again. Had a triple room because our son was with us and he actually had his own separate room. Bathroom was small, but very modern in style. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly.
