Very nice personell at Check in and check out.
Breakfast was very poor and the water were not that helpful and friendly.
My room was not nice and smelled for high humidity. Price was extremely high for such a room and breakfast.

The breakfast buffet, cheese and salami were shared by the slice and one morning they announced that they had run out of butter. the dinner was little and bad.I do not recommend at all.

Worst three star hotel I have been to. Crummy bedroom with three seperated single beds (wall mounted tables between) instead of a double bed or two singles put together, as requested. The bedroom had dirty walls and hadn’t been cleaned very well (thick layer of dust on top of the tiny fridge). The only positive thing was the shower, which was good. Breakfast was bad and the coffee was cold. Please find another place to stay.

Welcoming atmosphere from the moment I step in the hotel. Very professional, friendly and extremely helpful staff. They always greeting and smiling to us. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials: the bed was the most comfortable I have ever been. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to visit Lucca!

Hotelier doesn't speak english. Takes all passports. Breakfast barely okay. Booked 4 x 2 rooms, got 2 x 4 rooms with terrible bed sofa.

Good location (15 min walk from station and 3 min walk from centro storico). Very friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and nice courtyard with outdoor dining area.

They put, knowingly, 4 adults in a room with a queen size mattress and a kids bunk bed. That’s for starters... There is no body soap offered for showering even though we paid €195 for a room. The AC was broken and they didn’t do anything about it... yay for window being open.
