Far from town. Large rooms but very moderate decoration. Clean but very low quality breakfast.

Hotel fairly modern, but lacked facilities, like a swimming pool with spa and bar to relax in after a hot day in town. Rooms are fairly spartan in terms of decor and comfort. Not much in area to investigate. Probably ok for single night business users, but could do better for holiday makers, which we were.

We stayed here on the recommendation of friends who stayed here previously. The hotel is clean and modern with parking on premise. You will need transportation to get to Lucca city center. Very nice hotel, ended up here due to our car breaking down. They kindly gave us the last twin room. They also gave us a map of Lucca and advised the quickest way to walk there. Room was very nice.

nice and kind reception, tried to listen what I wanted , and breakfast was also ok, the hotel is in walking distance to famous Lucca fortress .. and just beside there’s mid sized supermarket and bit further distance there’s big esselunga so you can choose whichever you want to go or buy … I enjoyed the stay and might come back to stay in Lucca

My father and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Ilaria in Lucca. It's location and proximity to all that Lucca has to offer couldn't be beat! The service was great and the continental breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

Hotel Ilaria is a nice hotel in the city center of Lucca. Parking available. We had a spacious room in the dependance building across the street. Fantastic bed, very clean bathroom with a good shower. Excellent breakfast and free biles to make a city tour. We will be back

We visited the Tenuta already 5 times and now we are even celebrating our wedding there. The view is amazing as the hotel is settled in the middle of the vineyards. There are only around 10 rooms, which makes the amtmosphere in the hotel very familiar and warm. The personell is very kind and attentive, especially Eleonora! She is super friendly and professional and is helping us a lot with our wedding...

We were staying just a couple of kilometres away in the amazing Villa Il Luccio so very convenient for a light lunch. The pasta, especially the ricotta and chard stuffed ravioli simply the best you'd get anywhere. All is elegantly served with kitchen baked rolls and their own organic olive oil. The Villa is beautiful, the pool area good, on the drive up to the Villa it looked great. Unfortunately almost everything about the place could be better. The room was ok, but dull. Good size room, the pool is very clean, however you have to pay 3 euro to use a towel !! Which I find very poor! The bathroom was dated and the light worked me as electric cables were showing. Air conditioning a bit old fashioned and not great, could do with a refurbishment of the rooms. Our stay here was perfect. Kind and welcoming staff, excellent food and service and a beautiful, spacious room. We stayed here for Christmas with our two young children, who were made to feel very welcome and they enjoyed the garden and space around the villa to play in. Really lovely proprietor was so friendly and helpful when we arrived late yesterday. Parking is safe if a little nArrow to access! Room was comfy, light and airy and the bathroom small but functional. Next door is a very good pasticceria for breakfast. Recommend this place for Lucca.

We were based in the tuscanian hotel as a family celebrating our son's wedding in a villa about 15 minutes away. The tuscanisn was the perfect place for our stay. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We were looked after from morning till not by the most helpful staff. I would recommend the tuscanuan without hesitation and will definitely back.

The Tuscanian hotel is in a very good location. Everything is just a few hundred metre walk away. During the day you’ll hear classical music from the nearby music school, of an evening it’s very quiet. We stayed in the executive suite and enjoyed our terrace views as depicted. The hotel is in the ancient city of Lucca and if you find the right entrance in the city wall (and parking space) it would be a good start. Unfortunately, the navigation offered us a tricky way, then we needed to get thru the alleyways packed with tourists on Sunday afternoon ... finally the receptionist helped to make us out of the ZTL risk and to get a parking space. Lovely historic and quaint hotel in a very central location. Avoid the front first floor room No. 21 as the windows don't keep the sound out of the character-filled lane outside! Note - you can't drive to this and many other hotels in the pedestrian area of the old town in Lucca. Best gelati in Lucca opposite the front door of the hotel.

Smallish rooma in a good location just outside of the city walls. Luxury hotel. The spa was modern addition which was not super special. Nice terrace to relax and hang out and drink wine.

I've just spent a few days in this lovely, comfortable hotel which is ideally situated just outside the city walls, only minutes from everything this city has to offer . The staff are friendly, kind and charming and cannot do enough to help you. Also, the breakfast buffet is delicious. Do stay here.

Rooms on the smaller side. Free parking available. Directly located outside the city wall of Lucca. Breakfast was ok. The best thing are the free bikes the hotel provides. Definitely get those and ride around Lucca on the city wall.

Excellent little hotel with lots of charm and artwork throughout the hallways. All very basilica-like. The rooms are a bit small but it's a good compromise considering the location and price.

Gorgeous hotel located inside the city walls, really last minute booking due to our plans changing, we were so lucky to have chosen this hotel for 4 nights. Breakfast included and can also get drinks from the hotel bar. Clean and tidy hotel, cleaned every day, slight air con issue one day but was sorted by the time we arrived back to the room. My friend and I loved staying in La Luna. The location is superb, and the staff are amazing! The hotel was so charming, even down to the giant room keys you can leave behind the desk. The breakfast was simple but got the job done. The beds are a little hard and pillows a little thin, but staff kept our room nicely tidy. Our AC didn’t work, so we slept with our windows open. It's just a friendly family hotel type of place. There is no great luxury. But it's clean, the staff is very friendly: you'll feel at home.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large, and spotless. The air-conditioning was OK, but not brilliant. The shower cubicle was cramped, and not easy to get in/out off. With COVID - 19 the breakfast items were prepackaged in plastic bags. The amount of plastic used was worrying. All that being said, I would stay again - but would ask...

Very friendly! Great breakfast, perfect pre-ParkRun food (pancakes with maple syrup, boiled eggs, fruit, banana chips... There are many more things, even the pot coffee is good). To my shame my Italian is hopeless but the reception staff were able to speak English very well. They also allowed us to check in early so we could freshen up before sightseeing in town. Muchly appreciated.

Parking consists of 5/6 places inside the structure but the gate is always open once those places are finished, the car must be parked outside where you can find space. The rooms would not be bad pity the bedspread full of suspicious stains and the radiator at maximum all day and night a real exaggeration you couldn't breathe. After having spent €109 for just one night, not even the breakfast included...

We stayed in 10 for a stag party, an excellent base for visiting the center of Lucca. It offers very comfortable and clean rooms of different sizes.

Everything is good and clean. The owner of hotel, Alejandra, is an incredibly pleasant woman. She has a rare energy, that spread quietness to all around.

Big swimming pool, nice garden for good breakfast outside and for a barbecue during the day, good ping-ping table and billiard to spend your time and have a nice italian coffe. Spaciuos rooms and apartments, clean and very familiar place.
