Cozy, friendly and welcoming. Extensiive breakfast and excellent service. Rooms are very clean and quaint. Highly recommended!

We stayed 3 nights and what a wonderful experience. A family run hotel with a personal touch, always ready with a smile and and answers to questions. Our room was super clean and the bed very comfy. Breakfast was very good - we loved the orange and veg juicers! A peaceful stay in lovely Lucca.

Excellent hotel. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was large. The bathroom included a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi bath. Breakfast in the morning was a nice buffet. You could request a cappuccino or other coffee drinks.

We stayed here a few days in mid October. What a delight and lifetime memory. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our room, the breakfast each morning, all recommended restaurants were fantastic. The place was charming and Paolo couldn't have been more helpful. We highly recommend a stay here. Don't miss it!!

Stayed at this wonderful hotel in December and it was Magical!
Nice big, clean, charming room and bathroom, super comfy bed!
You can open the window and here the most magical Italian music. Wishing I had stayed much longer!
The restaurant serves wonderful food and the service was impeccable! The complimentary breakfast was huge, serving the best coffee and anything else you might be craving!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent location in the heart of Lucca. I would stay here again!

I put 4 stars as our room was facing the street and unfortunately there was a lot of noise early in the morning.

Home from home. We stayed here for 2 nights before moving along to Florence. The staff make you feel like family and the rooms are decorated perfectly. Breakfast is very good and it's well situated in Lucca. They will organise parking next door too if you ask before hand and waive any fines brought by the ZTL exclusion zone. Top marks!

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was varied and fresh. I liked that the breakfast was from 7am until 11am as it gave us plenty of time to eat.

The location of the hotel is superb. Lots of amazing restaurants and attractions nearby.

I do think the hotel could do with a little refresh. The rooms are incredibly quaint and have lovely walls, but there are little gestures that I think would make a huge difference. Namely, the hairdryer was really bad and they didn't provide any tourist information in the room.

We were also given a room which had an adjoining room... we could hear their conversations and were worried about putting the TV on in case we disturbed our 'neighbours'

All in all, I'd recommend!

Fantastic hotel in a historic building. Location is great, central to everything yet quiet. Private car parking available next to the hotel for EUR 15. Different room categories are available. Great breakfast with fresh orange juice and Italian coffee, that can be enjoyed inside or in the small courtyard. Staff are very friendly and make you feel home. Highly recommended.
