A family run hotel that was lovely when we first stayed there 15 years ago and is still charming. The service is personal and everyone is helpful. A budget friendly option with true Tuscan welcome.

Very cute little family hotel with very kind owners, good service and breakfast, and cozy accomodation. Hotel is silent and calm, it has free parking, and it's near to the city walls and center which you can reach by foot.

The service staff are very friendly. Giovanni has been very accommodating.
The place is clean and very homey. You can take a 10 minute walk from the place to the walled city of Lucca.

Great family run hotel. AC is great, rooms are cozy. Short walk into the city but service and hospitality is top notch. We felt very welcome and got good recommendations of where to go to and even some explanations around history etc

Really lovely proprietor was so friendly and helpful when we arrived late yesterday. Parking is safe if a little nArrow to access! Room was comfy, light and airy and the bathroom small but functional. Next door is a very good pasticceria for breakfast. Recommend this place for Lucca.
