We chose this hotel for our summer holidays, and we were happy with the choice, it is a very familiar environment, the owners are very kind and available for any request.
They recommended places to go on excursions, and their advice was very useful, we found the room very nice, the cleanliness was excellent.
As for the breakfast, it is excellent, plentiful and with a wide choice, the dinner is made up of many specialties from Trentino, the staff are kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back

Excellent starting point for some beautiful trips between Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio.
Good parking, nice large and clean room with mountain views.

It was only for 1 night due to transit, but the bathroom was so filthy. Cleaned the toilet myself with cleaning supplies, the pee stains from previous visitors were still under the seat and on the toilet bowl. Bah!!!

We ate at the restaurant today, there was an Argentinian lady who served us and seated us, very kind and helpful, we had good food at lunch, the price was a little higher than we expected, on the other hand they are very close to Madonna di Campiglio, they are probably in in line with their prices....anyway, overall I would say good reception and food.

Hotel in line with the declared stars, but the friendliness of Augusto and his staff make you feel at home.
Quite varied kitchen offerings (half board) and quality raw materials.

Don't rely on booking photos. Questionable experience, starting from half board meals to unprepared staff in uncomfortable situations.
Exaggerated price quality for the services they offer: buffet in the morning with very little choice, they offer (unlike the beautiful photos uploaded on booking) a fruit tart, very finely cut cold cuts and brioches with a pinch of jam inside, the rest is all packaged.
Dinner is really poor, they offer you a choice of three dishes for the first and second courses, needless to say that the choice is between penne in bianco, soup and above all nothing typical.
Furthermore, the staff was unable to provide any kind of help when the car got stuck in the hotel car park due to snow, as the owners were not present in the structure. In fact, we were forced to shovel snow into the covered parking chute for two hours and were finally rescued by a family of tourists who happened to be passing by.
In short, this small inconvenience situation could certainly have been dealt with differently by the staff, who however reimbursed us for the parking cost.

A truly comfortable hotel just a few minutes from Madonna di Campiglio and a few minutes from Pinzolo, managed by Augusto and his family, together with a friendly staff..... The quality of the food is truly excellent.

We didn't stay in the hotel but took advantage of the restaurant. Very kind staff and owners. Delicious dishes at a good price.

The room they occupied, two adults and a fifteen year old, was a little lacking in drawers for storing things. Everything else ok, family run, good cuisine, very nice and welcoming managers, excellent location 10 minutes by car from Madonna di Campiglio
