A perfect hotel - lovely rooms, wonderful spa, and a fantastic restaurant but most of all absolutely brilliant service. Friendly, helpful, efficient - gave us great hiking advice, organised shuttles, and were just great all round.

We have stayed here with our family of 4 and we have nothing but gratefullness for their great service and hospitallity. True professionals. Beautiful and stylish hotel. Very close to the Spinale cable car station. The spa is excellent. The balconies on the higher floors offer fantastic fews over Madonna di Campiglio.

Glorious hotel. Great facilities and awesome proximity to the Spinale chqor lify. Lovely staff and food. Just don't stay on the noisy wing overlooking the Ober hotel and nightclub.

Great hotel in the mountains!

Friendly staff, beautiful property and amazing breakfast buffet. Nice spa area and the kids loved the pool. Very nice service with the shuttle to and from ski slopes. The owner is very friendly, comes around every day with a greeting and makes sure everyone has all they need. My family was very happy with the stay.

Spent unforgetable vacation here! Stuff is extremely nice and always ready to help and assist you. Rooms are new and very clean, food (we had breakfast and dinner) is local authentic and it is great! For skiers, nearest lift is next to hotel and there are two slopes leading to hotel itself. Would higly recommend!

I stayed here for a week whilst on a skiing holiday, and would go back again without question. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortably appointed. Some of the rooms have been recently renovated and look lovely. The communal areas are clean, comfortable and also well sized so you don't feel like you're sitting on top of your neighbours. There is a small relaxation and spa area downstairs...

Rarely am I surprised, but my expectations were exceeded by this hotel. The lobby seemed a little dated, but the service was exemplary. The entire staff made every effort to make our stay enjoyable - especially the maitre d' who genuinely made us feel welcome. We stayed New Years Eve and the oysters, champagne and pre fix dinner (dinner is included in the cost) was exceptional.

The service is excellent, the breakfast is large and good. They also have a laundry service which normally take two days. A shuttle service is available if you don't want to walk the ~500 meters to the Spinale lift. Don't miss the afternoon pastries or the evening snacks served in the bar!

This is a very nice hotel in a great location- very close to both the town and the lifts. The rooms and main lobby and restaurant are very nicely decorated. The breakfast is also very good. The spa area is a great way to relax at the end of the day. But the reason they get 5 stars is the staff - always willing to get you everything you need to make your stay memorable. This place is one of the best hotels I ever stayed. The hotel itself designed beautify, large cosy room with a balcony and amazing view to the mountains. The stuff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I loved the SPA, the food and everything about it. Once at the lunch time I was hungry and the hotel restaurant was closed, but I told the receptionist that I would like to eat some salad before...

It was important for me to live near the ski lift because skiing is my life. I love the Monte Spinal mountain therefore I chose the Hotel Cerana. Tasty food, nice view and mountains - that's what I needed. i made the right choice

Truly unrivalled service, hotel shuttles available to take you pretty much anywhere in the town! Food is great and the tea before dinner is a godsend. Rooms could do with a slight upgrade but cleanliness and comfort were met.

The hotel is quite worn out. Maybe it was fancy in 90s but not today. Some rooms have nice mountain views but those facing the road are quite noisy. Although it claims to have 4 stars but the reality is far from that, e.g. there is only a shower gel provided in the bathroom, no body lotion, no hair conditioner, etc. The restaurant was quite ok, but nothing exceptional. They provide free shuttle service...

This place is truly amazing. You will have the best view possible on the Trentino Dolemites. But what makes this hotel unique is the impeccable service, amazing room (we had the suite) and miss Lorenzetti. Always the best for almost 40 years.

I was with my son in this wonderful chalet, I felt pampered by impeccable service, a relaxing spa and above all by a truly 5-star cuisine! The only flaw is the somewhat small room, but we were two and it was fine. Excellent location because in 3 minutes on foot we were at the Pradalago plant and in another 4 minutes we were in the central square, never used the car !! I absolutely recommend it

Absolutely wonderful stay. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. It literally feels like home! The entire reception staff, front of house at the restaurant and Claudio - the barman are all so lovely and kind! The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The housekeepers clean the rooms and bring new towels every day. There is also a pleasant wellness area with Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi...

Great hotel to stay in. I strongly recommend it. The food is amazing. It has very nice gym, sauna complex and a small swimming pool. Rooms were rather small but ok. There is a great feature: shuttle bus taking you from hotel's parking to ski lift.

Great hotel with helpfull staff. Room has some noise from the other rooms but that was not too much disturbing. Breakfast was very good. It was much more than typical Italian breakfast. At the dinner there was enough choices in the meals (normally three). Welness area was nice with three different saunas. Also many other facilities at the wellness area.

Located just near to Madonna do Campiglio city center, it's in a quiet place where only "noise" you will hear will be the little river. Also room are very pretty with very typical style.

I stayed in this Hotel for a week. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were competent and always catered for every desire and need. The owners were really nice and knew how to recommend a different destination every day. The excellent restaurant, variety of dishes, appreciated the typical dinner. The only flaw, and I am saddened to mention it, a young waitress was brutally dismissed twice...

We stayed about a week in a Family Suite. It was a perfect stay, from the welcome upon arrival to the room to cleaning. Excellent gourmet restaurant and staff: a special mention goes to the maitre Leo and Elena. Impeccable wellness. Highly recommended

Been before, never fails to please

Just stopped for some apres ski drinks after skiing down from Pradolago; the Bombardinos with coffee and cream were delicious and the bar/waiting staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself looks lovely and is in an excellent location for the lift, ski bus and Campiglio town centre.

All persons owning and working in this hotel are exceptional friendly. They try to fulfill your wishes before you tell them. The transport with the hotel bus to the ski resort is very flexibel and perfectly organized.

Excellent location for those who want to spend the so-called white week .. buffet breakfast, dinner with buffet appetizers and first and second choice always concluded with a good homemade dessert quite varied cuisine and above all good quality food ... nice center wellness with gym, swimming pool and turkish bath .. perhaps a little too crowded but in return 5 stars well deserved

The hotel has very little reviews online and I can say I have no idea why, it is simply amazing. We were family of 4 staying for 1 week skiing. It was just perfect, no complains. The foods was great, the staff unbelievable. Would definitely recommend and wish this hotel all the best

It is a fantastic hotel with a very nice spa. Rich breakfast and complenentary cake in the afternoon. Has a cozy restaurant inside. The rooms are spacy and nicely furnished in a modern mountain style.

We just spent a wonderful week here. The views of the spectacular dolomites from the hotel are stunning. Our room was superb & the whole hotel is immaculate with tasteful & comfortable décor. The food was delicious ,the service was excellent & the staff were friendly & very helpful. 2kms from the village centre & lifts but the hotel driver was there within minutes to take us where we wanted to go....

We've been several times and it's a great hotel - family run, big enough to have everything you need including a decent indoor pool and spa, but small enough to be personal. The location is lovely, in a quiet wooded spot just outside Madonna. Rooms are good and service excellent. Most people go half board - superb breakfast, very nice dinners - this year the food was a bit fussy for my personal taste...

Nice view, bar and spa. Some old fashioned facilities and a small room. Rude Restaurant Manager but nice Receptionists and bar manager. Few English-speaking staff. Amazing Masseuse. Attitude appeared to be: owners first, guests second, english-speaking guests third.

You feel great at the La Baita hotel. My room is in the attic and is very spacious and comfortable, as well as beautiful to look at. The service received is excellent. The owners are extremely courteous, welcoming and available for any request as well as to give tips and suggestions. The breakfast is rich and in the restaurant you eat very well and at a fair price. I advise.

You eat divinely and the veal stew with polenta taragna was really excellent, as well as the carrot cake and the ice creams made by them. we come back every year and always eat very well. very friendly and prices in the norm.

The fish was excellent and it was from the local alpine lakes witch is a bargain for this money. The dessert was our best ever had. Also the stuff very friendly. Fully recommendimg the restaurant. Regret we found them at our last trip day.
