We stayed here for a week in Feb 2024 as part of Crystal ski package. The hotel was really good value for money. We were staying half board. Food was plentiful but drinks at dinner were not included (water was also not included). Breakfast consisted of eggs, cold meats, cheese, as well as a normal continental style offering. Dinner was a salad followed by a primi, secondi and pudding.
The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the gondola at Pinzolo but the hotel runs a minibus shuttle service in the morning and afternoon. You can store your skis in a heated ski/boot room at the hotel which also has facilities for private lockers (private lockers are heated but come at an additional cost). The ski bus and public bus also run from outside the hotel if you want to go to Fulgarida/Madonna directly.
Room was a reasonable size and very clean. We had a lovely view into Pinzolo and a balcony. There was a very old fashioned hairdryer in the room, but I'd strongly suggest taking your own.
I absolutely can't fault the service at the hotel. Andrea in particular was extremely helpful. Most of the staff speak English which was also very useful for us.

All in old style in here - it was new maybe 25 years ago. The room was rather small, and the bed was too hard. Room service every day.
Food - no vegetables for breakfast, all very limited. You can get omelet and scramble eggs, but when opting for oats, you only have a tiny bowl with portions for a toddler. Many cheap biscuits, fruits - only kiwis. Dinner - two main dishes and salad bar - meaning mostly cabbage and carrots. Main dishes - mostly some meat, pasta, potatoes, soups. Very bland taste, meaning you only eat because you paid for it. The staff was very nice, but this food was misunderstanding, with no taste at all. Also, drinks for 5.50 euro were way too much.
Advantages - around 1 km to the ski lift, nice views around.

We were very surprised how good and cosy this hotel is. Even with 3 stars and many guest (there are around 70 rooms), they manage to show attention to every guest. Rooms are quite comfortable, quality of bathrooms is good. The catering deserves only positive words- omlettes for breakfast are tasty, dinner meals are delicious, you can choose 2 meals for dinners. The place is perfect for skiers who want to benefit from price-quality ratio.

The view was great. The room was okay, but the sound isolation is pretty bad, we could almost hear conversations from the other rooms.

I remove one star because I arrived at 3pm and the room still wasnt ready, they made me wait more than 1 hour without even a word of excuses.
