Lovely quaint peaceful old Italian hotel, we really enjoyed our stay there and the food was delicious. They would lose a little bit of charm becoming slightly more commercial but it may make them more profitable.

Wonderful view over lake Trasimeno, and fine cuisine with local goods, and dishes may be changed according to the wishes of the guests, even if there aren't many vegetarian/vegan dishes since it's typical Umbrian cuisine.

The facilities were really clean and the staff were wonderful and very very helpful.

Air con very effective and lovely room cleaner. Continental style breakfast. Plenty of cake. Would have liked black tea. Hard working staff who were very helpful with tourists information and organising taxis.

Nice place with a pool & good services

I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff were so friendly and attentive in every way possible - they even gave us free transport to the town nearby and the train station. We were attending a wedding at Castle Borgia nearby, which was a 5 minute walk away. Our room had a lovely balcony and was very very clean! Loved our stay. Breakfast was good , room was cozy for us and spacious. The room air conditioner was old so there was a drawback that it was not cool in hot summer, but it was not bad in the evening. The staffs were very kind. The restaurant was also delicious. The price was reasonable.

Giangiacomo is a brilliant host. This is a sleepy little town with a nice restaurant within a 5 minute walk of the hostel. Trains to and from Torricella are infrequent, so you'll need to plan your day trips carefully. Alternatively there is bus service, taxi service and the station at Magiore, 3 km away, offers more frequent train service.

The room is okay, though a bit dated. The breakfast quality is terrible; it takes courage to call what they offer a cappuccino.

We stayed two nights at this hotel with a magnificent view of Lake Trasimeno. Luana was a friendly and helpful host. We also had the option of dining at the hotel in the evening, and for just €2.50 more, a generous breakfast with homemade cakes was included.

Well regardless of either reviews we enjoyed this hotel. 1st it was very well priced. Secondly the room though basic was very very comfortable and spotless. And the view from the balcony of the room is priceless. It was off season so the restaurant was tired and dated feeling. ( Hard to complain about a breakfast that costs €2.50) A large beer was €3 and I drank two of those on the lovely terrace....

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days with my family and we were disappointed because although the structure is really beautiful it lacks maintenance completely, the first night we spent it in a room where the bathroom drain didn't work we had to drain with a bucket , the shower leaked water from the shower tray flooding the bathroom, the second day they changed our room the bathroom worked but leaked...

Excellent location, beautiful view, the place is lived in but not to be denigrated .. rooms with everything you need, then a lot of outdoor space and a swimming pool that doesn't hurt! The owners are very kind and welcoming you feel at home .. recommended both for one night and for a relaxing holiday ..

Pure relaxation. Hotel surrounded by greenery and silence: a peace of mind. Very clean and pretty, retro style but very welcoming. To relax you can stay by the pool or take a dip, there is also a playground for children, and a ping pong table to play. Very kind and friendly staff. Ample parking.

On arrival meet by such friendly reception staff Room 94 allocated on level O overlooking car park. Clean room but not 4* amenities, curtains did not fully block out lights from car park. Comfy bed and decent shower. We were half board and arrived late but had a buffet evening meal which was average. Breakfast was good the following morning and had a lovely day by the pool. Prices are fair, but ants 🐜 crawling all over the beedroom floor, lots of stuff that doesn’t work (TV, toilet, shower etc)…. It’s simply not good enough. If it hadn’t been for the perfect pool area and the brilliant location on a hillside providing a breeze during the heatwave, grades had been one further down. Displaying four stars is one and a half too many.

Ideal location on the edge of town with the supermarket a short walk away. The apartments were very clean with a bathroom and kitchen in each, plenty of space for our group of 11. Antonella was fantastic making multiple trips to the station to collect our group and arranging transport to and from the wedding we were attending. Everyone said how they would love to have stayed for longer!

Beautiful farmhouse completely renovated, the apartment is furnished with modern furniture, kitchen / bathroom complete with everything you need. Absolutely loved my stay here. Even though it's very close to the city centre, it's very quiet and idyllic and all the apartments have the most beautiful view over the lake. The host was also incredible and provided me with all the necessary amenities and information.

Despite the absence of the mat in the bathroom, room are quite comfortable, clean and silent. The place is rather easy to reach and the staff is very much polite. The village is equipped with a small pool, a meditation park end a basketball and tennis court. Wi-fi and air conditioning in the room if you prefer.

Hotel situated in a beautiful place on the top of the hill, problem is a road to the hotel, it's a nightmare. What was wrong its a problem of a very very short bed!
