Lovely quaint peaceful old Italian hotel, we really enjoyed our stay there and the food was delicious. They would lose a little bit of charm becoming slightly more commercial but it may make them more profitable.

Wonderful view over lake Trasimeno, and fine cuisine with local goods, and dishes may be changed according to the wishes of the guests, even if there aren't many vegetarian/vegan dishes since it's typical Umbrian cuisine.

We went there twice because we liked it so much! The view of Lake Trasimeno is breathtaking, the property with pool and so many flowers is beautiful, the apartments are very clean and the small village has a lot of charm. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The apartment La Suite was super cosy, and from the small adjoining terrace there was a beautiful view of the lake. The town was a small charming town with a pizzaria and a small cafe/bar and very very cozy and all the Italians were so friendly and always greeted us when we walked by. Would definitely recommend La Morosa - really nice place to stay.

Beautiful place surrounded by nature, quiet and relaxing to regenerate and try something unique. The apartments are gorgeous, well furnished and superbly clean. Thanks to an enchanting outdoor swimming pool, it makes the whole environment much more suggestive and complete.

Secluded and surrounded by greenery, the family that runs it is friendly and warm, the rooms are clean and tidy. The only flaw was the bad coordination with the site used to book, however understandable given the large number of people from which the group was composed.

I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff were so friendly and attentive in every way possible - they even gave us free transport to the town nearby and the train station. We were attending a wedding at Castle Borgia nearby, which was a 5 minute walk away. Our room had a lovely balcony and was very very clean! Loved our stay. Breakfast was good , room was cozy for us and spacious. The room air conditioner was old so there was a drawback that it was not cool in hot summer, but it was not bad in the evening. The staffs were very kind. The restaurant was also delicious. The price was reasonable.

This small tourist rental is great. Now it's called Maxi Paradiso run by wonderful people Consuelo and Camilla. You have the possibility to have breakfast independently in a dedicated area where you will find everything you need in abundance. You will feel at home, go and you will be satisfied!

We stayed two nights from March 16th to 18th and had a great time! Delightful B&B in a strategic position by the lake. Parking nearby and free. Maximum attention to the customer, fantastic breakfast! Giangiacomo is a brilliant host. This is a sleepy little town with a nice restaurant within a 5 minute walk of the hostel. Trains to and from Torricella are infrequent, so you'll need to plan your day trips carefully. Alternatively there is bus service, taxi service and the station at Magiore, 3 km away, offers more frequent train service.

Wonderful Umbrian experience in the Spanish village. Quiet area away from the traffic and noise pollution of the city, the village is a real oasis of peace. Large rooms equipped with all comforts. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days with my family and we were disappointed because although the structure is really beautiful it lacks maintenance completely, the first night we spent it in a room where the bathroom drain didn't work we had to drain with a bucket , the shower leaked water from the shower tray flooding the bathroom, the second day they changed our room the bathroom worked but leaked...

Lovely fresh coffee and large pot of English breakfast tea were very welcome. Fresh fruit including sweet early strawberries, pineapple and melon together with fresh bread and pastries. Truffle omelettes were available. Irene was very welcoming and helpful with directions into Perugia. A pizzeria is a short walk away and food was good although you'll need to drive for evening meals otherwise....

Exceptional welcome, with a touch of class inside the restaurant. Great for a B&B, as the review shows, the rooms were great with air conditioning. The location of the restaurant is not the best, on one side it overlooks a Super Road, on the other side it overlooks the A1 motorway, always busy.

The location is perfect, in the industrial area, from where, in a short time, you can reach the various villages, many of which overlook Lake Trasimeno. Convenient location to reach the lake and very nice managers. We stayed in the room with an external bathroom ... Let's say you can do it for one night ... Parking only for a fee, so it becomes expensive. Too poor is the breakfast consumed at a kiosk, a b & b generally offers much much more ... A cap or a brioche is a bit too little in our opinion.

Prices are fair, but ants 🐜 crawling all over the beedroom floor, lots of stuff that doesn’t work (TV, toilet, shower etc)…. It’s simply not good enough. If it hadn’t been for the perfect pool area and the brilliant location on a hillside providing a breeze during the heatwave, grades had been one further down. Displaying four stars is one and a half too many.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the lake and from the train station. A family-run business, everyone was very friendly and I had a great chat with Andrea, was made to feel very appreciated as a guest. No frills property with comfy beds and 80's furnishings. Perfect stay only the train passing by felt lightly but if you are a sleeping beauty sleeper it's perfect. The hosts are very nice, kind, helpful for customers. The location may seem a bit deconcerting, but you can walk to the city center in 15 minutes. Breakfast is decent. A big plus is the private parking, for those traveling by car. The house has an interesting history. The inner courtyard, full of plants, is also a good look. Bellissimo casale ristrutturato nella campagna umbra, ampio spazio recintato che ha permesso ai miei cani di poter sgambare in sicurezza, ottima stanza con accesso diretto e al pian terreno senza problemi di trasporto bagagli e uscita cani, ampia comoda e calda . The old barn is Mr. Mauro, an extremely kind and helpful person, together with his daughter. The location is close to the communication roads to reach all the Umbrian towns, it is clean, perfectly maintained, welcoming, comfortable, green, quiet and relaxing. The breakfast cakes are homemade and delicious. The pool is the icing on the cake. I can't wait to go back!

Welcoming and helpful owners. We shut ourselves out by mistake, and they came to our rescue right away despite being in the middle of dinner. Quiet residence with the possibility of using the swimming pool and barbecue area. The only flaw was the poorly equipped kitchen. We were barely able to cook a simple plate of pasta because all the cutlery was missing, there weren't even a wooden spoon and colander...

We spent three wonderful days in this farm. The location is beautiful in nature, ideal for those who want a bit of tranquility. The rooms are nice and clean. There is a swimming pool where you can relax when you return from visits to the surrounding cities. We liked it very much ... I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Umbria.

Ideal location on the edge of town with the supermarket a short walk away. The apartments were very clean with a bathroom and kitchen in each, plenty of space for our group of 11. Antonella was fantastic making multiple trips to the station to collect our group and arranging transport to and from the wedding we were attending.
