Lovely hotel, based in very scenic area of Italy. Staff are lovely and so helpful. Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi at the hotel only draw back is closes little early for my liking at 6pm. Lovely breakfast every morning. Rooms are lovely too. Standard rooms are great, small room is comfortable. I'd happily stay here again overall was a lovely experience
I would just like to thank Gerrado, vincenzo, and Miguel from the restaurant and bar for making Sue and Geoffs stay enjoyable during these difficult covid 19 times take care my 3 friends
very good. Great service from reception. divine breakfast. we enjoyed our mornings in the garden under lemon and kiwi trees by the pool side. priceless peace. super service. thank you also with Valet service. definitely our spot!
Delicious lunch of cheese and spinach ravioli, very yummy chicken, and a super tasty lemon dolche desert. The staff is very attentive, and the decor was very nice.
Best hotel in Maiori! From the minute we stepped foot inside the hotel, our stay was off to a great start! Couldn't imagine staying anywhere else! Thank you!
Good service, great location. Nice big family room with sea view, does need updating though. The hotel is going through an update process so I guess our room will soon be modernised

We went here on our honeymoon and we're so glad we found this place! The location is a bit far from the port of Maiori, but the walk along the coast is lovely (about 20 mins). We got a free room upgrade which was so nice, and all the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts are delicious, and the restaurant has a really nice view. I was glad we stayed in a bordering...
My Partner, 9 month old and I just stayed recently at this hotel. I have to say the hotel itself is very impressive, amazing views, clean and sizeable rooms, beautiful pool area and restaurant with an unmatched view. The thing that sets this place apart from the rest though was the incredible service and kindness demonstrated from all the staff. There was no request to large and they aimed to accommodate...
Rooms basic for hotel. Beds uncomfortable. Good view. Swimming pool small and hot. Has beach access. But dangerous to walk to. Parking expensive. Bit disappointed
I cannot rave about this place enough! I booked my hotel here months ago for a wedding, and it far exceeded my expectations. Leading up to my stay, the staff were in constant communication with me, any time of day/night, and even helped book my car from the Naples airport to their hotel, and vice versa. First, let’s discuss the views. Absolutely out of this world. Every day I couldn’t believe this...
This hotel was stunning. My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in June and could only have enjoyed ourselves more if the weather had been warmer on our first few days. The view is amazing, staff were great throughout - very attentive but not too much, rooms were clean. For food, the breakfast spread each morning was incredible. We also had dinner at the main restaurant one night and that was very...
Very unique hotel built into the wall of a cliff. Unblocked sea view. Very polite staff and clean and comfy rooms. Will surely recommend this hotel!

I would definitely come here again! We stayed in one of the studio bungalows, very clean and the kitchen had a kettle, hob and microwave. There's another set of clean towels, plus during the middle of our week then cleaners changed all the towels, bedding and cleaned the place. The pool was clean and you can get pool towels from the bar for free, the bar food and drinks were great. The only downside...
Our first family holiday ever and what an amazing apartment ideally located in maiori! Perfect for families with children who have autism, quiet, calm and very welcoming and friendly staff. Would love to come back one day! Highly recommend this beautiful place 😍
Very nice hotel. We never experienced such clean rooms in a similar hotel. Big compliment to the hotel staff (from reception to the cleaners). The only thing we didn't like: It looked like local kids were able to swim in the pool. Of course, a nice gesture from San Pietro, but they were very loud and present. We would really recommend San Pietro and Maiori.
We have just spent a week staying here. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection. All staff our very friendly. My husband had a fall in the town and sprained his ankle 2 days before going home. The hotel lent us some crutches and very kindly took us into town and picked us up outside of the scheduled shuttle bus times. I cannot thank them enough for helping us to continue to enjoy...
Excellent hotel, well managed, great facilities and a good location! Spent a lovely week here and the service and attention was second to none. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and cleaned to a high standard. The breakfast and dinner we enjoyed in the hotel restaurant was very good, and the service was truly exceptional, we would happily stay here again.
Happy opening of Lido Zest It's like feeling at home Thank you for what you do! Recommended for a sunny day. Without the stress of the sea (and without the risk of dirty water). Excellent cleanliness (even toilets) Top

The front desk staff (especially Lorenzo) was very friendly and accommodating! The hotel and its rooms were all very nice and clean. I especially loved laying on the sun chairs at the rooftop pool deck, looking out onto the ocean. I didn’t swim in the pool though, as the colour seemed a bit off. The breakfast selection was also great!
Wonderful sitting facing the beach which was right across the street! Otherwise, the hotel has a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, which is very good (the view was wow)! The port a few steps away (you have a boat to Amalfi)! A supermarket around the corner, scooter rentals there too! Everything you want!
This hotel is the best! It’s a great base for the Amalfi Coast. It is centrally located. Has a private beach and a roof top pool and terrace restaurant with a beautiful view of the coast and beaches. Spectacular! Easy to get to restaurants, transportation and a supermarket is just around the corner. I will be back again and again.
Nice central position Parking available for extra cost depending of the size of your car. Around 30-40€ per night Good breakfast with gluten free options and nice coffee which is important for us. Veggies and fruits. No complaints Rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast view make it memorable! Close to port from where you can take boats. Its price quality balance respected! Nice 4 star hotel
We really liked this hotel. It was clean, view and balcony were great. Breakfast also very nice. Staff very friendly. Good location in Maiori. I can definitely recommend in this price range good value for money.
The hotel is very fresh and renovated, it has the best location in Maiori. The room was very clean with an amazing sea view, which we loved. The staff, especially Donato, provided an outstanding and excellent service and personal care. The surprise they made for us on our honeymoon made us feel very, very special.

I loved our stay here, the food was incredible, and the service was amazing. All the staff was super pleasant, and the view was to die for. Wandering the town of Maori from the hotel was probably my favourite experience of our trip to Italy. Our waiter Luigi was the absolute best! The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the rooms themselves are somewhat dated and the mattresses were fairly uncomfortable...
Excellent hotel, some of the rooms have been recently renovated and they are large, clean and modern. Great breakfast includes scrambled eggs and bacon! Restaurant staff are very friendly and the dinner was reasonably priced and delicious.
A lovely hotel with amazing food and amazing staff! Located in a beautiful place right on the beach and the staff could not do more for you ! It was very handy having towels and sunbeds provided at the beach and also towels provided round the pool too. They would also deliver your drinks to the pool which was a lovely addition (see picture below). We were able to get sunbeds everyday too so didn't...
Nice breakfast. No WiFi in rooms. Ok air conditioning. For the cost of the hotel, I expected much more.
Our experience with this hotel has been simply fantastic. During our one-week stay we found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. So a hotel, in the rooms you hear the neighbors conversations on the balconies, grohol suitcases in the hallway and in the morning the roar outside the window, if not it all could be heard the sound of the surf. I wouldn’t rate this a 5 star hotel. I’m happy to splurge on hotels when the experience is worth it but this was not. The one redeeming quality is the location and grounds. There are beautiful gardens and terraces and the pool area is lovely. Though we found the music at the pool to be annoying - a mix of random music that wasn’t very relaxing. The views are amazing and you can easily access the town...
Spent three nights at the hotel - 2 adults and teenager. Really great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Good facilities if you want to just stay in the hotel. Maiori is a lovely town with a good place to explore the rest of the Amalfai coast. I would recommend this hotel.
Just spent 2 glorious days here at the hotel. Exceptional service, the staff is absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean. The views are magnificent. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel manager is Ciro and he is a consummate professional and goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy.
This place and their owners and staff salvaged our Amalfi Coast vacation! We were able to leave a horrible, cheap hotel "highly recommended" by our travel agent and book a beautiful suite at Botanico at the very last minute, not even an hour after we arrived at Maiori. This hotel is beautiful with breathtaking views! You definitely feel like you're in beautiful Italy on the beautiful Amalfi Coast....
It is crazy hard to find the entrance to this hotel. You guys have a great reputation. But please spend extra bucks for a sign or bunner on the street corner to help your guests find an elevator. Currently there is no guidance from the street side and we followed the google maps. It was wrong. We absolutelly messed up and had to run up stairs to 5th floor on high hills to get to the event.
Paid €5 per person to see their cactus garden and they gave us the €5 back as a credit for drinks at their outdoor sea view bar. Great service.
Amazing view. You will need to be able to climb a few steps after getting off the lift as the hotel is on a mountain, but it is absolutely worth it. The place is clean and beautiful. The service was excellent! I will definitely be booking again!

Clean and nicely appointed room. Balcony was nice. Breakfast was good with good variety of water, juices, coffee/espresso, cappacino, etc. fruits, breads, pastries / sweets, eggs, bacon, other meats and cheese and awesome buffalo mozzarella balls. Good location.
The restaurant is great and the breakfast is ok. The hotel has a good location and the rooms are large. But they need a better maintainance. We had a lot of issues with the shower and the air conditioning wasn’t working as it should.
This is a lovely Hotel Santa Lucia. We reccomend it to anyone..Our holiday was made wonderful by the lovely and attentive staff. The breakfast is excellent Lucia is delightful, everywhere is perfectly clean. Special thanks to Madelena and Antoinette for taking such good care of our room xx
Really enjoyed this place. Stayed for 4 nights and place was good. Staff is really nice and makes a genuine effort to be pleasant. Hotel is a couple of minutes of easy walk from the beach (no crazy hills), with the Minori beach being relatively quiet compared to others in the coast. We stopped here for lunch on a group tour. The restaurant was fast, excellent food, and great service.
Nice place, close to the beach. Beautiful, brightly colored tile throughout. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Good quality windows keep out the street noise, and shutters and curtains can be used to control air flow and light when the weather is good. Good quality breakfast. Perfect location. The sea and beach is literally just across the road. Also it's next to a beautiful small roundabout, like it!
This hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay in beautiful Maiori. I barely can find words for the great service, that the staff provided during our whole stay. They were kind and helpful all the time. The hotel also has a great breakfast buffet! I have not seen such a buffet in Italy, yet.The location is perfect, right on the beach.
Deserves a fifth star. Perfect location; great view and a few steps away from the sea, not to mention the only hotel that does not require you to cross the street to get the beach. Great breakfast with the option of room service, good and easy AC (no remote, just a key that you turn) , nice rooms and spacious bathrooms with comfortable showers.
The Hotels location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. I did not have a reservation before, so I went to the hotel directly and they offered me 2 standard rooms with a sea view. The hotel has its own parking and its own Private Beach. Everything was amazing! The location of the hotel is very entertaining at night. There is always something going on. Many good restaurants, bars...
Very nice location, the rooms were clean but small and the wall very thin, the balcony view of the sea was the best. No coffee machine in the rooms which is so standard in any hotel it was very surprising not to find it. They need to add this! You have to pay extra to use the beach. breakfast was simple and plain, could use a little more variety. Price a bit high for the value, not a 4 star hotel
Make you pay for a supposedly private beach that anyone who pays €15 can use and you have to pay the €15. Other than that good for a 3 star.

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Minori. Rooms are spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The standout however was Giovanni in the restaurant. Wonderful, wonderful place! The staff is very polite and helpful. They carried our baggage to the room on 4th floor (no lift) and parked our car. Above average waterfront budget hotel. Prices for the amalfi coast can be wacky in the summer...so hard to evaluate value. I got sense that $275/night was a good deal. Service, location and breakfast very good. Very bare bones room with anemic internet, late 90s 12 inch tvs, and a strict limit of 2 towels per room without a surcharge. Overall good but far from perfect.
This place was great for a family. The view is spectacular. Not much on decor, all white, wall to wall. WiFi is bad, and don’t ask for help with it, the desk slammed the phone down on me twice. But don’t work, sit on the great deck and soak in the views. The walk along the road is tight but doable and we did it daily. It's a great location, away a bit from the hustle and bustle but easily walkable...
Room, and service and hotel are nice. The room has an ok view, but it's low to the street so you do see and hear traffic and honking. The bed and pillows are stiff, hard for me to get comfy. My husband and I had the best stay! The hotel is great – super friendly staff, very clean room with daily service, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended! Easily the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Italy!
Immaculate freshly renovated family-owned hotel across a small 2 lane street from a well appointed beach (umbrellas, lounges, small pool, bar). Beds are comfy. New bathrooms are darling. Breakfast is excellent. TV in room allows you to login to your Netflix and prime accounts. Highly recommend 👍
The room was a dream I felt like a highborn in a Roman times with the white tiles and the colon in the room and we had a balcony with wonderful view to the ocean. That hotel really made our vacation even more wonderful. The Staff was so polite and friendly. We'd come back anytime.
