Our stay at the Caruso Hotel in Ravello was nothing short of a dream. Having traveled extensively, we can honestly say this is the finest hotel experience we have ever had. From the very first moment we arrived, the warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care of the staff made us feel not only welcome, but truly cherished. Every detail was so thoughtfully considered that it felt as though the entire property...
We had lunch at Caruso Grill and loved every moment. The location is truly stunning and the food is excellent. Based on recommendation from staff Giovanni and Luigi, we had the Caprese, spaghetti Caruso and grilled sea-bream. It was all so delicious. Also we loved the open kitchen and meeting the chef directly. A true highlight of our trip on the Amalfi coast. Thank you Giovanni and Luigi!
Stayed here to celebrate a birthday and it did not disappoint. Beautiful room with a view and a bucket list experience. Perfection and a treat from start to finish - from the handwritten welcome note and leaving note (and gift) from the manager to the lovely kind staff at reception , concierge, breakfast and the pool. Special mention to Gabriela at reception, and Giusi, Jada & Julia at breakfast. We...
We travel few times a year on leisure and I usually don’t write a review unless I had a really good or really bad experience. I have been going to Amalfi Coast every year from the States for over 25 years. We find the region beautiful, relaxing with great food. We started going to Hotel Caruso in 2005 when they first opened and have been going there ever since missing one year because of COVID. Usually...
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away at the beauty of the hotel. No one does style and elegance like the Italians, and the Belmond epitomises this. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room we were given was beautiful with an amazing view over the coast. However, we were directly next to the balcony in reception, so every morning when we were sitting outside, people were coming...
Today was a great happening in Ravello, at the Hotel Caruso Belmond. Hospitality, Professionalism, and Class. All coordinated by the mastery of Giovanni S. A wonderful experience of relaxation and well-being. Strolling through the lush gardens with breathtaking views was a thrill for the soul. In the spirit of friendship and sharing, we enjoyed the chef's delicacies and were pampered by the Grill...

A beautiful, 'old world' hotel with stunning views. Rooms are luxurious, very clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. There is greenery everywhere, plants and trees and grass. And the restaurant also has breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea.
The best hotel I have ever stayed in!! The staff, the view, the room, the food, all fantastic!!! We will definitely return
Beautiful setting with spectacular views. Gorgeous rooms and phenomenal restaurants. Their beach club by the sea (shuttle brings you down) was magical. Staff and food were wonderful and always smiling. The concierge, Antonio, was attentive and thoughtful with his wise recommendations prior and during our trip. Best concierge we have ever experienced. Quaint and lovely town with great restaurants...
The hotel is nestled away and a bit hidden but well worth the effort. It’s beautifully decorated but the views and food and beverage experience is the star of the show. Don’t miss the wonderful sunsets with some of their cocktails and live music.
Fantastic setting, incredible staff. And amazing food. This is a perfect hotel! The open air gym with the view is quite an awesome. The food at the restaurants are great and the staff so friendly. This is a place We will definitely return too!
Incredible stay - what a place! Views incredible, food superb & staff very very helpful and a pleasure to chat with. Food was outstanding and the pool vibe was perfect! Concierge' Antonio, Claudia and the rest of the team were outstanding and lovely people with great recommendations. This is one of my favourite hotels in the world. Sitting on top of a mountain, with stunning views of both the sea and other mountains for miles on end. Pictures don't do it justice, it has to be seen with your own eyes to be truly appreciated. Just be prepared for a short 10 minute hike with stairs to reach the hotel, since there are no direct roads accessible, but your luggage will be taken care...
The experience begins the moment you enter the enchanting medieval building, rich in Norman architectural charm. The atmosphere is steeped in history and elegance, setting the tone for a truly special evening. The staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel immediately at ease We began our evening indoors, surrounded by timeless beauty, and later moved to a table on the terrace...
Incredible venue with extremely efficient staff We were there for a wedding which went perfectly except for a couple of things which considering the size of the celebration can be forgiven Cooking for 100 people can be difficult and I definitely dropped the ball here Extremely expensive, so come prepared but you really have to pay for the privilege of being in such an incredible place Structures...
Villa Cimbrone was exceptional! The hotel was gorgeous with amazing views to be had around every corner. The staff was very attentive and worked to anticipate all our needs. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Cimbrone.
What views! Everywhere you look is another of the most beautiful views you’ve ever seen. At breakfast position yourself towards the coast or the gardens or even the beautiful old building and it’s breathtaking. Breakfast itself is a buffet and lovely. Staff very attentive (although the music is a bit special). The deluxe room was smallish and traditional but with a fabulous view worth the upgrade...
Everything before our arrival, from making the reservation to liaison over arrival and transfer of bags to the hotel was exceptionally professional and made to seem very easy. The hotel is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the start of the pedestrianised historical centre of Ravello so you meet the hotel’s porter there who arranges transfer of your bags and provides you with a map of the walking route...

Increíble view of the Amalfitan Coast. Enjoy the Tirrenian waves in an extremely exclusive and beautiful property. Great staff, fabulous breakfast. Thank you!
Do not underestimate the pure joy that accompanies Marmorata's direct ocean access. We had every intention of exploring the area more but found ourselves utterly content to heat up at the beach club, jump into the mediterranean, order a cocktail at the beach bar, and repeat. Marmorata's location is one-of-a-kind and makes a stay here feel so special. Our room was beautiful and the staff were friendly...
The room was small and the entire facility needs to be updated. It is was supposedly an upgrade. The shower was tiny and the room was the worst we have stayed in. Staff was nice
Nautical themed hotel with spectacular views located on the side of a cliff. Reasonably priced laundry service. Restaurant on property. I’ve been to some beautiful places in my life & am always pleased when I go somewhere that tops my list. Great place to stay in Ravello. Located very close to the town center. The view from the pool is amazing!
Couldn't recommend this enough. The views from the room are incredible - we got up to watch the sunrise and there are some beautiful sunsets too. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great - fantastic food.
Really enjoyed our two night stay! It has a beautiful view of the coast from every room and is a very short walk to the main city area. The staff were very friendly whenever we had questions. There is a pool, which we didn’t use because of the weather, but it also looks over the coast. We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Graal. First of all, the location is unbeatable and the views are amazing. It's right next to one of the best restaurants in town (Da Salvatore) as well as the bus stop (which is very useful) and across the street from a pharmacy and cafe. The pool area is great -- it's a nice size for swimming and overlooks the coastline -- and we enjoyed breakfast. Some people...
We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly, helpful and patient. The views are amazing, especially from the pool however the downside is that the pool closes at 6pm. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! My husband and I stayed here last week and it is lovely. Great breakfast and views. I think they have two types of room and we paid for the newer renovated room which had a great balcony. It’s right near the bus stop too which is helpful if you’re trying to get to other areas. We celebrated Mother's Day at this beautiful property. Our dinner was sublime with a view of the water, priceless and romantic. Our garden facing room was lovely and the staff very friendly. We drove and the location was very hard to find. Once we figured it out we were met at a piazza steps away. The bellboy drove our car through the most narrow street you can imagine and our worries melted away.
It is a comfortable hotel in a good location Room and conditions are ok. Breakfast is excellent. It is not easy to reach by car and parking is not easy.
The staff without exception were lovely. Very professional but also very kind … nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was a delight. Antonella was very attentive and friendly. We had the blue garden room which was very comfortable and our own little terrace. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a treat .
I can’t imagine a more beautiful place - simply stunning!
The hotel is beautiful and the staff was amazing.
Can’t say enough about how lovely the Palazzo Confalone is. Old world charm, elegant and understated, not glitzy. The architecture, views and grounds are its most beautiful assets and speak for themselves. The staff was great. Spacious room, friendly and welcoming hosts/staff, and most importantly: clean and comfortable throughout ☺️ The breakfast was amazing and cooked fresh to order and we were provided all the information on how to get around and about Amalfi! Highly recommend this place 👍
Exelent costumer service , Exelent breakfast, really nice people , goodddd air conditioning,
The accommodation is quite remote, and it is inconvenient to travel. The room is very small, the bedding is of poor quality, and dinner cannot be made, so we have to eat out. We stayed there for two days and the experience was not good. The store always found excuses to shirk the promised pick-up and drop-off. It seemed enthusiastic, but it was actually very poor.
The room size is good, but the surrounding area is too desolate, and you have to drive to the town opposite. If you go to the beach, staying here is still a good choice. The breakfast is not a buffet, but free ordering, and the taste is good.
The hotel is located about 20 minutes by bus from Amalfi Port, and only a 10-minute walk from the bus stop (which lowers the score a little), but the view from the balcony over the valley to the sea and the night view are amazing, making it the best hotel I've ever stayed at!
