Fantastic family hotel, this is our second time here. 4 different swimming pool areas and a great variety of activities provided by the children's entertainment team. A great range of mouthwatering food was provided each day, to suit many different tastes. We have had a very relaxing holiday and we are looking forward to returning at some point. We stayed in a garden room which was overlooking the lake, amazing views! Don't forget your insect repellent for the evenings. Really friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

Stayed at majestic palace for family members wedding in the castle, unfortunately a party member had accident whilst there , the hotel staff from the cleaner , restaurant and reception could not have helped us more, they was amazing, facilities excellent, food great, they even left us a meal on return from the hospital, we cannot thank them enough for their help, would definitely recommend if you want a holiday where your hotel cares

Not 4 Star at all. Old and no style at all.
Rooms are ok.
Not many restaurants around and there it is much to crowded. Ok for kids but we would not recommend and not come back

Our experience in this hotel overall was nice. The food, location, rooms are great.
However, the small things that make difference. For instance, service in the bar and restaurant is not ok. Several times the waitress didn’t bring us what we asked for. We had to wait for long time and never received the order. Also, the minibar is empty. It would be nice to have a bottle of water and some coffee at least. Because, many people would like to enjoy their morning coffee with such a beautiful view. But no, to get a cup of coffee you have to go to the bar or restaurant, which takes time depending on your location (the hotel is big).
The hotel is design for families with kids, having many entertaining spots. However, if a child wants to jump on the trampoline, you have to go all the way to the reception and get the key. Which is weird because the trampoline is free 🤷♀️
Again, the territory is quite big, 3 pools. But to get water or some other drinks is not easy - you have to go all the way to the bar.
Also, things like - iron not allowed in the room, check out is so early (10 am) and check in is so late (15:00), but I guess its a local thing.
So, in general the location is nice but I would not want to return to this hotel again.

Big hotel with lovely garden, several pools and activities like tennis court. Surrounding is lovely, about 1.5km from the center and some hundreds of meters from the seaside (most direct route is hilly). Junior suite was very nice, the only downside was shower with transparent walls (it was ok for our group but maybe not for all) and lack of water boiler / coffee in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. In early June most of the guests were elderly Germans in big groups and families with young children. But hotel is suitable for other ages as well. Teska destination charger is available and charging & garage free for Teslas. There is also free outdoor parking for guests. Breakfast is quite nice and also food at the dinner buffet is good. Interior at the bar and some rooms in the main building is a bit outdated, some other rooms are renovated.

The employees are always patient and friendly, no matter how packed the dining room is. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, with a wide variety of dishes. We were back for the third time this year and enjoyed our stay again. Just one little thing: The background music in bar and pool area was a little bit too loud for our taste.

Great hotel , extremely attentive staff who seem to enjoy their job, spotlessly clean and well maintained, food is excellent and location is fantastic!! Will definitely be back!

It may be a short walk away from the centre of Malcesine but it's a very good hotel. There's a lovely pool and a few other facilities we didn't use (indoor pool, mini golf and others) but the staff were amazing and the food was really good. Highly recommended.

Best hotel in malcesine. But it is a good 20 minute walk to town which we didn’t mind but if ur not fit ull need the shuttle bus.
