Rooms a little small, but new furniture, new bathroom with spacious shower and above all a spacious balcony where you can sit or hang out towels. The beach and the center are a stone's throw away. The cleaning ladies keep everything very clean and even early in the morning they are very quiet. In the hotel you eat very well, dishes well made with quality raw materials. If I went back I would eat both lunches and dinners in hotels because I ate very poorly while traveling around the island despite renowned and well-reviewed places. If I were to return to Elba I would come back here!!!!!!

Today is the last day of our stay at this property. It's the third year we've come and we would already like to book for next year. What more can I say?
A special thank you to the chef who, in addition to always cooking exquisite dishes for the fantastic and abundant dinner, pampers me every evening with a particular gluten-free menu!

It is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. The plusses: location and breakfast. Dinner, which was more geared to the large groups of the German or Swiss tourists rather than the Italians

I'm very satisfied . Renovated hotel, varied and abundant breakfast buffet.
Excellent dinner, you can choose 3 different menus for each course.
Friendly and capable staff.
I can highly recommend. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom perfect.

We stayed for a week on a half board basis from 1st to 8th September and had a very good time.
Excellent location very close to the sea and very quiet.
Abundant breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet (homemade cakes always fresh 😋) and savory and truly excellent dinner with varied dishes well prepared by the chef.
Friendly and competent waiters and staff.
Room with large balcony with partial sea view which we thoroughly enjoyed.
The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent.

Clean, staff friendly. Cosy rooms with slightly older equipment. Great parking. Right at the beach with discount for the beach umbrellas and stuff. It was our second time there. Thank you!

Bad quality / price ratio. Starting from the booking: the room was a comfort room with a balcony and we were offered the choice between a high floor and a ground floor. We asked to be assigned a high floor, but upon our arrival we were given a room on the ground floor facing the parking lot with a very small balcony. The only alternative they offered us on the first floor was a room with a nice terrace, but the room was so small that in order to open the balcony door we had to move the bed. But there were no alternatives so we accepted. The two of us couldn't even turn around or open the wardrobe doors otherwise you wouldn't get through. Not to mention the old and very small bathroom separated from the room by an external sliding door (not recessed) very noisy and which did not isolate at all. Old and shabby furniture. You cannot pay such a high sum and find the bathroom accessories of yellowed plastic and peeling fixtures, or a television so small that it was difficult to see despite the tiny size of the room.
The only positive note is the breakfast, varied and of excellent quality, which is why I gave it the only star.
Absolutely to forget. More similar to a guesthouse with a few more accessories, such as a minibar, than a 4-star hotel. Too bad because it enjoys a fantastic location.
