Beautiful older hotel located on the waterfront! Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool area on the lake is delightful!

Waterfront property with beautiful Lake Como views. Parking was included which is a plus given the area. We got a delicious breakfast one morning but don’t have much else to add for the quality of other meals. Recommend spending the extra money and getting a lake view.

We loved our stay at Grand Hotel Menaggio. Great views and a nice pool that was much needed as it was a heatwave when we stayed. The staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome and relaxed. Possibly the best buffet style breakfast I've had anywhere, too.

This hotel really is amazing, located wonderfully on Lake Como for beautiful views, lovely and friendly staff and the food is perfect too, we would highly recommend booking in for the evening meal here and book a Lake View room, they really are perfect views to wake up to.

Good value package holiday hotel with slightly small rooms but a good view over the lake. Small but nice swimming pool. The dock for boats going round the lake is conveniently nearby. You can visit the island where a Star Wars film was filmed.

I cannot say enough good things about the Grand Hotel Victoria. From the immaculately kept grounds; beautiful lush hydrangeas, wonderful pool, exceptional restaurants, to the staff. Worst 5 star hotel we have stayed in. They are a fairly new 5 star hotel (4 star before their extension) and this showed in their customer service. They want to help but they do not take no as an answer, very pushy and uncomfortable. The room smelt of sewage and the drain was gurgling (we were in the new extended part of the hotel). One towel was dirty. The room service breakfast choice extremely poor...

The A/C didn't work properly. No restaurant, but a nice breakfast buffet. Rooms were not well appointed.

You can't beat this hotel for views across the lake! Rooms are very nice, if not big, and the view from an upper floor balcony is wonderful. Staff were helpful and nice, and the breakfast good. It would have got 5 stars, but the separately run restaurant was a bit pricey with limited choice - it would have been nice to eat there more often, but we chose to go into town most nights.

Perfect location in Menaggio. Beautiful lakefront view with nice pool and restaurant area. Great pricing for what you get. Easy access to ferry and buses. Rooms are small but modern and very clean.

Perfectly located. Nice pool and lounge area. Our "attic" room was quite tiny. But was clean and well furnished and appointed. The breakfast service was very nice. The restaurant denied us patio seating without reservations, despite being half empty throughout the meal. And restaurant prices were somewhat high for the area.

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the hotel bellavista, front desk staff were very kind and our room was clean with a beautiful view, staff helped us with our transfer to Milan as well. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed spending our afternoons by the pool overlooking the lake. The same can not be said about the hotel restaurant staff unfortunately.

Awesome room view for the price range. Had the attic room on the 4th floor. Only problem i had was the low water pressure of the shower head (might be due to the type of shower head). Loved everything else

Nicely located hotel in a good town. Rooms are well insulated and not bad. Staff competent but not charming. Food OK. Breakfast not bad . Dinner overpriced .

We loved our stay. The balcony overlooking Lake Como was amazing but the best part was the awesome service. We had a luggage mishap and Simona at the front deck went above and beyond to help us. Thank you!

Hotel is in a great central location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offering has a good variety of items. The rooms are modern, clean and have great views over the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay. We booked late but luckily there was a lake view room available- absolutely worth upgrading to. Fabulous view across the little square to the lake, there was actually a private party on at the restaurant downstairs so we got a singer and fireworks show! Truly amazing stay at this gem on Lake Como! So glad we stayed in Menaggio as it seemed to be less consumed by crowds. Do yourself a favor and book a lake view room. My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay here! The staff were so nice and very helpful!! The only critique I have is that perhaps the management could introduce an improved selection at breakfast or serve a hot breakfast! Gorgeous little place. Family run, charming service, right on the lake so you sleep to the sound of waves lapping. 15 min walk to Mennagio for dinner and ferries all over the lake. Booked for 3 nights as part of driving holiday but didn't want to leave. Garden and 'beach' great to relax after days sightseeing. Tip; take swimming shoes, the stones are sharp

This hotel is bed & breakfast only and is very popular. Be careful how you park on the lower ramp. When leaving by car turn right to join flow of traffic and do a safe u turn in the small waterside public car park 100m away. This is a very nice and very clean place, much better than the two star rating, excellent service and access to the lake for swimming, short walk to the town center for dinner. Loved it, will be back for sure.

Absolutely fantastic. The food was authentic, well-cooked and all rather delicious. The staff were both pleasant and friendly, whilst the atmosphere was lovely and relaxed. To top things off, the wine was excellent. Enthusiastically recommended!
