Location is great, close to rail and bus transport to visit Venice, bedroom was spacious, we had a kettle and fridge therefore able to make a cup of tea in the morning and somewhere to keep our beverages and milk. Bathroom was spacious and lovely hot water for the bath and shower. Rooms serviced daily, we did not require fresh towels but fresh towels are available daily at a small charge. Staff were helpful and friendly and able to answer any questions also showed us to our room across the road from reception this hotel has a number of surrounding buildings apart of their hotel. Safe entrance to the hotel section, felt safe within the area many food areas walking distance of the hotel but definitely a great place to stay for visiting Venice.

very convenient location less than 10 minutes walk from the central train station. looked great in pictures, but not so great in reality, the bathroom had hairs everywhere and the breakfast is very poor and isn't worth paying for. however, with all the discounts of Agoda it was a reasonable price to spend one night.

upd after the response of the hotel: 1) yes breakfast was included but my review was to say that it's not worth paying extra if it's not included.
2) i attached only two pictures of the hairs but there were more, also in the bidet and in the towels.
3) i wrote a message about the dog while booking through Agoda and separately messaged through Agoda a week before arrival but nobody replied, so maybe that's why you didn't know i had a dog.

Very good budget accommodation close to amenities and bus stop (No.2 bus to Venice) Room 102 was spacious, clean and modern. A kettle and tea would have been nice, however, don't really expect it for the price paid. Lovely smiley lady with excellent English looking after everyone at breakfast. I dont understand the negative reviews. I firmly believe in you get what you pay for. I think on this occasion you got more than what you paid for.

Great location, near to Mestre train station. Great price, cozy room and a wonderful staff. There was an Italian man and a Spanish-speaker woman. Both help us so much giving a lot of information in Spanish about the public transport in the city. They were very patient and kind. Great stay, I would definitely come back

The rooms are, homey. They felt like, we have been there before. The Hotel Aaron, is situated in a lively and convenient part of Mestre. VERY close to the train.

The staff, are like family. Josefina was in charge of breakfast, and IMMEDIATELY connected with us. She knew about Mate, and where we could refill our hot water. The food was perfectly prepared.
The rooms were clean and well presented.

Here for a romantic evening....? They have the MOST lovely restaurants within walking distance.

Thank you to ALL, whom helped our Honeymoon. It was memorable, with zero negatives.

This was a bad experience. You arrive at the location and they give you the room in another building. The room that they give us wass horrybe, had old furniture and verry bad smell. We wanted to change the room but they sayed that there are no available rooms. In the picture they present you a verry nice modern room but in reality is not. If you want a good experience in venice just don’t go at this hotel. They gave us a room with twi double beds . We asked for a room with one king bed. You don’t feel safe in the room because you have a giant pvc wall the separates you from the street.

Location is pretty close to the train station to Venezia. I'd wish the breakfast would be better but it's good enough to get you started.

We had visited Venice and we stayed in this hotel. But the rooms were very small and very hot because of no ventilation. We tried to switch on the Air Conditioner but it only gave hot air. When we complained about this to the reception, they said they cannot help, we have to switch off the A/C because in May it doesn't function. This is very poor service

Hi
I wanted to share a story I had in this hotel. It is a pretty distressing story actually. It started like this: I checked into my room and it was very very hot. I asked the front desk to turn on the air conditioner and they told me that there is a law in this area not to put on air conditioning from October to may. I was really disappointed so they told me they can offer me fans and I said it's fine I will open the windows. The following early morning I woke up in horror. A stranger is facing me. I tried orienting myself and started yelling. I asked him what are you doing here?! Who are you?! so he told me that he is the manager and he is checking if everything is ok. I didn't really believe him and anyways told him that even if he is the manager what are you doing in here?? so he left. I was terrified and couldn't fall back a sleep. I also couldn't figure out how he came into my room. A few minutes later I saw someone by my window. I wasn't sure it was the same person because it was dark but at this point I got furious. Where am I sleeping? What's going on? Am I safe here? I asked him why are you here? so he told me that he is the manager and there is a gas leak in the hotel and everyone needs to leave. At this point I realized that it's the same person so I just shut the window. But I did get very confused so I went out of my room and asked other ppl if there was a gas leak and they said yes. So by now I really got overwhelmed. I was so tired and I didn't know what to do. Do I need to leave the hotel or is this just a thief? I was too tired so I decided I'm not leaving the hotel. I will just leave the window open so there is no carbon monoxide. Later we went to check out. We were in a big rush but I was still under shock and I started sharing the story to the front desk. To my disbelief they said that I took in this stranger and I helped him with theft. And now they asked me to pay 150 euro, if not they will call the police on me!!!!!
I was in a big rush to catch my flight and had no choice but to pay the money.
Words are extra to explain this UNBLIEVABLE HORRIBLE SITUATION.

I tried wrapping up my brain why talking to him by the window is helping him in theft. I SPOKE to him because he was BY MY WINDOW after shocking me in MY ROOM in middle of MY SLEEP and he is persuading me that there is a gas leak and I need to leave. Again I'm trying to wrap up my brain to get a clue why they came to such a conclusion. I was SHOCKED, SCARED, DISTURBED in the early morning AND I HAD TO PAY A PRICE FOR THE CARELESSNESS OF THIS HOTEL. (And as you can see that they added in the google reviews that I also hugged him and that is obviously a lie.)

I sent this letter to the hotel personally I did not want to write a bad review and I believed that after explaining the situation they will compensate me. But instead they kept on saying that I helped in theft and also they said that i took in another person in the room which i didnt know its the Italian law and I paid for him.

I think this letter speaks for itself. So if you don’t want to find yourself in middle of the night with a stranger in your room and the hotel should blame you for it, THEN STAY AWAY.

We’ve just had a disappointing stay at Hotel Aaron. The service on check in was mediocre, we got to the room and was met by noisy family next door, and the room was very underwhelming - small bed, dated furniture, thin walls so you can hear the neighbouring room, VERY noisy air conditioning unit, TV only works for streaming, no safe in the room, no additional pillows (2 on the bed and both were like rocks) and the worst element was the poor maintenance of the bathroom. The breakfast cost an extra €7. There wasn’t an iron available in the entire hotel so I had to go to my work conference with a very creased shirt!! I wanted to support this independent hotel which is why I booked here but the stay was such a disappointment. The only real bonus was it was conveniently located by being close to the train station in Mestre.
