Great service, helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, air conditioned too. Close to shopping mall and public transport. Great value for money to get to Venice. We had breakfast included and it was really nice. They served a traditional continental breakfast

Lovely staff, room had good air conditioning which was needed with the weather. Room was clean and presentable. My only complaint was that there was no fridge in the room which would have been nice to store cold drinks etc.

Never again. In our 14 different Hotel stay around Italy, this was the worst. Door are so thin they could just replace it with a curtain.
Cleaning staff start early, 8 in the morning with no care of people sleeping at all. They are talking in the corridor and wakes you up. If you expect a restful sleep, think twice. You can literally hear everything and its very noisy. You even hear the room beside taking a crap in their toilet or flushing. The door next to our room were creaking when they opened and closed the door.
Call Hotel first to check parking spot, because they don't have many spots and nothing is guaranteed. The rooms were the smallest ever. I think the hotel used to be a old retirement complex for old people.
For the price it is definatelt unacceptable! It is worth max 70Euro.

Pros: Clean room, good service , good breakfast , convenient location and AC was working fine.
Cons: Room was really small and didnt have much space to put 2 large bags , unless we keep them right behind the door.
Bathroom had small shower area with curtain and toilet seat was too close to the wall.

I only needed a room for a night and this place suited my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed me to check in early as the room was ready. The hotel is in a great location being so close to a shopping centre and great places to eat. It's also not far from the shuttle bus stop direct to the Marco Polo airport. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also very good!

Great hotel with easy access to the train to get into the city. There are some fun bars walking distance as well. Small rooms but I felt they were clean and comfortable. Really beautiful lobby.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights and we got the biggest room (4 adults). Location was good, lot of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Very close to bus stops and metro stations, easy commute to San Marco island and Venezia train station. However, we were disappointed with the bathroom size. It was so small, the shower place was cramped and overlapped with the extra commode, extremely unpleasant.

Okay this was our first 3 star hotel experience. The hotel itself is good located. 1.5km away from train station. Reachable by the Bus 2 (be aware there two types of bus 2, only one of them goes to mestre centro)
The room was very cold, we woke up in the night, i search for blanket in wardrobe, there was one. The rooms aren’t very small and everything is old. The floor was too cold to walk bare food and there was no flip flops provided. It’s overpriced for its service, but still okay to stay for two nights.

Very recommended hotel in Venezia! The staff is very helpful and even speak Spanish so it was easier for us to ask for advice. They also sell tickets for the public transport. The room we chose was the Cuadruple and although it was a bit tight, we thought it was okay for us. The bathroom is big enough for 4 pax. Once you enter the hotel it feels like you are in the past as it still holds the old style of hospitality but that’s what makes it unique. They also offer buffet breakfast, a very tasty one. The location is perfect as its close to many shops.

I wish the balcony in our room could talk and tell me all those good memories of our get-away with my colleagues. We became so close there and forgot about our daily hectic routines for a week. This hotel is much better than staying in the centre.
