Room were fairly nice, bed was very good, but the key card was very difficult to get the room lights to work. Every time we came back into the room the key card worked fine in the door lock but had to keep putting in the light slot to get the room lights to come on. Usually took 5 to ten minutes to get them to work. Very frustrating

The Room itself is OK. It’s big and spacious. However, We are in the first floor and the view is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life so far. Not too shabby a place to stay if you would like to visit Venice. However, I’m puzzled why my room key’s been removed from the card slot after we came back. Also, I’m surprised with the housekeeping opening our room door even though we are only staying a night without the need for housekeeping.

I really had a wonderful time! The location is perfect, there's a great variety of food for breakfast and everything was good and fresh. It's also very convenient to have a restaurant in the building. The only problem was the bed,. It wasn't a real queen bed. We stayed at this hotel knowing we would go out to the islands of Venice. We talked to the hotel desk about going to Venice. They advised us that they sell a $25 bus ticket that takes you out and returns you right in front of the hotel. We took that as an option and it worked out really well for us. Food in the hotel was good was a nice restaurant and a bar and we appreciated both.

The hotel is quite new but a bit out of the way. It's quite far from the station, about 4 kilometers. If it's your first time here and you're not familiar with public transport, it can be a bit confusing. Uber rides are super expensive in this area. The hotel is very old, the rooms, the bathrooms, all. It is not a 4 star hotel, I would give it 2 stars. At some point of the night, the lights went out but they fixed it in about 15 minutes.
