This hotel is clear, but rooms are small. It is not in the center. Breakfast very very bad. I came to here from Turkey with group. At the same time, another group was came here. Their breakfast was very good, but our breakfast was terrible. They did not let us eat other breakfast. I was so sad, why was it different breakfast? We were all tourist!!!

Walls are very thin. Heard all neighbors. The toilet in our room was way too close to the wall, and the shower was very small but doable. It was fine overall, but there were no English speaking channels on TV. Seems to be common in Italy. Only one pillow per bed - thin and hard. Staff seen were pleasant. Note... the hotel even describes the room as "straightforward," and we'd agree. No frills.

Great offer in Venice! It was great pleasure to stay there with my family! I was feeling myself like I have been among my good friends which I knew during the years. Actually - because of good friendly atmosphere of hotel staff. I would like appreciate especially - ALBERTO, MILOS, CHIARA for outstanding service, assistance and attention that made our vacation in Venive wonderful! P.S. Exceptional yammee food in restaurant!

Clean space, very good service. Excellent rooms with a view that were cleaned daily. The location was the most convenient, as it was close to Venice and the center of Mestre. Easy access to everything either on foot or by tram and city bus. The station is exactly from below. Also, around there are shops to go out in the evening and a supermarket. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT AND WOULD DEFINITELY PREFER IT AGAIN.

My family and I only needed one night to stay. It is a rather small room for a family of four but it was basically what we needed. Does have air conditioning, lots of towels and our windows worked as in other reviews some said it didn’t. The breakfast options I thought were great but it did have lots of pastries. Not many options for my picky eater kids. I enjoyed it myself. It is close to lots of restaurants.

Not a pleasant experience. Rooms small, windows dud not open and beds uncomfortable. Breakfast was horrible, staff watched clients eating breakfast and did not allow clients to have seconds even though this was a buffet style breakfast. Staff was rude to clients. Happy it was a one night stay, but will not visit again.

Room was rather small for a couple. The bathroom was so tiny that I could barely fit in the shower (slender tall man). The space was clean and proper and the staff were helpful.

Great location in Mestre. 2 min walk to tram Station 5 stops into Venice. Would definitely stay again. Staff were lovely

quite satisfied but rooms lacked completely sound design insullation. woke up multiple times by water in the sink of next room
