Hotel San Giuliano

I was worried about this hotel after reading some of the reviews but I had a great experience. The staff were friendly, the room looked and smelled clean and cared for, and it was easy to get to/from Venice and the airport from the hotel. I don't really know what some of the other reviewers expect for the price they paid. I thought it was very fair. The only part of the reviews I've read that I can agree with is the soundproofing. You could clearly hear conversations and noises from the rooms around you. I recommend bringing earplugs for sleeping (I didn't even think to check if they sold them at the front desk. If they don't, they should). It takes about half an hour by public transit to get to the island from the hotel and you can buy transportation tickets at the front desk. considering the hotel is inexpensive and in a good location, I would definitely stay there again. Also, if you're new to Europe, don't take taxis if you can avoid it. They charged me 35€ for the 7 min drive to the hotel from the airport.

Clean, perfect smell, also great staff I suggest if you want a place to sleep every night.

Great offer in Venice! It was great pleasure to stay there with my family! I was feeling myself like I have been among my good friends which I knew during the years. Actually - because of good friendly atmosphere of hotel staff. I would like appreciate especially - ALBERTO, MILOS, CHIARA for outstanding service, assistance and attention that made our vacation in Venive wonderful! P.S. Exceptional yammee food in restaurant!

Clean space, very good service. Excellent rooms with a view that were cleaned daily. The location was the most convenient, as it was close to Venice and the center of Mestre. Easy access to everything either on foot or by tram and city bus. The station is exactly from below. Also, around there are shops to go out in the evening and a supermarket. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT AND WOULD DEFINITELY PREFER IT AGAIN.

My family and I only needed one night to stay. It is a rather small room for a family of four but it was basically what we needed. Does have air conditioning, lots of towels and our windows worked as in other reviews some said it didn’t. The breakfast options I thought were great but it did have lots of pastries. Not many options for my picky eater kids. I enjoyed it myself. It is close to lots of restaurants.
