It's good for a night or two. The rooms are clean, comfy, and the service is nice - they helped us when we asked them. The only issue is that the hotel is far from the other part of the city, so it is mandatory to take public transport. But overall, it was good.

Positives: clean and tidy room, lots of pastries for breakfast, bar prices were very reasonable, helpful staff, room cleaned every day, easy to get to Venice from hotel.
Negatives: Small rooms, 15 minute walk into Mestre centre, no safe in room.
Overall, I would recommend as a good base for your holiday.

We had the worst experience here with our tour group. Even tho we have paid for the buffet breakfast, there was 2 different sections in the breakfast room. One had much more stuff than the other. They have prepared the corner of the room with literally so much limited essentials. Staff was rude to our tour participants. Front desk wasn’t helpful at the beginning then he said they will put the missing items to the section they arranged for us. Our time was running out and our participants were really sad and mad. Not recommending this place.

The hotel is absolutely disgusting, the room was unkempt and unclean, sheets were dirty with both grime and what seemed like blood. The bathroom smelled like a sewer; we asked for a room change and the answer was that as long as we had crossed the room's door they considered it as used and that they couldn't switch us at all. They also stated that they had multiple rooms with the same issue therefore admitting they have a hotel as a whole with a nasty smell. The "solution" came from a not so happy and frankly also rude lobby officer that came in and threw some febreze in the tubes. The change lasted for 20 minutes and we were back again with the foul odor. The air con was faulty as well. The breakfast was all bought supermarket stuff, juice from the box, simple bread and box cookies, no fruit, not anything aditional. To add insult the hotel corridors smelled of mildew and humidity as well and the very unhelpful staff answer was basically "well it is what it is deal with it"

From outside the hotel looks okay, also the entrance and hall is good. But after you get the key card you see it was never changed, and it didn't even work the first time we tried, so we had to go to the reception and ask the receptionist to check the card. The room was awful, small, dirty and without aircon. The shower is very small also. The breakfast was better than I expected after reading the comments. Well, only if you like to eat sweet cakes and so on. Coffee was bad.
The location is good, not far from the tram station, also the bus stop is next to the hotel.

I was worried about this hotel after reading some of the reviews but I had a great experience. The staff were friendly, the room looked and smelled clean and cared for, and it was easy to get to/from Venice and the airport from the hotel. I don't really know what some of the other reviewers expect for the price they paid. I thought it was very fair. The only part of the reviews I've read that I can agree with is the soundproofing. You could clearly hear conversations and noises from the rooms around you. I recommend bringing earplugs for sleeping (I didn't even think to check if they sold them at the front desk. If they don't, they should). It takes about half an hour by public transit to get to the island from the hotel and you can buy transportation tickets at the front desk. considering the hotel is inexpensive and in a good location, I would definitely stay there again. Also, if you're new to Europe, don't take taxis if you can avoid it. They charged me 35€ for the 7 min drive to the hotel from the airport.

Firstly, I was surprised by how dirty the room was when I first entered, especially the beddings and the walls.
Secondly, the room was way too small for two people, leaving you no room for luggage.
Last but not least, the breakfast was very plain and had no diversity.
Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.😑

The hotel was horrible. The rooms were dirty and smelly. You cannot move in the room because of how small it is. In the bathroom we found some bugs and hair that was not ours. The food was really bad, you only have some old bread, ham and cheese that were not eatable. Overall really bad experience and i don’t recommend this hotel if you want to have a good vacation.

It was a very bad experience. The rooms were very small and smelly. The bathrooms were also small, very dirty and i found a dead bug on the floor and a lot of hair. The bedsheets were yellow and i also found hair on the bed. Not to mention the fact that you only have a charging block. The food was very bad, we only had a few options, the ham was wet and the bread was old and hard. I DO NOT recommend this hotel if you want to have a good vacantion.

This hotel is clear, but rooms are small. It is not in the center. Breakfast very very bad. I came to here from Turkey with group. At the same time, another group was came here. Their breakfast was very good, but our breakfast was terrible. They did not let us eat other breakfast. I was so sad, why was it different breakfast? We were all tourist!!!
