Medium-low service, poor cleaning, in the restaurant not even the tablecloths are changed and they remain stained for the whole week even those of the buffet ... for the children I don't give services ... corner to do nothing, after meals at the bar where you pay for the coffee the barista was never present and at the reception it was better to be careful how you spoke to not anger the girl who had an incredible desire to be there .. never again

it was a good stay, kind and caring staff especially the max maitre of the restaurant always available and present. spacious comfortable structure only to be restored. nice possibility to use the services of three other hotels of the same owner. karim

The staff is very kind and professional. Excellent cleaning, excellent service in the dining room, kitchen with a few flaws (very simple and not very tasty, like sweet semifreddo, always hot and loose). On the other hand, a buffet of appetizers and vegetables, always replenished, unfortunately, something warm is missing. Excellent breakfast, with a wide selection of croissants and cakes. Excellent theme nights (Romagna cuisine and dessert buffet). Nice pool, too bad you stay in the shade after 5.00pm. The structure will be renovated for the next year and will become a 4 ⭐. We still had room with shower. Animation for children not involving, but never mind, they had fun anyway. Village formula, given the distance with the other structures, inconvenient.
