Venice Palace Hotel

The room was very big but dirty, no wifi, in our bathroom we have dirty and wet towels and the sheets were full with somebody’s hair and the food was awful..

The pictures speak for themselves! The rooms were tolerable, but there was no internet or air conditioning. Luckily there was a fan in the room, so we could sleep at night. The fan, however, is very dirty (I attached a picture). After reading the comments on the internet, we didn't dare to try the breakfast, but the group complained a lot that it was small and not very tasty. We ate at the restaurant next to the hotel. The bedspread was also dirty when we turned it over. The hotel room is fine for one night, but it definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars!

My stay was really not nice.The room was not good and the bathroom had no toothpaste.There was water all over the floor because the AC was not working properly. And the breakfast was alright.Also the mini refrigerator was useless, it didn't work at all.If you think about going , think twice.

Worts hotel stay of my life. From the dirty rooms, bugs in the restaurant and extremely rude staff all I can recommend is to stay far away from this place. Not to mention the mould and peeling celling that falls onto the bed when you sleep.

Honestly there should be a health inspection done for this place, it was deeply unsanitary and the door to my room was imposibille to close.

I want to add that despite being a hotel none of the staff spoke English and they were rude to everybody, especially at breakfast was extremely lacking, they wouldn't put out new water bottles when the water was finished and im pretty sure the milk had gone bad.

I dont understand how this place is still allowed to be open. I have travelled a lot, including for work and never in my life have i experienced such bad conditions. If I could I would give it bellow one star

The hotel supposedly has 4 stars and the rooms look like sheds. The air conditioner doesn't work because they save electricity, it only started working on June 1st, the TV didn't work in my room, the internet doesn't work in the whole hotel, they go so far as to pour the water from the bottles left over after dinner.Breakfast is very bad.

The rooms felt outdated, and the bathroom flooded after showering. A staff member in the restaurant was taking pictures of guests' plates and later argued with them about leaving food. Breakfast was very basic and served under the watchful eye of rather unpleasant staff. I'm giving two stars because, at least, there were no bed bugs.

Worst hotel in my 17 years of travel experience. To say everything inside is old and broken is an understatement. Bugs are omnipresent. Do not try to argue with the staff, big waste of time and energy. Just avoid this place by ANY MEANS.

The room #110 was in terrible condition. Basically all negative reviews are most likely correct. Clean beds in our room and a decent breakfast were the only good things in our stay.
2 administration - your attempts to dispute bad reviews are impolite and cause bewilderment. You can give your hotel 10* if it will satisfy your ego. Please better start rooms refurbishing and keep them clear than argue with visitors.

The Venice Palace hotel is without a doubt the worst accomodation I have ever stayed at. Our bathroom had a shower that was broken and would not work unless you were holding up the shower head with your hand.

The bathroom tap was broken and would spray water everywhere. Our room had spider webs and dust all over the lamps and it was clear the room was not cleaned properly.

In addition our room had no wifi. When speaking to the attendant at reception about how we didn’t have wifi dispute wifi being advertised I was told. “Some rooms don’t have wifi so you can sit in the reception if you want to use wifi”. Terrible service.

It is quite clear from the state of the rooms that no money at all has been put back into the rooms and the business owners do not care about the quality of the service they provide .

I travelled with a very large tour group of over 20 people and others had similar stories of showers not functioning or air conditioning not working in of over 30 degree’s despite the window being closed.

Words cannot describe how terrible this hotel is and how accurate the previous reviews are.
