Staff is really nice. Breakfast is poor only eggs and sausages, tomatoes and cucumber. Some croissant and yogurt. In the room is wet and on the walls you will find a mould. But everything else is okay.

Fantastic villa!! Me and my son had a wonderful stay! The pool is absolutely lovely and we took advantage of it a good few times! I’m very happy with the service of the hotel, I’m from Mirano and I used it few times before for friends and relatives visiting. This time I’ve booked for myself but due to medical reason I had to cancel it, they were nice to waive the fee event though I have to pay part of the booking.

Stayed here in July with my partner. Great location, only 10 minutes walk from the train station and buses run every 10 minutes to and from Venice. Rooms were spacious and clean. the buffet breakfast was nice and there was plenty of options. The owners in particular were very generous and were always on hand to help with any inquiries.

The location was near a bus that took us straight into Venice and the room was comfortable. The front desk moved us to a bigger room when she learned the four of us were sharing. The bathroom was clean and the breakfast was very good. The only downside was a lack of fridge to keep our drinks cold.

The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The young female receptionist was fantastic unfortunately I forget her name, but went over and above to provide an excellent service. Room all clean, shops nearby. Restaurant on site and also bar food. All round good hotel. Bus stop nearby. Bar staff make the prices up from day to day and the bar staff could be better. That's my only negative.

We were with a tour group and must have gotten the last room. The shower was so small you couldn't was your legs or feet without hitting you head. We had to get wet then turn off the water then open the doors to lather up. Then turn the water back on to rinse. It was awful, plus the room was smaller than on a cruise ship. We were extremely disappointed. Had I booked it, we would have asked for a different...

Venetian Style family owned hotel, in the country side outside of Venice. Lovely touches. Bus stop right outside to take you to Venice Island.

Nice hotel. Lovely staff. Far away from everything. No cafe nearby. We were in Italy and expected nice olive oil and vinegar in jars on the tables. But instead they put these packets of oil, ketchup, vinegar like a cheap franchise restaurant. Food not big deal. Steak was very basic. Pasta not big deal.

It is a basic hotel room and clean. In a primarily residential area. There are a few cafes and one restaurant in the area. About a 10-15 minute walk to the Panorama plaza for groceries, etc. Near bus and street car routes.
