Hotel Borgo Don Chisciotte

Isolated and deserted. Difficult to find. Very disappointed. Staff not particularly helpful. We were 2 blocks from reception with no phone or wifi. No information about facilities, tired decor, no bin for sanitary items. Obliged to eat at hotel due to isolation but refused restaurant entry on 2nd night as apparently we had not booked in spite of being residents! Breakfast basic, plastic cutlery and coffee or tea in paper cups! This was a 4× hotel!!

Location is isolated so you have limited opportunities for food, drinks and entertainment. The hotel was like a ghost town therefore devoid of any atmosphere. Breakfast was buffet, very,very limited choice of basic items.Plastic cups and cutlery. Restuarant limited menu and drinks. Food OK but nothing special.
Staff fantastic,friendly and helpful.

If I could I would put zero. That sucks.
Today, we had a birthday within the "resort" in the outdoor pool, weather lousy. We arrived at seventeen, at eighteen and fifteen we went to the lobby to say that it was impossible to enjoy the swimming pool (next to the lifeguard went away, we have even turned off the music). We then asked if please could take a shower inside the "resort" (in the spa) having two children of three years, two elderly people, a guy in the reception told us "you, the shower you can do it inside of the spa", without saying that the spa was closed at nineteen and thirty. To the twenty and fifteen we went up to come down and take advantage of the spa, the guy that had told us to go to the spa, he told us, "the spa has closed to the ages of nineteen and thirty, you can no longer get off the" they have still left out in the cold two children of three years and two older ladies. We went to the guy and he told us, "I can't do anything about it, the spa is now closed", we asked to speak with the director arrived after fifteen minutes, he told us, "I solved everything, you can get off in the spa". Arrived at the spa we mentioned to the lady that we could enjoy the spa, she responded, "it seems strange, given that the spa is now closed," the director had not warned the ladies in the spa. Us, despised, we left. At twenty-one and fifteen have called us saying "there is an entrance in the pool to pay". A structure of this kind allows you to do these things, really, a shocking thing. That sucks!!!!

It begins with the fireworks of the 3 night, because a marriage, that you have woken up our children in the night of hell. There are lifeguards in the swimming pool and lack of cleanliness of the same, with many appearances of excrement on the bottom of the pool on the beat, the lack of professionalism of the waiters at the table, which speak in sicilian, and the bathrooms of the restaurant is very dirty, green care and absent, mediocre food, and always the same in the three days, check in little little exhaustive...a lot of information nn have been made at the entrance, 2 hours and more for funire a lunch or a dinner. The ONLY TWO POSITIVE THINGS, room is well furnished and very clean over-alls Spa really good. I would say, finally, that will cut a few star.

I spent an entire afternoon in this structure, the spa has given me a particular emotion, beautiful sauna mediocre whirlpool, herbal teas and mineral water to the first price;
the dinner of poor quantity and poor quality (not the tips absolutely), in the end all the staff from the ways not just of class.
in the end, I don't think I slept more on this property. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT
