Horrible Management, Charges for confirmed services and greed runined a great vacation as there Charges for services unrequested that put the price of the room up by 50%.
We requested extra beds and asked how much - which were €37 a night. We never confirmed this service - especially as we had booked 3 persons in one room and 2 in another.
On our arrival and checkin we were not informed of the extra charge (as we already paid for our room on booking.com). On check out i paid all extras, then hung out by the pool till it was time for us to go.
They then told us we need to pay another €222 per room for the extra beds or they will call the police. I said this was ridiculous as we never confirmed extra beds.
It got into a very heated argument and my pregnant wife who spoke italian (when i don't) was telling them how come no one even bothered to tell us. The management of the hotel refused to speak english, would not admit that we never confirmed any extra beds.
They threatened to call the police which i told them fine. But our friends didn't want to because we would be late for our boat back to malta.
After a long fight they said pay €75 per room extra (which we should not have paid), but it was daylight robbery.

The staffs were extremly kind and generous. This was the best part for me, very patient and always cautious. I really enjoyed my staying here!

Brilliantly located Hotel for a peaceful short holiday. The staff are really helpful and very educated. The rooms are very clean and for your safety a large secured parking facility. We hope that our next visit the restaurant will be ready

I recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a well positioned base in the chiaramonte gulfi area. We stayed at southeast hotel after our rental car broke down. We called the very kind receptionist to ask her to wait for us as the reception was soon closing. The lady kindly and patiently waited for us to arrive with the tow truck even though her shift was over! She also kindly booked us a taxi for the next morning to the airport as we had missed our flight. It was a relief to find someone so kind and helpful, and a lovely, clean and welcoming room to spend the night. The hotel itself is very modern and has a lovely pool! Would love to visit again in the summer.

Pros.
Hotel bungalow style. All rooms are at ground floor level easy accessible and well ventilated.
Cleaniness, Bfast, Pool, friendly staff, secure good sized parking, location, Property grounds, well maintained.
Restaurant construction in progress.
What can be improved.
Our room view, it was facing the ongoing works progress: concrete, etc. Would have preferred a room near the jogging sign with greenery view.
Although No tea/coffee making facility in the room, the bfast room can be used.
Personally the Pillow was bit uncomfortable.

This hotel is very super clean,breakfast was fresh.Pool area is good enough with deck chairs and umbrellas.Owner very friendly.

If you're looking for a stop over after a long drive that isn't anything but a clean bed, this is the place. Otherwise, drive on by.

We spent a whole week here and loved every day of our stay at this hotel.
The owner is at the property every day. Him and the staff here are super friendly and eager to help and give advice on which restuarants are good to go dine at in the area.
We spent most days at the pool, which was extremely relaxing and fun for our children
The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast had many options to choose from. The grounds around the hotel are well kept and looked after.
When we come to Sicily we will most definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful new modern hotel, very friendly reception. We stayed in very spacious room.a very nice and comfortable king size bed.
On top of it there is a large swimming pool and jacuzzi.
And we got an amazing breakfast included.
It's also very close to Ragusa, ne sure to visit the old town!
