I have stayed at this hotel three times and will not miss the fourth. Excellent location, very helpful, polite and friendly staff, cuisine always ok, plentiful and varied. Clean facility, very pleasant spa. Davide and Nicol are two perfect hosts, they make you feel at ease so much that when it's time to leave it's really hard. Already! Congratulations and all good

And also this year, being out and about on a motorbike, my husband and I stayed as always at the Zirmes hotel in Moena, where we find excellent hospitality, excellent cuisine, excellent service and a beautiful wellness area where you can find relaxation ... a lot of professionalism from the owners Davide and Nicole and from all the staff. Aah I forgot ... an excellent tasting of grappa with alpine...

Nice and comfy rooms, very good and a nice selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Beautiful spa with 2 saunas, very relaxing.

The hotel is located in an optimal area, as it is close to the center of Moena and not far from Canazei. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff were helpful and professional. The greatest value of this hotel is the food, made up of dishes at the same level as the starred and a very good breakfast.

Our all time family favourite! We have been visiting for 4 years now. The hospitality is something that I can talk about all day, but I am going to say that with this guys is personal! You feel like part of the family! Food is absolutely glorious and locally sourced, and you really do feel like at home!

Stylish and comfortable hotel with a kitchenette and access to a laundry which was great. The bistro was superb and well worth a dinner visit - a highlight. Location was perfect, bed comfortable and the views very pretty.

Really nice The hotel has been recently renovated. The condition of the room and bathroom was perfect. It is situated in the very center of town surrounded by restaurants. Hotel located in an excellent position you can reach the center in a few minutes ... run by a very friendly staff makes you feel immediately at ease, the rooms are spotless and the cuisine is of excellent quality ... if we return to Moena it will be back again our choice

This is a fantastic little hotel. Delicious scrambled eggs at breakfast and the spa/wellbeing area is really well made.

Central location, cleanliness and tranquility, but the strengths of this hotel are the friendliness and friendliness of the owners, as well as the quality of the food, good and plentiful (it is strongly recommended to suspend any type of diet). Family owned passed down from generations. Owners were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean cozy and has been newly renovated...i love the eye for detail they did a great job. It is in an ideal spot right in the center of town walk to everything and the ski bus to may areas is just 100 meters away. I highly recomment. Great restaurants all around area.

Hotel located in the city center with private parking nearby. Courteous and friendly staff. Good size rooms in our case with balcony and sofa bed available in the living area. Particular breakfast that is delivered every morning outside the door for sweet and savory and integrated with hot and fresh drinks directly from the fridge and from a machine for hot drinks and kettle in the room.

I stayed here whilst escaping from a thunder storm up in the hills.. Receptionist very very helpful with everything. I needed a safe place to leave my Landrover and this was sorted quickly and easily. The attitude was very positive. Room very clean tidy, comfort beds and had everything I needed. I ordered a Bella Napoli pizza... totally sensational... beautiful simple ingredients.... very nice... Breakfast...

We went only to the restaurant which is in the heart of Moena. It has tasty food, but the waitresses were a little bit arrogant, although they were quite fast with the orders.

Visited pizzeria/restaurant on the ground floor. Nice interior inside, though tables are too close each other. So, wouldn't suggest it for tete-a-tete dining. Food was fine.

Nice hotel in the middle of town, good mountain views, rooms not new but comfortable. Very good restaurant and the breakfast was with plenty of choices.

For skiers, this is a strategic location, as you can easily reach both Lusia and San Pellegrino Passes, even doing both in one day. Very clean. Friendly owners. Modest furnishings, but spacious bathroom and large balconies with mountain views. Excellent breakfast. Well-stocked bar! Very reasonable prices.

Stayed for a week. Never stayed at this hotel before. Everything was fine. The food was good, the rooms were nice and clean, and the owners were very attentive and hospitable. It was a great experience, and I'd definitely repeat it.

Stayed 4 nights with family. The hotel is located a 10-minute drive from Moena, on the road. It's a popular spot for bikers, and the staff are welcoming. Parking is available, but not a garage. Let's just say the rooms are dated. What stands out is their small size (it's too small for 4 people) and the beds and furniture could use some updating. The thing that bothered me most was the windowless bathroom...

We stayed for three nights and had a very good time… the owners are very kind and caring. The hotel is simple but nice very close to the center of Moena. Quadruple room (TV present) consisting of two rooms separated by an internal door, excellent solution for a family, two double beds, one with a balcony with table and chairs and the other with a window. Although the structure is dated, the family atmosphere, the professionalism of the staff, the authenticity of the meals and the optimal location make the stay very pleasant, so much so that after years we have returned and we reserve the right to do it again, having the structure fully satisfied our expectations.

The hotel is in an excellent position, practically in the center of Moena, the staff is courteous, the breakfast could be improved, the dinner good. The facility is clean but a bit dated. We stayed in the hotel but in the room/apartment, comfortable and large, while our friends on the 3rd floor were a little more unlucky, the bathroom had broken tiles and the shower didn't have a box but a curtain...

Skibus stop right in front of the hotel. 5 min by skibus till Alpe Lusia ski area, about 20 min till San Pellegrino, 36 min till Pozza di Fassa, 75-80 min till Canazei (with 1 bus change in Pozza). This hotel is exactly what we wanted and more. The location is great, with wonderful mountain views all around, very close to cable cars. The room was very comfortable, it was warm and peaceful. The breakfats was excellent. And the staff, with the service we received, was spectacular and outstanding! I would be happy to come back to this hotel and I highly recommend to stay in it.
