this was a great choice for 1 night stay. easy to get to old venice by public bus from hotel and easy to get back. staff super nice, rooms small but very clean and comfy bed and linens

The property was soo lovely and perfect for someone travelling in and out of Venice. The bus stop is like a 2 min walk too. The staff were lovely and the air con was lovely after a hot day. Would 10/10 recommend.

plus: cheap, good location minus: after 5 min of showering, the bathroom wet area started leaking water in the dry area, and the dry are did not have a drain.

It was a very nice stay. Staff (receptionists and Others) very friendly, they are helping U with informations (Taxi, train, Bus, Restaurants...). rooms are big and clean. Parking area is protected and die free.

A wonderful hotel with excellent amenities, cleanliness, many visitors, cheerful rooms, plenty of amenities, close to all public transportation heading to Venice, and highlighting the airport in a unique way. They deal with the wonderful staff, especially the manager Susanna, who had a great role in helping us visit the beautiful tourist places.

Very nice hotel. Polite staff. They helped me in all the possible ways. Big rooms, big TV. The room have classical italian 3 sockets electric switches but the staff helped me by giving the converter.

The kitchen staff here were the best and hotel rooms were clean. Suggesting it!

Briliant hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room and the bed is honestly the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. The location is ok, it's a bit further away from all the sights but the tram stops right near by and it will get you to the islands in a few minutes.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is just a short walk from the tram and bus services, which run frequently into Venice. You can buy travel cards from the hotel reception which is very useful. The hotel restaurant is good, we ate there twice during our stay. The service could be improved by providing either a hot drinks vending machine in the foyer or hot drink...

Cozy, quiet, far from the old town, convenient to get to the city

I stayed there for 1 week in March 2019. Overall the hotel is very nice and good value for money. Breakfast menu is basic yet full filing. Room service is efficient and rooms are clean with balconies facing road. The neighborhood is quiet and residential area. Bus number 5 leaves to and from Venice to reach here (Via compalto). The hotel was very nice, the room very cleaned but what impressed us was the kindness of the staff - from the very first day to the last one we felt welcomed. The breakfast was good and there was a good mix of sweet and savoury. The hotel is the middle between Venezia and the airport so it is easy to get to both places. Definitely recommended.

We arrived 4 hours before the check in time but the owner/clerk was gracious enough to let us go to our room because the room was already ready. Hats off to Beth for preparing the room ahead of time. Room is pretty decent. Bathroom is huge! I would not hesitate to book a night or two if ever I’m around the area again!

It’s very cheap here and the value for money is good. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rating of 3 reflects the quality of the hotel (its basic) not the service. The rooms are very clean and if I was on a budget I would return.

Great location. 15 minutes by bus to Palazzo Roma. The start of Venice. Easy to get round with the travel card can buy from Hotel Marco Polo. Great service at Marco Polo hotel as with the breakfast. Room great.

Our stay at Hotel Marco Polo was fine so I gave it the amount of stars the hotel was. Very good breakfast and very nice receptionist. One problem we occurred was that our shower curtain was ripped. The wifi seemed to be improperly setup as you could get a full signal far outside the building than in our rooms. Overall fine stay for one night.

You get what you pay for ladies and gentleman. It’s not fancy it’s a basic hotel with a bed and air conditioning. If you want a super fancy 5* hotel go into one. Staff was very friendly. The bed was comfy and that’s what I need for about 50€ for two people. The bathroom is old and not in a good shape but you can get a shower and you got a toilet. The bus 19 drives directly to Venice in about 20min...

Room was small but with the low price its justified. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jamal and Hassan. Great to stay if you are traveling by car because it has its own parking and also has a really big public parking no more than 100 meters away. Also has supermarket and restaurant close by. I left my car here and took a bus to venice which took 20mins saving myself...

This was a nice surprise. Humble, tasty food, well served, nice (although busy) service. This is a simple, not pretentious, local restaurant. Not meant for a date, but rather for your daily hunger. You will find workers and locals eating there during week days, among guests. Food has a very good price-quality ratio. The olives are awesome. Got very nice and tender meat. Don’t recommend the grilled...

We stayed in Colors for 2 nights and absolutely loved our stay there. It is located near the bus station to Bus no. 19 to Venice - about 10-15 minutes away from Venice main island - and it is half cheaper than the stay we can find in Venice! Also, they are at the same time an excellent restaurant, we have had our lunch and dinner there since it is tasty and cheap! The breakfast they provide is so tasty...

Loved the food. Half of our party went for lunch, it was so good we returned for dinner with the rest of our traveling group. Portions are great, flavors are phenomenal, and the atmosphere is lively.

A great, local place to stay! Wonderful hosts, very friendly & helpful. Location is great - off the island but only a 10 - 15 minute bus ride away from...the bus (19) is right outside of the hotel. There is a restaurant where you get a lovely breakfast spread - cheese, ham, jelly, breads, oranges, eggs, and your choice of coffee, tea, or cappuccino. This is really a great place to stay if you want...

Wow! What a surprise! We ordered delivery from this place: a pizza prosciutto and pasta carbonara. The delivery was faster than we have expected around 25min. The food was warmly delivered, nicely packed and most importantly tasted great! That also gave us supplementary freshly baked bread to our order. The prices are extremely low, the average price was around 7€. Recommend trying!

Authentic cuisine, exceptional pizza and tiramisu, affordable pricing and above all- great stuff. The place felt homely and we're happy we stumbled upon it (it's 15 minutes by foot from Camping Venezia Village). I highly recommend visiting it :)

Good value for a one night stay. Clean ,only issue was the shower holder was broken , so you had to hold the shower above your head. Otherwise it was ok

Great vacation place, with a host of tourism facilities. Informative on various hiking options nearby. However, Not a full service hotel, cleaning fees addititional, and with v.poor to No WiFi.

Decent place to spend a night, with essential utilities. It was missing shampoo and body lotion which are standard in hotels. They offer good A/C and a locker to store your important documents.

Friendly helpful staff who knew at least a little English to help us out. Close to bus line 5, so direct shot to airport. Bus was crowded at 5am, but we made it on time for our flight so can't complain. Decent beds which is all we needed for the night. Did not get to try breakfast

We spent a day at the swimming pool. Service was excellent, nice wine and good food.

Large parking space, delicious Pizzas and food in their Restaurant. The interior of the rooms is truly amazing, cozy and retro-looking. It is located in a peaceful place, not much traffic, locking doors.

A wonderful villa just outside Venice in Mestre. It has a fantastic pool and the food is excellent. Great pizza ! Large rooms and the hosts, Mario, Anna Nd Sara are excellent. Great value too !

Very good location, nearby bus stop with which you are in 15 minutes on the island of Venice, super nice owners who are very attentive to your needs, located in a quiet residential area, ideal to rest after tourism, has a garden for to be able to enjoy the good weather

A small place with limited parking space. Right across the bus stop to Venice and takes only 10 mins. They have bus ticket. Not very quite during night, you can hear the cars passing on the road. Decent breakfast. Nice people.

Everything written in the room description is true, even the toothbrush and disposable slippers. Friendly staff. Small car park at the rear with tables and chairs. Close to public transport.

What a great B&B. Beautiful home. Very nice rooms. Clean and inviting. The hostess was fabulous. She made a breakfast fit for a queen. She was warm and friendly. I was so impressed with her operation. The house is only a few minutes from Venice tourist spots. The bus is right near her house, maybe a few blocks away. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Very easy bus ride. It’s super clean. But no free wifi and no kitchen or fridge. There is a big market in front of camping. So you can buy some stuff

(written 2018/07/12) Stayed here for 3 nights with a tent. Affordable and the facilities, shower etc are good. The restaurant is also good value for your money. WiFi is available at the restaurant/bar only, €2 per 24h for one device, with decent speed. The camping is very close to a bus stop with a bus to Venice, and there's a Lidl supermarket close as well.

It's good for a basic stay in a great location. Appears safe. However, everything costs extra, I'm surprised I was allowed to breathe the air for free. Lady at reception also tried to overcharge me, not sure if on purpose.
