The hotel was very nice, the room very cleaned but what impressed us was the kindness of the staff - from the very first day to the last one we felt welcomed. The breakfast was good and there was a good mix of sweet and savoury. The hotel is the middle between Venezia and the airport so it is easy to get to both places. Definitely recommended.

We arrived 4 hours before the check in time but the owner/clerk was gracious enough to let us go to our room because the room was already ready. Hats off to Beth for preparing the room ahead of time. Room is pretty decent. Bathroom is huge! I would not hesitate to book a night or two if ever I’m around the area again!

It’s very cheap here and the value for money is good. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rating of 3 reflects the quality of the hotel (its basic) not the service. The rooms are very clean and if I was on a budget I would return.

Our stay at Hotel Marco Polo was fine so I gave it the amount of stars the hotel was. Very good breakfast and very nice receptionist. One problem we occurred was that our shower curtain was ripped. The wifi seemed to be improperly setup as you could get a full signal far outside the building than in our rooms. Overall fine stay for one night.

Very clean hotel with good connections to Venice and the airport. However, the soundproofing in the room is non-existent and you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the other rooms, from snoring to chatter often late at night. The mattress was very uncomfortable and we had two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed as planned when booking. The photos were not contractual.

The hotel is very old, the rooms, the bathrooms, all. It is not a 4 star hotel, I would give it 2 stars. At some point of the night, the lights went out but they fixed it in about 15 minutes. The breakfast was very good and tasty, although not varied. For my surprise, the room was cozy and there was a very comfy bed. There was also a fridge, which is always a plus.

We stayed at this hotel knowing we would go out to the islands of Venice. We talked to the hotel desk about going to Venice. They advised us that they sell a $25 bus ticket that takes you out and returns you right in front of the hotel. We took that as an option and it worked out really well for us. Cute and affordable rooms. Perfect for those who want to travel on budget and don't need all the luxuries of a room. Staff was very helpful. Do note that you will need go pay a Venice City Tax which is by person and per day. The city in general has mosquitos so you may spot some occasionally in your room. As there is no water boiler, ask your friendly receptionist and they will be able to help you...

The rooms are spacious but not well lighted...rooms don't have kettle but on the reception there is coffee and tea facility available.. spacious restroom and sitting area where you can conveniently wait after checkout and even keep your luggage if you are going to venice islands and the great canal.

Great personal, extraordinary, halpfull, nice, educated. Very chip parking place 200 m from the hotel (12euros per day), bus station across the Street, 1.5 euros to venice, Last 25 minutes. Good choise for trip to Venice.

stayed here not long ago with family, hotel wasn’t too awful but there’s definitely room for improvement! the cleanliness was lacking, the lift was old and Ghetto, the area also isnt the best there’s lots of homeless people sitting right at the front of the hotel.. breakfast was also very boring, same thing everyday and the food isn’t even the best compared to other places.

It's in the centre, save neighborhood, 100m from main walking area, jus across you have bus stop with number 7 or 7e to Venice, in 300m is great parking Costa 12e per day. The hotel it self is from 90s, with nothing inside just towels, and plastic cups, not even hooks for wet towels. Breakfast is very small but it's OK for 1-2 days. Staff is nice and polite. Definitely will stay here again if I had...
